Food was amazing at this location! AYCE is perfect for us.

Food and service was great! The AYCE option was perfect for us and I would love to come back here again.

My wonderful wife desired Korean bbq on our first day in Duluth. I was happy to agree and picked this funky, fun, unique and long-standing establishment... Honey Pig! We decided to come early at 4:30pm to avoid the rush and have a relaxed and fun meal. Heath greeted us, showed us a fun Honey Pig when I started taking pictures, and graciously and patiently explained the menu and our options. Thank you Heath! You made our first vacation meal special and fun! Rachel helped with the cooking and was also patient and gracious. We ordered three kinds of meat and avoided the all-you-can-eat, instead opting for the option to take leftovers to go. I can't eat much at one sitting so it's key for me to be able to take leftovers. We tried eating our grilled meats four ways, with rice, lettuce leaves, rice paper and pink pickled radish. We added salt, bean paste, and chili sauce. Everything was delicious! Rachel kindly cooked the remaining incredible meats and we eventually took a whole second meal's worth to go! Life is great with a memorable, delicious meal with the love of your life!

We visited Duluth over the weekend and had a great time at Honey Pig. We were familiar with the Honey Pig in Houston, but this location proved to be even better. The ambiance is definitely lively, staff was very attentive and cooked for us. Some times I do like cooking my own food so I wish they asked us first, but I can appreciate the gesture. Each time the food was cooked perfectly. Our favorite was definitely either the spicy pork belly or bulgogi. Something about it was different from other places, despite being pretty basic. Overall, I would love to go back if i were in the area.

After a full day of eating in duluth, My family and I decided to hit up Honey Pig to end the day off on a good note! We absolutely love the location in Houston, so we wanted to see if this location was as good as how we know of it as. We went in a busy Saturday night with a party of 5. Our waiter was extremely passionate about showing us the best choices off of our AYCE menu - recommending the Beef brisket and belly. Our table was much more different than the usually kbbq spots that we ate. The grill was a huge stone pot, angled to where the juices can naturally run off to the side for us which was great! The vent system was also much higher than we are used to, so i think that may be what caused our greasy hair and bbq smell. Menu wise, I absolutely loved it!! We got 2 rounds of beef brisket (100/10), beef belly (8/10), spicy pork belly (9/10), regular pork belly(7.5/10), and corn cheese (10/10). I usually don't prefer beef brisket but theirs was amazing!!! There were so many amazing side dishes provided but i especially loved the spicy sauce! Would recommend coming!!

    Delicious!!!!!!!

Great service! Andrew was attentive and informed me of great suggestions. Definitely my new favorite spot.

Leave a review to receive complimentary Korean steam eggs or beverage : As I was dining here, I only noticed local Korean come here. You bet this place is authentic! Grill your meat on the traditional cast iron was such a great experience. The butter makes everything taste even better too. : Unlimited KKBQ starting at $34.99 for lunch and 39.99 for lunch per person. : I love how all the sides and meat was authentic and fresh. Must try the fresh thick pork belly! : The Tower beer comes with 1 soju mixed and 3 beers perfect for 4 people. Difficult stomach approved, I love their high quality meats. This place is pretty amazing and the food is CHEFS KISS. The service is really good and the people are very friendly. Me and my friends enjoyed the whole experience. If you want to come for some good meat and strong delicious tower beer, this is the spot!

Stopped by Friday afternoon for a late lunch. It was mostly empty but service was slow. They do cook the meat at your table for you, which is nice. Inside is dark and spacious with lots of seating. The booths are big and comfortably seated my group of 5. The ayce menu features pork belly with a variety of different marinades but limited options for other types of meat. Usually pork belly is my least favorite ayce pick but I really enjoyed it here. My favorite is the curry pork belly and it was my first time ever having it.

Participated in the Explore Gwinnett Seoul of the South food tour and this was our second stop and boy was it awesome. The star of this spot is the Pork Belly and now I know why - its in the name. The ability to enjoy so many different meats and side dishes made this spot my favorite. If you like Korean style Pork Belly, be sure to check out Honey Pig.

Great and speedy service. They have great promotions during holidays. We came on Mother's Day and got a nice discount. Side dishes are pretty solid and food is fresh. Solid spot for kbbq!

If you are a pork belly lover then you are going to love Honey Pig! This KBBQ place has AYCE or a la carte options, although I think picking AYCE would be worth the most bang for your buck. The ambiance inside is pretty chill; my boyfriend and I went on a Sunday night and it was pretty empty. This also meant that the servers were pretty attentive to us... at times our server was too attentive, but he was just doing his job. We ordered the Beef Brisket, Pork Belly, and Wine Pork Belly. They use butter to oil the large cast iron skillet (not commonly found in KBBQ places around the area) before putting the meat on there, which gives the meat a lot of flavor. I LOVED the Beef Brisket. It was very soft to eat and paired well with a simple salt and sesame oil sauce. Since this place is known for their pork, I was excited to try their pork bellies. According to the server, the Pork Belly and Wine Pork Belly had no difference in taste, which I agree with. There was no distinct flavor to the Wine Pork Belly, but both types of pork bellies were juicy, tender, and meaty! I really think that butter on the skillet helped enhance the flavors of the meats. We also got the Steamed Egg which tasted alright. I do think that the sides could have been better. For instance, they automatically grill the kimchi... I would rather eat the kimchi cold (but I am sure you can ask for cold kimchi on the side). Overall, the meat selection here is very generous for AYCE and the quality is top-notch. I would give Honey Pig a 4.5/5 if I could, only because I think that the sides could be improved (and there could also be more options). But I would definitely recommend coming here if you want yummy meats, specifically pork!

We stopped by Honey Pig for lunch this Saturday around 12:30pm. There isn't much left that I recognize from our earlier visit a year or two ago when we visited for dinner. This place was always highly regarded by us previously, but a limited food selection and slow service have dulled this restaurant's luster. Not a busy place--there were only 2 - 3 other tables seated. Very understaffed (only 2 servers who seemed really out of it), limited food options in their "unlimited " meal selection (see photo), and slow service with strange ("only two meats at a time") rules considering that our meal was limited to 2 hours maximum. Barely worth the $35/person that we paid for a table of 4. We won't be back.

Do they have tables large enough for a party of 8 or 10?

They do, but you have to reserve it. There isn't much space. I think there are like 2 -3 tables larger enough for that kind of size.

I love korean bbq but I have never been here, what is the best dish for two people? The website is a little hard to navigate.

Depends what you are craving for. I personally love their wine, spicy pork belly meat. (Samgapsal)…

Do they use gas grill or charcoal?

This restaurant soft-opened in March 2024 and officially opened in April 2024 in the old Breakers Korean barbecue space near the defunct Gwinnett Place Mall, and I-85 at Pleasant Hill Rd (exit 104). It's spacious, but can fill up quick. We arrived at noon on a Saturday and there were still plenty of open tables. However, by the time we left, shortly after 1pm, it was packed with people looking for tables. Someone jumped on our table as we were getting up to leave. This is not a sit-down restaurant. Instead, you order at one of two touchscreen kiosks at the entrance and then wait for your number to be called to pick up your food. Everything is self-serve, from condiments to hot broth. You also bus your own table. Here's what three of us got: B3. Heo [sic] Naengmyeon ($16.99) - spicy sweet potato starch noodles with raw fish (should be spelled "hoe") C3-B1. Naengmyeon and Yuk Jeon ($20.99) - cold sweet potato starch noodles and thinly sliced beef pancake C1-B1. Naengmyeon and Dwaeji Yang Nyum Gui ($18.99) - cold sweet potato starch noodles and grilled pork neck D4. Kimchi Son Mandu ($11.99) - handmade kimchi dumplings My wife and I love naengmyeon. We thought Naju's version was good, especially in this fast-casual format. To nitpick, the noodles stuck together and the ice melted too fast. Regardless, I found the noodles to be delicious, refreshing, and satisfying. The spicy version came with a small bowl of icy broth on the side. The raw fish, beef pancake, and grilled pork neck were all tasty and of decent quality. As for the handmade kimchi dumplings, they were legit. Big and filling. In addition to naengmyeon, Naju also offers a variety of Korean soups (e.g., seolleongtang - ox bone soup and gomtang - beef bone soup) and LA galbi (grilled short ribs). During our visit, the pickup counter was staffed by a bunch of ajummas (Korean middle-aged women), basically Korean lunch ladies. I'd come back. This place seems ideal for a quick stop for an easy and reliable Korean meal / comfort food.

I do not feel as though downtown Duluth truly captures the amazing food scene of the city, but again, an old friend did like it enough to tell me about it. Inside was pretty spacious. High ceilings and bright. You have to go up front and order, and they'll give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. Pretty standard so far. It's not too loud, even with the music playing in the background, so not bad for hanging out with friends after the food is done, though we didn't. We were all pretty disappointed with our food. It wasn't bad, thankfully, it was just meh. We could've literally drove 5 minutes away for better, so we left as soon as we finished. The good thing is you get to choose what protein you want with your dish, which is nice. However, the chicken katsu here is thin. Also, the K-Fried chicken doesn't really mesh with the pasta. It's like a skewer on the side of your main dish. You can eat them separately and be happy enough. I was ok with the bulgogi, but I would've expected better from a Korean establishment. I haven't tried every single protein option, but I won't lie, tofu in pasta isn't the most appealing to me. For the main dishes, it was pretty bland, especially the omurice.
