If you have a sweet tooth but want something a bit different than what is usually offered, this might be the spot for you. They serve waffles, crepes, and mini pancakes with all kinds of toppings from fruit, to chocolate, to nuts. They also have a lot of coffee and matcha offerings. The staff work fast and are super friendly. There's some indoor seating and patio seating, but definitely a more grab and go kind of spot. I got waffles with banana and dark chocolate. Really tasty. I also got an iced Spanish Latte which was pretty good. Not as strong as I would like my coffee to be, but good nonetheless. Be prepared this is in central Tempe right by ASU so driving and parking can be limited.
Was looking for a nearby coffee spot after class and decided to try out Honey 2 a Bee. My low rating is because I didn't love their matcha. To be fair, the employee gave me a warning that they use ceremonial matcha which is much stronger and asked me if I wanted to change it out for a more typical matcha powder they use for other drinks. I've had great ceremonial matcha before so I didn't think it would be a problem but for some reason I felt like my drink tasted so odd. I got their spanner matcha which was described to be salted maple flavoring. I'm not sure if it was the matcha or the maple but it had a weird aftertaste that I can seem to describe it other than an expired taste. Because the employee gave me a warning before I would go back and try something else in hopes of a better experience.
My sister and I had worked up an appetite browsing local thrift stores, but not enough of an appetite for a proper lunch, so we stopped at one of her favorite spots--Honey 2 A Bee! This spot is super cute! I ordered the Classic Nutella Crepe which was delicious and the absolute perfect texture for a crepe. My sister went with the Honey 2 A Bee crepe which she really enjoyed as well. In addition to a variety of crepes, this spot also has pancakes, waffles, gelato, and a variety of drink options. The employee who took our order was also super sweet, as was the employee who brought us out our crepes. Parking was a little tricky, but I would not hesitate to return!
Long lines every time. 100% worth the wait. Very sweet, I think perfect dessert for sharing. Not a lot of seats inside. Parking is limited to the back.
Chill ambiance, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some really good desserts. The service was nice and attentive. Definitely a cozy spot to unwind and satisfy your sweet tooth!
So good! But mighty sweet first thing in the morning. Got the Honey2AB crepe (without chocolate) and it was perfect! But wait! There's more! Includes a scoop of gelato (yes, that's where the extra sweet comment comes from.) Iced macha sweeter than other coffee houses. Loved latte and chai. Tip: you can park in the structure in the back where it says "retail."
Sweet dessert crepes! Lots of tasty options! We visited for brunch and I was hoping for some savory crepe options as well but nope, all sweet! Plenty of outdoor seatings and fewer selections of indoor seats. Nice workers and efficient. They give all of their orders in a plastic togo box.
I'm so glad that Yelp recommended this place for brunch! I was worried about seating in such a small space, but that turned out just fine. I ordered a hot cappuccino and their berries crepe. Delicious! From ordering to picking up the food took only 10 minutes or so. The chocolate was not over powering and the pistachio added just enough texture to each bite. The cappuccino was not too strong or bitter. Service was smooth and the staff greeted everyone who walked in and said bye to the guests leaving. That small gesture showed me their attention to detail and made the experience that much more memorable.
Wow, this was SO MUCH MORE than a coffee spot. My husband and I wanted to try something new and didn't need a drive through, so Honey 2 A Bee was a fun place to try. It is in the bought of some apartments facing the street which was great for parking and also having extra space in the lobby to sit as the coffee shop is fairly small but has a great shaded and fenced patio. AJ helped me decide on our delicious signature coffees and I was so distracted but a GREAT and extensive dessert and breakfast menu!!! I cannot wait to come back and have the mini pancakes and Nutella waffle. We did settle on warm milk chocolate, (even though we were offered SEVERAL different chocolates) and strawberries for our kids who obviously loved it. The whole experience was so great, looking forward to another visit!
Baristas are always nice and accommodating. They offer parking and WiFi. Drinks are always consistent and delicious.
Been meaning to visit this spot for a while now and so glad I did. My friend and I came on a Friday evening and snagged some parking in the garage next door (be sure to park along the wall where the signs say "retail" parking). They have a nice, spacious patio as well as indoor seating. We ordered their lotus crepe and classic Nutella crepe (comes with strawberries). Service was super welcoming and friendly, the Arab hospitality is strong here. We grabbed a table outside and our food was ready a few minutes later. They come in takeout boxes, which is convenient if (when) you have leftovers to take home. I enjoyed my classic Nutella crepe with strawberries, lots of Nutella but the tart fruit helped balance out the sweetness. I also tried the lotus crepe and it was good. I only ate half of my crepe and had the rest for breakfast the next day. Honestly, I would recommend finishing it or sharing with someone since crepes aren't meant to last too long. Lots of people coming in and out of this place and they were steadily busy. Seems like a popular hangout spot as well. Hope to visit again soon and try different menu items and maybe their drinks!
Cute spot in Tempe! Met a friend and we only ordered drinks, but they have a large menu featuring crepes and waffles that looked really good. The only downside was the parking. It's a bit wonky to find and limited for guests, though we were still able to find a spot. It seems like many of their regular customers are probably residents who live above or nearby, or local office staff. The person behind the counter was very sweet and helpful in explaining items we had questions about. We sat on the patio and enjoyed our drinks!
After vacationing in NYC & indulging in delicious Dubai chocolate crepes, I was determined to find something just as good & close to home. Little did I know, this place would bring to me the ultimate Dubai satisfaction I had been yearning for!!! This spot offers a huge menu offering a variety of specialty waffles, pancakes, crepes, coffee & more. They also sell house made Dubai chocolate bars & pistachio cream! The staff were amazing & kind. Both times I've been, they've always made us feel welcome. We opted for the Dubai chocolate strawberries & of course the Dubai crepe. The crepe was UHHH-MAZING!! Filled with plenty of kataifi made for the perfect crunch and flavor. The chocolate was velvety rich Belgium tier. The crepe is then dusted off with pistachio powder & more chocolate drizzle. You can add any fruit for small fee of .75¢ which makes the crepe even more indulging. The Dubai strawberries were incredible! Much better than any other local places we've tried. Open late during the week til midnight & weekends until 3am! Parking is limited so plan ahead. The vibe is super chill and a great spot for any late night craving or even to work or study. You will likely find me in here anytime you visit!

Delicious crepes! My coworker who loves crepes suggested this place and it did not disappoint. It was my first time trying crepes and I'm hooked! read more
A sweet little dessert stop, especially if you're into rich, chocolatey treats. The Dubai chocolates is the real star here. My favorites so far have been the crepe and the waffle, both generously loaded with chocolate + pistachio and super satisfying. The coffee is decent, nothing to rave about, but it does the job if you're pairing it with dessert. It is a chill vibe that feels perfect for ASU students. I'll definitely be back to try the Dubai chocolate-dipped fruit next time. If you're in Tempe and have a sweet tooth, this place is worth checking out. read more
Love it! Can't wait to return. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out Honey 2 A Bee offers Arabic and Turkish coffee. This place was recommended to me by my sister. On a Saturday early evening, it wasn't packed at first but right after we ordered, we were glad we arrived when we did because the place got packed very quickly! They have indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is slightly small but their outdoor patio is pretty sizable. The menu has a lot of amazing sweet items to choose from. It is literally a sweet tooth's heaven! They have crepes, including gluten free crepes, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit salads, some cakes like coffee cake, hot and cold coffees, frappes, smoothies, milkshakes, as well as gelato. We ordered two crepes, a berries crepe and Nutella crepe. We also ordered a latte and Arabic coffee. I ordered my berries crepe without whipped cream on top. We asked whether the gelato was gluten free and to our surprise it is not. So if you eat gluten free, please take a note of that. Their crepes are delicious! They are very generous with their toppings. Mine was covered in chocolate drizzle and pistachio. The berries were so fresh, it tasted heavenly especially with my Arabic coffee which had the great taste of cardamom. Prices are average and service is excellent and the people at the register are very welcoming. They are open late everyday until 12:00am and until 3:00am on Fridays and Saturdays!! This place is a must try, especially if you want to satisfy a sweet craving. You will enjoy every bite! read more

I had this spot bookmarked for a late night option on my BFF trip to Phoenix and it did not disappoint. We weren't sure what to order and asked about the lotus sauce mentioned on the menu and they promptly served up a spoonful of warm biscoff/ cookie butter / speculoos. It was delicious and comforting so we opted for the lotus crepe and added banana and strawberry. They are pricey at $15 each, but you can definitely split with two or three people. We sat on the large patio where students studied and others chatted with friends. It's a chill spot for dessert! The crepe itself arrived warm with that lovely springy chew you expect with a fresh crepe. Lotus sauce and white chocolate are pretty sweet, but the fresh fruit helped balance the flavors. I also appreciate that they add whipped cream on the side so the crepe doesn't get soggy. Street parking and the road is quite busy. read more

I came at 9pm and ordered the Honey 2 a Bee Crepe which consists of ice cream, strawberries, blueberries, mango, bananas, kiwi, on a crepe that is smothered in chocolate. The owner is extremely nice and staff is sweet. I came with my son and the owner handed my son a little toy and gave my son a high five & fist bump. The interaction was extremely sweet. There was a lot of seats to sit with no problems, the restaurant was clean. There was a to go option for people who ordered there and a "for here" as well. The wait wasn't too long. The menu was extensive and wonderfully placed. I wanted to order so much more because everything on the menu looked amazing! Upon leaving, the staff said bye to my son and I and we were happy with our delicious dessert. I appreciated the ice cream in the cup and we will sure to be back. read more
Best crepe I have ever had! Hats-off! It was mildly sweet, perfectly made, right amount dark chocolate and pistachio powder paired with whip cream, made it straight from heaven. Must try!! There is no wait and the service is fast. They have a huge menu to try from. And yeah! I tried honey shaken coffee for first time and it was wow! Ambience is okay. All points for the flavors! read more

Tried the viral Dubai chocolate strawberry and it was absolutely delicious. I have seen most others customers buying just that. Looks like that's the most trending at this place. Went after looking at an instagram reel. Their strawberries are super juicy and surprising that became the star of the disk. I wish they added more pistachio cream. Asked if they could do it, but they already had a batch ready and handed that over to me. So no luck with that. And it's priced $14+ including tax. Slightly priced on the higher side but worth for the size and lovely ambiance. Super crowded when I went so couldn't find a spot to sit. read more

This place is too cute. It's clean and streamlined, only thing is they don't have a restroom. The place is a favorite of the young generation though. The staff are so helpful and easy to accommodate. They help us a lot with our orders. They quickly got our order and quick to deliver. I ordered the pistachio mini waffle and that was so delicious. I love that it is drenched with chocolate. We enjoyed all our orders. All warm and delicious. Thank you Honey 2 bee read more
This is a tucked away gem! I frequent often and enjoy the friendly customer service, clean cool atmosphere and some amazing sweet treats. This is every chocolate lovers dream, add a little fruit and you've got one oh so delicious treat! From crepes, to waffles and the most delicious mini pancakes. The recipes are mastered to perfection and presentation is too pretty to eat. Once you get a taste you'll be hooked. I also favor the iced honey coffee You really can't go wrong with this one. It's a must try! Is it bad I can go as much as 3 times a week. It's that good. Price ranges 5$+ for coffee 10$+ for crepes, waffles or mini pancakes depending on what you order and add in toppings. Open til 3 am Friday and Saturday read more
Be warned this may have a line on a weekend as this place is delicious and is busy. We got the Dubai chocolate strawberries which were delicious. They give you so much sauce it's very sweet. We also ordered a white chocolate waffle which was drenched in sweetness. They do not skimp here. The service was friendly and overall we really enjoyed this spot and would love to try more of the menu later. The parking is random as it's on the side of the road so be aware that you may have to walk. read more

We were on vacation here and the four of us decided to use a WAYMO to get here and check out their crepes. It was super fun inside. Their menu is really extensive with lots of choices to choose from. They were really busy, but I was a bit put off by how loud their music was. I'm not usually aversive to loud music but this time it was a bit much. I was also put off that they didn't have a restroom inside for the customers. We all had to walk across the street. I ordered the pistachio crepe and it was wonderful. I also ordered a cortado. I would definitely come back again when in the area. read more

I stopped by on Friday night with friends and this place was really busy! We had no idea as to why the line was out the door and as to why there was a videographer walking around filming. We figured they had just had their grand opening.. The line moved pretty quickly. I ordered a peach flavored energy drink and a berry crepe. My friends ordered a waffle, an iced chai, and a hot caramel macchiato. We went outside onto the patio because the inside was pretty crazy and there was really no where to stand. About 10 minutes of waiting outside we figured our orders were ready so we sent one friend in to check. Our orders were now sitting at the counter. We grabbed a table and began to eat. Both the waffle and crepe were delicious. The crepe had fresh fruit on top and we had substituted the dark chocolate for white chocolate. It was loaded with Nutella which I'm not too big of a fan of. For next time, I would say no Nutella, or light Nutella. My friends waffle was big and fluffy. The mixture was really good and they had said no Nutella so they substituted it with honey. We all enjoyed our drinks. The Chai was delicious and I would order it in a heart beat. Service was great and the cashier was friendly. Once done, we looked up their social media page and we saw that they were having a fundraiser and that explained as to why they were so busy. Overall great place! read more

Had to come check out this viral spot. Although I did not get the famous strawberries covered in duabi chocolate or a crepe, I will say my pistachio is one of the best I've had in awhile. Amazing, friendly people, Am not a big fan of crapes but gosh this place is so good I came here and you can clearly tell the workers, owner they all care. The food seems incredible good quality, I been to Europe tried gelato, and this one of the most closest experiences to Europe just stunning. Ambience makes you feel like you are at a fancy place. It wasn't cheep but it is worth of it the portions are large and amazing quality. Coffee was amazing and hot chocolate was good too. Can't wait to come again. read more

One of my favorite spots in Tempe. Staff is extremely kind and they have a solid drink menu with good gelato and crepes. Located right under the Carmin apartments, which is really convenient for residents and ASU students in general. It's right next to an S Car stop too. Great place to hang out with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Not as good for studying because the music is generally louder and they have sparse outlets. Some standouts: Americano - first thing I ever ordered here, and it let me know the rest of their espresso drinks are legit. Not only did it come out as I'd barely sat down to wait, it was smooth with pleasant aftertaste. Exactly how I make my own Americanos. Spanish Latte - also solid, good vanilla flavor in this latte (I'm not sure what flavor it's supposed to be). Order this if you want to try a sweet coffee. Tastes good and does the caffeinated job. Iraqi tea - delicious blend of ginger, cardamom, and other spices. Reminiscent of a more fragrant milk tea. Ordered hot, and came out pleasantly warm instead of scalding. I'd say this is one of the better drinks on their menu but to be completely honest, I've liked every drink I have here. Get this! read more

If you're looking for a place to satisfy your sweet tooth, have a cup of coffee (or matcha, or smoothie, or milkshake or literally any beverage), hangout with friends, or literally just have a good time - this is your spot. The lotus waffle is insanely good, the Dubai chocolate waffle, crepes, and strawberries are unreal. The service is top tier - every single person that works there is so pleasant and welcoming. I don't have a single negative thing to say! I've tried so many things from their menu and I must say - nothing disappoints. Bring your appetite and run don't walk read more

Takes longer time to make food. I ordered Fruity Crepe which was $17.29, which seemed overpriced because there is not much quantity. It felt like I was eating a $10 crepe priced at $17.29. The quality on the other hand was good. The latte I ordered was great and the price also seemed reasonable. Service seemed ok. Ambiance was great, the music and the way interior is designed is great. My friends with whom I went to this place also think the price is overpriced. read more
What a gem!!!!!!! Went there on Saturday night. The vibe, the service the crepes WOW! Loved it all. It is located in downtown Tempe, but there is a garage parking right next to it. So no trouble with finding a spot to park. Got smoothie and a crepe. Loved it. People were very nice, outside seating in the evening was a major plus! Definitely highly recommend. read more
