There's another grocery store that's five minutes from my house, but I drive the 20 minutes to shop here because the overall experience is so much better. Today's trip really stood out to me because of a couple things... while I was at the deli waiting for the clerk to work on my order, at least three other employees came up to me and asked if I was being helped. I've been to other stores where I've stood at a counter for literally 5 minutes, watching employees going out of their way to not acknowledge me. That never happens here. Then I was really taken aback by how the peppers and mushrooms were displayed. The fact that whoever stocked these mushrooms took the time to turn every mushroom cap side up and arranged all the portobellos the way they are speaks to a dedication to quality work. You can tell that in this store, nobody half-asses anything, and the employees take pride in what they do.

Hmm. None of the FAQ applied to my situation. ie, Item too large for Dropbox? Nope, it will fit inside of that just fine. Too many items to fit inside bag? Try separating them into individual bags. Nope. Only had one item to place in the bag. Sooo. Since it was none of the above, I pressed the get help button. Mainly to see if I was just supposed to forgo the plastic bag part. The kiosk instructed me to wait for an associate and the red light came on. No one came over to help. Had to extend the time on the kiosk 2x. Finally, a RUDE worker came over to let me know that his "preference" was for me to go to the service counter. No apologies for the long wait or lack of signage or instructions to go to the desk. There was no signage stating that employees prefer customers to come to the desk instead of waiting at the kiosk. As a first-time customer, I followed the kiosk's instructions, which told me to wait for an associate. When one finally came over, I was rudely told it was their preference that I come to the desk instead. If that's the preferred process, there should be clear signage or the kiosk should say so. I can tell you what my preference is: clear instructions for customers and courteous service. My preference is also to never return here again.

From the beginning, Jayden, Dylan, Jeremy, and Michelle have been some of the nicest and most welcoming people I've met. Blend has become a place where people can come to relax, meet new people, make friendships, and just have a positive environment to be around. They have kava, protein shakes, acai bowls, and food if you're looking for something to eat. The customer service is great, and they're always willing to answer questions and explain what they offer. They recently remodeled the place too, and it looks great. The lighting, music, seating, and overall atmosphere make it a really comfortable place to hang out. Whether you stop in during the day or later at night, they do a great job creating a chill atmosphere. There are also plenty of good food spots along the strip, so it's an easy place to stop by and make part of your afternoon or evening.
