I really appreciate how good they are about communication. They send a text reminder a couple of weeks before our service and then call about 30 minutes before they arrive. Everyone who has come out has always been friendly and asks if we've noticed anything or have any concerns before they get started. Before Citra, we had a terrible ant problem. They were literally everywhere -- bathrooms, closets, pantry, kitchen, you name it. It felt like no matter what we did, they kept coming back. Citra comes out every two months and sprays around the house, and we honestly haven't had an ant problem since. Their pricing has also always felt very reasonable and has stayed consistent over the years, especially for how reliable the service has been. Overall, we've had a great experience with Citra and would definitely recommend them. After 6 years, we're still very happy with their service!
