I really appreciate how good they are about communication. They send a text reminder a couple of weeks before our service and then call about 30 minutes before they arrive. Everyone who has come out has always been friendly and asks if we've noticed anything or have any concerns before they get started. Before Citra, we had a terrible ant problem. They were literally everywhere -- bathrooms, closets, pantry, kitchen, you name it. It felt like no matter what we did, they kept coming back. Citra comes out every two months and sprays around the house, and we honestly haven't had an ant problem since. Their pricing has also always felt very reasonable and has stayed consistent over the years, especially for how reliable the service has been. Overall, we've had a great experience with Citra and would definitely recommend them. After 6 years, we're still very happy with their service!

Wildlife technician David came to our house and performed an assessment to determine possible entry points that needed to be repaired. I completed assessments with multiple companies and decided on Critter Control because David was so kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough with his work (kudos to you David!) He was happy to answer all my questions and it really put me and my family at ease. His assessment report was so detailed and we were quoted such a great price compared to other companies. Their process is straight forward, they are transparent with their costs and don't try to push additional services that you don't need. We finished our repairs a couple of weeks ago and we went from hearing movement in the attic every single day to pure silence. As someone with a severe phobia of rodents, thank you David and the front office team for your help! I can finally sleep peacefully at night. P.S. I hope we never have pest issues again but if we do, we 100% will be using Critter Control

They sent someone the next morning for an assessment and got us scheduled right away! In the interim, they gave us recommendations to deter the rats, which worked. There was an issue with a short circuit because a rat chewed through the insulation that we didn't notice until the weekend, but Carlos responded immediately and came over to fix the issue. We are so grateful to Carlos and the Attic Crew for helping us with rats in the home, helping us feel more confident about keeping them out for the foreseeable years, and for all of their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise! Would definitely recommend!

The communication was excellent, even on a holiday weekend I got called back within an hour of reaching out with questions, which I certainly did not expect! They arrived promptly for appointments and were thoughtful about avoiding tracking dirt into our home. They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. I could not be happier with my choice to hire them, and plan to work with them again when I'm ready to replace my attic insulation.

For 150 i expected they would do more like checking for potential sites, sealing them, maybe adding something as a deterrent. I could have bought the spray myself for $7 from amazon to do this. Enough so, that when my 5 year drew a family photo, it included a mouse under the house. So many companies searched around, said they found it (or that they just had no idea), and then it just kept reappearing. Anthony was so diligent and the most creative! He even macgyvered a "fishing line" down my sewer pipe thing with nutbutter at the end to see if rats were going through my sewer line. The answer.. yes. And even with 3 security cameras under my crawl spaces, I still couldn't track where they were coming in/out from. He had the idea for UV tracking powder so they'd leave footprints on where they were coming and going. Eventually we found it (a hole in our sewer pipe). He's also very responsive, fair, cheerful, easy to communicate with and helpful. Also, appreciate his honesty to personally refund me me for something that he had suggested I buy but ended up not working for me (and that I couldn't return). Now, as much as I appreciated Anthony's service with our rodent problem, I hope I never have to see him again =] (but given how creative and persistent rats are, one can hope)
