The ants seemed to like those baits and take them back to the colony, but just kept coming back. We lost our faith and patience in DIY-ing. Maybe it would have worked if we kept at it, but who knows? We called RPM because of reviews saying that they don't push subscription/recurring services as well as general high satisfaction levels. Everything was great. Easy to schedule an appointment (it was 1.5-2wks out, which was fine). Dustin was friendly, efficient, and happy to discuss the issue and my questions. And best of all, very few ants (like less than 10 total) throughout the house after they sprayed Termidor around the perimeter fence, foundation, and entries. While it didn't take a lot of time and I'm sure the chemicals weren't pricey, the cost considering the value delivered was very fair and reasonable. We'd do it 10/10 times again and we'll call RPM again for any future pest control issues.

This home was to be listed at $3.5M and this home had possible active termite Infestation. The owners wanted to fix. 24 hours before the day of appointment , I explained to the Presto technician I couldn't make it to the property to meet him. I explained beforehand there's a lockbox and provided him the code. The Technician acknowledged. He technician did only an exterior walk through of the home and provided a $$$ unreasonable quote which was much higher than what I expected. I also realized the Presto technician NEVER did a walk through inside the home. I know this because there were no interior photos in the Presto quote and my lockbox showed no access for the key removal. In summary, I received an incomplete and a very high $$$$ quote from Presto. I went with another vendor who was much more realistic and reasonable and in line with the termite work. I explained this to owner Jim via phone call and followed up with emails afterwards . I still have our communication correspondences. Jim Rossi acknowledged and wanted to make it right. I explained to Jim I went with another termite company because I was very disappointed in his company's incomplete work and because I always have a second vendor on hand for any real estate services. I thought that was the end. A few days ago, I received a letter from a collection agency saying Presto was coming to collect $106 for the incomplete termite visitation. I explained to Jim Rossi that his organization was very unprofessional about all this but Jim didn't listen and proceeded to collection from my brokerage. I called the collection company and left a VM to explain but they agency never responded to resolve this outstanding amount. I asked Jim to drop this petty charge due to his ego being hurt or whatever and move on and make sure going forward his team does a more complete and thorough job with termite inspection especially for high end homes in Cupertino, CA.

I scheduled appointments for them to come out and do a walkthrough/estimates/inspections. One never showed up (No showed TWICE). The other two companies did. From the beginning, Matt put me, and especially my mother, at ease about the process, the products they used, the other things we needed to consider in the overall plan of house repairs, improvements, etc. Customer Service is a big part of any company. Loved that I could text or call. Either method I decided to use was promptly answered. They offered a very explicit and thorough walk through of the timeline, what needed to be done, what to expect, etc. THIS was huge. I love checking off a to do list and this was super helpful to keep me and my family focused on what needed to be done. Alex (Alejandro) and team were super helpful on Friday morning when they showed up to put up the tent. Alex answered all of my questions and even relocated one of our Ring cameras so we could keep an eye on our home while we were away. THIS was special and put us at ease that we didn't need to be hanging out in our backyard for hours into the night or camped out in the back yard to feel like we were keeping our property safe. They also did what they could to keep some of our oldest rose bushes around our home alive. They moved the tent behind the bushes where they could to still keep a good seal around the property. I just want to say that they did warn us that any vegetation//bushes/plants, etc. would probably die in the process if they were under/inside the fumigation tent.
