During several of those calls, they told me that my car would be ready on a certain day, just for me to contact them again either the day before or the day of, for them to tell me that it's not actually ready. This happened about 4 times. In the end, they guided me through the process and explained things to me that I was confused about previously.

I called a couple of places in Bellevue, but they could not get me in for over a week, and I got quotes like $600.00 to do the install. I almost did not call Brad's because they were in Seattle, plus they typically work on Mustang's and Corvette's. And I have a Durango. I called them, they said we will call you back , usually we don't work on Dodge. Shortly after they did call back, asked how soon I wanted it done, and said bring it on over now. It took them 1hour. Charged $300. When it was up on the lift , everything looked great, and sounds much better than my factory performance exhaust.

We contacted a number of businesses on Yelp for quotes, and Shaq had the best price and timeframe. We dropped the flares off the same week. He contacted us shortly after that they found a defect in one of the flares; they offered to fix it, but the flare company decided they'd send out a new one instead. Xtreme Motorsports was kind enough to house the flares until the new one arrived. Within a week, they were ready for pickup and looked great! We really appreciated the attention to detail the employees showed, the quick turn around, and Shaq's positive personality. I'd use their services again!

My car looks fantastic. I am very impressed what they were able to get done in a detail shop! Every time I walk up and see my car, I smile. The only critical feedback I have is to give a longer range of time it may take to complete the work. This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. I also recognize I shouldn't drop my car off if I'm on a time crunch and everything is an estimate. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

I had minor body damage repaired on my Tesla Model 3 and was pleasantly surprised that the actual repair cost came in lower than the estimate. I very much appreciated that since for something like this it's better to estimate a little high and be pleasantly surprised rather than the other way around. The detailing work they did as part of the repair was a great touch too which made my car feel even better than when I got it new from the dealership. Although I hope to never need their services again, they would be at the top of my list if I ever did need repairs.

Decided to try this shop after my first car accident. Luckily was only the front bumper. Box truck…read morebacked into my front bumper and dragged. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.
