This place is located at the top of the Four Points Hotel on the 29th floor. Once off the elevator you notice all the hanging plants and flowers. The ambiance was great! We notice a host/hostess booth, with no one there. We waited a few minutes, but no one ever came or even looked in our direction, so we asked the bartender if we could sit anywhere, he said yes. It took at least a good 5-8 minutes for the sever to acknowledge us. We finally ordered a drink and lobster tacos. The tacos were good but very tiny. The drink was meh, one and done. Was surprised to find the place empty, the decor very busy, and the cleanliness falling short. This is definitely a place that focuses on nightlife over brunch. Was very close to just having our drinks and leaving since it was paid for, but we ordered the avocado tostadas and it changed everything. They were the best avocado "toasts" I've ever had. I ate the whole thing and I wasn't even hungry. I also liked the 2010's nightclub music that wasn't too loud, could still have conversations. It was like a mini vacation in the jungle with a killer view. First of all, the hookah was top-tier. Super smooth, great flavor selection, and the staff kept it fresh all night without us having to ask. I also tried the Jungle Mule, and WOW. Very chill and instagrammable rooftop bar! However, there's not really much of a view given this bar is not very high up and there's plastic sheets surrounding 80% of the border. Leafy decorations everywhere with neon, artsy led lights here and there. There's a phone booth in a corner for aesthetic photos. There are QR codes on tables, however, the menu online are wrong and outdated!! Which is really sad because I wanted to try this one drink with fruit boba and gummy worms? We sadly had to amend our order at the bar when we tried to place our drinks. Lychee martini was tasty and felt decently strong (obligatory side note, I am a lightweight). I visited this rooftop on a date on a Friday night. So this place is a little weird in that there's no standing and you must have a seat either at the bar or at a reserved table. We had neither so we went to their sister location downstairs and gave the hostess our number to call us if anything came up. She also informed us that it would be a 40 minute wait. After about an hour and 15 mins and no call, we went back to the rooftop. The hostess said that she called us but we didn't get a call so back to square one since nothing was available at this point. Luckily there were two seats that opened up so we took them quickly! The food was okay. Not worth the hour and a half wait though. The drinks were decent. I found this place on Groupon, and tbh, I'm glad i did. If i would've paid full price for this experience, it definitely wouldn't have been worth it. It's very Instagram-able lol. The aesthetic is cute. But, the seating absolutely sucked! They sat me and my friend on a sunken love seat with what seemed like a side table in front of us. It was seasoned nicely, almost tasted like a Hispanic restaurant's steak. Very seasoned. The potatoes were good, but the eggs were just blah... the Highkey mimosa was just blood orange and champagne. It was good. But after 2 carafes, 4 "casamigos" shots, and 2 passion fruit shots for them misremembering our drinks... we still left with no buzz. They have a security guard as soon as you exit the elevator with an elastic rope thing to block entry for walk ins. The hostess wasn't at the station when i arrived. I had to get the attention of the security guard that's when the hostess left her hookah (with an attitude) to see if i had a reservation. (No hello or anything.. just, do you have a reservation?). It was so hot up there in the indoor/outdoor area. Parts of the structure were leaking due to an ac that wasn't doing anything. As you can see the pail and the wet floor sign in one of the pictures posted. The real disappointment came with the table. Having to take my plate to eat on my lap, because the table they sat us at wasn't suitable for eating, was more than off putting. We were also directly in front of the bathrooms. Gross! Will i come back, no. For the price of a Groupon, i can say it was worth it. But, the experience in itself would not be worth the price you would pay to come here. The brunch menu is also very limited. I've been to better. I was expecting so much more from a rooftop bottomless brunch. But, this one was very disappointing. HighKey at the Four Points Hotel is marketed as a rooftop bar on the 29th floor, but it's fully enclosed with no views and poorly maintained, with dust-covered décor hanging over the bar and food areas. He ended up helping us himself--thank you to him--but we still waited a long time before our order was taken. After sitting at the bar for 4 minutes we noticed 3 bartenders: 2 women and one male, it seemed the male was on break (he kept returning to the only seat with an actual roof view to eat his burger & fries) When we sat at the bar the Male bartender pointed us out to one of the other bartenders and clear as day she said " I don't feel like serving them" while rolling her eyes at me. I will give grace because I see she was the hostess for everyone seated but that's just so rude. Right after she stated that he sighed, grabbed menus, and placed them in front of us without saying a word. He continued to make 2 other drinks and then asked us what we wanted, we order two drinks that came out extremely fruity, after 10 minutes of feeling like we were out of place and annoying everyone we waved down the bartender after he finished his food for a check. Surprisingly the check came with 46 dollars for two drinks?!?!! I wanted to pay with card but we sat there 10 minutes with my card on the bill just waiting for someone to check me out eventually I just used cash ($47) and left. To top it all off the bartender who didn't want to serve us had the nerve to watch us leave and check if we left cash. However, if you look out, there is not much of a view. Service was ok. We came for Saturday brunch. The food was ok but a bit bland. There was not much to choose from, the four of us ended up getting steak and eggs. While the food lacks certain of their elite signature drinks are exceptional. This is why I added stars;) I had the Gemini experience. This is a cocktail tree of chardonnay, margarita, champagne, and a glass with lemon, lime, and orange wedges. It is served with a miracle berry tablet. You drink sips of your drinks at first to see how they originally taste. Then, you allow the miracle berry tablet to dissolve on your tongue. Once it does for 30 min to one hour, sour things taste sweet. It was like having 6 different drinks instead of 3. The lemon and lime wedges tasted like lemonade and limeade. It was a very cool experience. I saw another table order the lychee martini. This was cool since the drink is poured on top of cotton candy that melts. The rest of the table got bottomless drinks that they said were ok. My friends enjoyed their hookah. All in all, it is a good place, especially if you get some of their elite drinks. read more

I had some extra time on my hands before my event started. I had this venue on the list of places to try. When I arrived at the elevator, you had to press floor 29 to get to the venue. I am used to rooftop venues displaying rooftop to indicate the floor. When I arrived on the floor, I was asked for an ID and asked to take a photo. I haven't seen a venue ask for a picture in years, especially during afterwork hours, when you are checking my ID. I asked what they do with the pictures. I was informed it would be deleted at the end of the night. The venue appears bigger in pictures. I don't like the placement of the bar. When you sit at the bar, your back is to the door, and it's hard to see, especially if you are waiting for someone. I was sad that the rooftop was enclosed totally. It was a nice day, and I would've preferred to be outside. When I arrived at the bar, I appreciated the glass of water and menus without asking. It was happy hour and I ordered a Cabernet. I arrived around 5:15, there was a private party and about 10 other people in total, including me. When I paid in cash, I was given back my change and informed that they don't take change. The decor is cute. It seems like a place that is great for that IG moment. They do sell hookah. Overall, it was okay. As a New Yorker, I have been to better rooftops. I was going to give 2 stars. They were passing it around laughing and talking among each other in Spanish. Most restaurants nowadays are overall hype by promotions on instagram, not showing the full size of the restaurant or important angles. The restaurant is in the last floor of a hotel building. And parking is horrible, but there are a few parking lots near by ($ you have to pay ) We had a party of 16 today. And although they accepted our party, the locations can not comfortably accommodate 16 people since they don't have traditional tables, they have section couches with low tables. They have a few high tables but they are not compatible with the high chairs. So our party was scattered. Really beautiful decor inside makes you feel like you're in an actual jungle, one of the most beautiful rooftops I've ever been to, the drinks are very festive creative and strong adorned with various lights and garnishes such as coming bears. They also have different glasses for different drinks. The food however was disappointing, ordered the fundido And there was no cheese inside, a lot of lobster meat on top with salsa no actual cheese. My friend ordered the steak and I ordered the lobster tail. The steak she ordered medium rare as you can see there is no pink in sight, it was well done. Better than expected! It was a slight struggle to get a brunch reservation using the pulsd voucher I bought but it all worked out. The staff was nice, gorgeous decor, yummy food, and the bottomless drinks were not watered down, which I appreciate. The scrambled eggs didn't have much flavor but I loved the granola and yogurt. The staff could have been more attentive with refilling our water glasses but no major issues. They brought over delicious flourless chocolate cake and a sign for my birthday, which was sweet. Here is why I didn't give the 5 stars. The bouncer was super extra for no reason. There were no reservations available online so we called to see what if we walked in? The person on the phone said sure we can accommodate you. Now we get there and without even greeting us the bouncer/doorman said we're full, you can't come in. Without even looking inside behind him. My friend and I looked and meanwhile the bar had so many seats and a half empty bar. We said "not even the bar and he immediately said "no" without looking. As we're waiting for the elevator he said wait let me check. I was already super turned off by this place and my friend said she felt racially profiled bc he was letting in all other kinds of people in besides us. He came back and said I can put you at the bar nowhere else, I wanted to leave but my friend walked in before me. We decided to stay for a drink but I already had a sour taste before walking in. Jay the bartender is what changed our mind not to leave. He was super nice and let me tell you, his bartending skills are on point bc they were delicious. We ordered the purple rain and their other margarita. The aesthetic is super cute and so many parts of the rooftop are for those who want a good social media pic. Hookah was also good but on the very pricey side. The hookah we ordered was $60 plus 20-40 for a refill, i cant remember the exact amount. But i could go to a real hookah bar for cheaper and the refills are free. Its more of a chill place than a fun turn up. Take what you can from this but I probably wouldn't come back. read more
