We were advised to go have breakfast at this restaurant by one of the hotel staff and it did not disappoint. We went both days we stayed in Key Largo. Wait staff is friendly, food taste great and prices are very reasonable. This is more of a local spot in town so it's small and not touristy. Very comfortable ambiance. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast/lunch when you're in Key Largo. read more

We loved it so much that we returned for dinner and it was also excellent...the blackened grouper sandwich prepared well. We walked to high tide to eat dinner and right away they seated us with no wait at all. We ordered and our waitress Alexis was very friendly and gave us recommendations. The onion rings were absolutely delicious you can't go to high tide without getting them. The key lime fish and chicken Alfredo were amazing. Make sure to not forget to use the sauce they give you. For dessert the key lime pie was awesome but very rich so ordering a whole pie is a good idea but you might have some leftovers. The drunken fish and sea food platter were okay. Everything overall is homemade and delicious. This place is a must if visiting key largo. read more

Came to Key Largo to get fireworks. Stoped at the High Tide for early dinner. We were a party of 10. The staff was able to sit us fairly quickly as it was early. We ordered whole Snapper that was awesome also the jalapeño fish and the drunken fish, a pasta dish, even a steak was ordered. The staff got everybody's order correct. The onion rings and fries were very crispy. Everything was excellent. Before leaving we stocked up on a bunch of muffins. When I tell you this is the absolute best omelette I have ever had in my life... I am not joking whatsoever!! Omg!! It was LOADED with meat and they did not skimp out because of "Covid" like other restaurants say The grilled biscuit they serve is sooooo life changing. It's so soft and flaky. The honey they serve with it is a perfect touch. Don't even get me started with the hash browns with onions!! They were so good.. crispy and so yummy! The staff are extremely nice and attentive. High tide was a total hole in the wall. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Every single meal was delicious and my entire family enjoyed everything they ate. You need to try their biscuits and gravy! The biscuits are so light and fluffy and then slightly fried which is the finishing touch. They have huge gourmet muffins so grab a couple to go as you plan your way down the keys. Our service was super fast and helped out our large group of 20. Very friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Conch Fritters came out very fast with made to order sauce on the side. So delish. Second course-salads and conch chowder. The chowder was so flavorful and full of meat. Our main course was the fried fish basket and the tuna. Both plates were phenomenal. I can't recommend this place enough! Indoor and outdoor seating available. We chose indoor. It was quiet enough for everyone at the table to hear each other and talk about our morning experiences. Frustrating experience. Outdoor seating doubles as a smoking section even though there's a fuel tank right next to the tables with a no smoking sign. Not very friendly and bugs on the tables. Left and went across the street to Mrs Mac's Kitchen which was an amazing experience. read more
