Catfish and grits
Kristin L.

I wanted to give it 4 stars due to the kitchen getting backed up during my school's homecoming sunday brunch and it took almost 2 hrs to order my food. But I'm giving the 5th star because my server Carrington was a delight, kind, personable, professional and thanked me many times for my patience. Id want to be in Carrington's section every time. I got the catfish and grits and it was delicious; great seasoning and crispy catfish!! The ambiance was dope with the dj and of course my CAU Panthers in the building.

Fish and grits are YUMMY!!!! The waffle with oyster mushrooms!!!! Both YUMMY!!!

Carrington was AMAZING! She made my friend and my experience great! I also enjoyed my Vegan waffle with mushroom oyters!!!!

We came to celebrate a friends birthday. It was $20 entry. Most of the fun was upstairs but the main level entry was cool. Very spacious our bartender was sweet. She kept checking in with us. We did not order food. Parking was good. Lots of areas to park around this facility.

High society replaced big sky on the "Buckhead strip". We went for my friend's birthday and got a table which had a $200 deposit(which went towards your bottle). The service was okay. It was really hot out and they sat us in the corner behind the wall and the fan wasn't working. When we requested to move to a different table they said it was taken(even though it was empty). It took them about an hour to bring us some more fans. Overall it was okay. I won't be back though because it felt like we were inconveniencing the servers/hostess because we were hot and they were kind of like "o well" until we kept complaining and brought us some fans from downstairs

The Food was so gooood

I had such an amazing time in this spot. I ended up here on accident for my birthday and God placed me here because immediately when we got in I went up to Pierre not even knowing he was the manager and he took care of us . He got us a server we got our food fast. The food was really good. It was actually seasoned and so tasty . Pierre had all the great qualities of an attentive manager he gave me a birthday shot and checked on us. Our waiter was OK . Dj was great. All the music was really good. The aesthetics and decorations of the place were so amazing. It's hard to find a nice place in Atlanta were ppl treat u good for me but I genuinely had a great time and plan to come back here . The only downside was that they didn't take tap on Apple Pay. Everything else was great. Thank you Pierre for a wonderful birthday experience & great customer service and as always, I keep my word. See you again soon!!!!!

I really like this place. It used to be something else years ago, forgot the name, but it's nice. Restaurant on the bottom rooftop bar on top with patio and outdoor seating. Nice vibes. Good music. Some of the food was good. I would say to go when they are slow. They don't handle large crowds or big parties well from what I experienced. Other than that, it's cute.

So I came I For a networking event , they had valet parking which was $10 not horrible. They have an upstairs and downstairs. The event was on the rooftop. The bartenders were friendly I ordered a strawberry margarita $22 - this bartender was nice but it was ok. I ordered the lobster tail I really liked the flavor and was cooked well it wasn't chewy. I also go a lemon drop which was good as well. The chocolate cake was ooey and gooey and didn't taste frozen. Ambiance was nice plenty of seatinh with attentive wait staff. Only thing the roof top and bottom restaurant have separate menus. Overall great experience

A good spot if you want to feel trendy with a slight flair of fancy. I came on a Saturday which hosted a day party. The upstairs is the party zone and downstairs was table service. There are bars on each floor. It was packed when I went but the rooftop views and open air-ish concept is prob very much with fewer people. They offer tapas and entrees ranging from about $15-$50. There are signature drinks ($15-$30) and a full bar. The drink I have (A Georgia Peach??) was tasty and cute. Great spot if you want to party and dance a bit while grabbing a meal. Parking is very limited. Maybe 10 spots and I assume those are valet. Ride share or drop off highly recommended.

I decided to have a late lunch with a friend and the restaurant was pretty empty. We were the only people there at the bar. I really enjoyed the music selection and the cocktail that we had was absolutely stunning and delicious. We decided to share a plate with the smoked salmon and a small salad and it was absolutely delicious. There was a DJ that came in around 3 PM and we enjoyed The mixes that were created by her as well. I would definitely recommend this spot. It is convenient, there is parking, and the music is great.

Salmon crostini. Tasty and good size. My poinsettia was well made with mostly Prosecco although quite expensive (almost as much as my food).

I almost gave this a 3 but rounded up bc of the food and our server. We came here for brunch with a large party of 10. We sat down on the rooftop and had to pull our chairs together. The food was actually quite good and the portions were large for the price (the brunch prices are significantly lower than the dinner prices). Between the 10 of us we almost had every food item they had to offer. I had the salmon crostini which hit the spot and was large. I was not impressed with the patatas bravas. They had a nice kick but were a little soggy having sat in the sauce it was prepared with which seems to be a common comment. My friend's steak and eggs looked huge! The service was relatively fast and our server was good but the food runners let her down but not really trying to hand us our food. The drinks were very expensive for what you pay for. Not sure if I'd come back and I wonder if the experience would have been worse if it were busier (there were not many people inside at all) but overall I had a good experience.

This Day Party was nice. Vert nice venue & I enjoyed myself.

Food: Looks good but, all I noticed was very small tapas style plates Service: Great Ambiance: 40+ ages grown & sexy

Classy joint with a fun staff. The Bartender was so friendly and funny. The cocktails were next level! They were fun and tasty. Just really well crafted! It was also so quiet and idk why? It may be my new spot! A little pricey but worth it just for drinks!!!

We went here because of tik-tok... yeah, VERY overrated. There's not a lot of parking so you will have to park in the lot next door. When we walked in, it wasn't very busy, which was cool, and mood was real low-key. However, there was this group of 4 people at the bar that were being extra and loud. Our server was really nice and patient as we looked at the menu. I'll say this... the drinks were the only thing I really liked. We ordered the brussel sprouts and lamb chops as our starters. Little did I know that the tapas menu would be the only thing I order from! We went to try the lobster pappardelle and was disappointed to learn that they ran out. Keep in mind, they had only been open an hour for dinner, and we got there at 7 . The lamb chops were tender and flavorful, and the brussel sprouts were good with the balsamic glaze. They came with dried cranberries, which offered a tangy flavor to the dish. Next, I ordered the patatas bravas and gambas al ajillo...yeah...all trash! The potatoes looked like a pile of mush, and they tasted old. It gave me the vibe of overcooked potatoes that were reheated. The shrimp were meh... but it did come with French bread. The bread was soft, which is the ONLY good thing I can say about it. It tasted like air... no flavor whatsoever. Supposedly, they wanted you to dip it in the sauce, but nah... that didn't help. All in all, I'm not impressed, and I feel like I would only go back for the drinks. I was excited to see they had empanadas until I read the ingredients. My one suggestion is this... make sure you have enough of the one dish people are coming 30 minutes into town on hand... you literally ran out within an hour of being open for dinner!

Best suited for adults ages late 20s to possibly mid 40s. I went during late brunch hours (after noon) on a summer Sunday and it was not busy. There were plenty of seats inside and outside on the patio. The patio is the best seating bc it is tucked under trees which is really cool to take in while you listen to music, chat and watch the visuals on the multiple tvs playing. Chicken skins as an appetizer. I really loved the idea when I thought I was getting the pork rind version of chicken skins but it turned out to be only some skin pieces and majority thigh meat chunks. Oxtail fried rice I found to be fair. It reminded me a ton of roast, as it was tender and tasted awfully familiar like one. My companion advised that the oxtail could have been better had it came with the traditional gravy because without it that made it lose some of the intended flavor of oxtail. The flight was fair as well. TiYou are allowed to pick your own brand liquor to specialize the drink which I thought was dope. The pricing was typical of club pricing. A personal bottle of Saratoga water was $7 which seemed a bit extreme. Gratuity was automatic. If I went again, I would for sure want to experience it at night and I'd likely only want to do drinks and a hookah. I feel like the outside is better suited for that as it was humid and I couldn't enjoy my good to the fullest extent because of that and flies. Parking is $10 and doesn't matter if you valet or self park.

With UGA Homecoming happening that weekend, there was a nice crowd, but the rooftop never felt overly crowded. There was a good amount of seating, which I appreciated. The music was good, and the atmosphere was lively while still being relaxed enough to enjoy cocktails and conversation with friends. Alexis was our server and took great care of us throughout the night. I ordered a French 75 made with Hennessy, and it was made perfectly. At one point, there was a delay with one of my drink orders, and the bartender offered me a complimentary shot of Hennessy while I waited. It was a nice gesture and a great example of customer service. This was my first time visiting Rose & Rye, and I would definitely return. Both were pretty good. The rooftop space is nice, and I liked having the option to hang out outside. One thing that was a little disappointing was the seating situation. There weren't many open seats available because most of the tables were reserved or required a purchase, so it was hard to find a place to settle in. The vibe also felt a little off since there weren't a lot of people there during the event, which made it feel less like a party and more like a regular afternoon at a rooftop bar. On the plus side, I did enjoy the music and the photo booth was a fun touch.

They all received half filled drinks. Mind you this drink was $24!!!!! (the menu online prices are different than the ones in person). The drink didn't fit under the happy hour special because it was made with tequila instead of vodka so at least fill it up! Vibes were slow at first but it started to pic up.
