We ate here 3 times in a week. Their Chicken dishes are off the chain - crispy, well-grilled chicken thigh, chopped up in a way that gives you a good portion full of flavor and moisture. They have a ton of sauces and all are probably good. This would still be a Five-Star review even though the Beef was plain, dry, and tough. The big problem is that on this third order, I followed suit and ordered sushi as well. In the notes, my spouse asked they not put tempura crunchy bits inside my Spicy Tuna Avocado roll because I have a gluten allergy. I trusted them based on my prior experiences and didn't notice until I'd eaten all but three pieces, leaving me sick. Considering this was our third $65 order in a week, it seems rather unfair that I now have to be sick for a week because this note was missed. I was feeling five-star about it, too. A long time ago, I used to get sushi from a place in Penn Station where they sold fried chicken, and this guy had a sushi bar at the back of the chicken place. The sushi and the service were always great, and I couldn't believe how great a deal it was. This is still a very good deal (especially the Salmon Lovers special at $9.99 for 4 pieces of Salmon and a Salmon roll!) and the sushi is pretty good, but I do miss the banter of the cool guy at Penn Station. I order a Salmon lover and shrimp bento box for delivery. They delivered really fast but sadly with the speedy delivery there were consequences to my Salmon lover. It looks as if the container was flipped upside down and the salmon and rice were all over the place. I don't like ginger and they didn't put a divider inside, also there's ginger flavor in every piece of sushi because the ginger was really wet plus the tumbling around from being flipped upside down really mixed it up good in there. I hate this the most that there wasn't enough soy sauce and wasabi. The shrimp in the bento box is in everything else. There's a saucy shrimp in the California roll, 2 shrimps in the rice and one more in the vegetables. Seems like that order was also flipped around. And yet again with the damn ginger everywhere. I regret tipping with card on seamless. The guy was rushing so much and cause the food to be lacking... or else it would have been perfect. My suggestion is not to order delivery from them. In conclusion, food tasted good but the delivery service was terrible because the delivery guy had a lack of consideration for the positioning of food. read more

I've only ordered take out from here and haven't had a complaint to date. Portions are definitely a good size since I'm a fat ass. My go to meal is the bourbon chicken with noodles. I've had the spicy honey chicken and it was a bit too spicy for my likings. If you want a good meal for a good price and size then you can't go wrong here. read more

We were looking for somewhere close to our hotel. We stop in and couldn't be more surprised. It's like a fast food hibachi and fresh sushi! Everything was so good! Staff is always very friendly, and always willing to make your order perfectly the way you want it. Food comes out quick, and is actually tasty. Not too expensive, and they even offer sushi. Went in a few nights ago. The sides (rice, fried rice or noodles) are pre-made, the protein they grill to order. Takes a few minutes for it to be made. Comes with a salad that is mostly cabbage. The food was pretty good- nothing exciting but definitely not bad. I had the chicken (good) and noodles (lo Mein, not a lot of flavor). Hibachi fast food. Not a bad idea, however, the food is not very good. Bento boxes are primarily rice. Don't be fooled by the menu pictures. I ordered cubed hibachi steak. Looked great on tv menu board, nice big cubed steak, medium rare. What I received was beef a little bigger than ground meat. Not very tasty and as I said, lots of rice. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered lunch from there for a co-worker and myself, chicken teriyaki. When we opened the containers, the chicken looked old. My coworker tasted it first and said it was horrible. I didn't believe her, so I tried it and had to spit it out. It was completely inedible. It tasted like they killed a pigeon found on 86th street and tried to serve it to us. I called seamless for a refund and they told me that hibachi master wanted to come pick the food up so they could make sure we didn't eat it. (I assure you, I can afford to pay for my food.) I brought the uneaten garbage to security to get it out of my sight and to make the pickup procedure easier. When the delivery person came to pick it up from my building, he began arguing with my security guard about a soda we didn't return, causing a scene. (The bottled soda was fine and had been drunk by this time folks. It was the food that was the issue) Basically, I do not recommend this place unless you want to eat garbage that resembles cooked pigeon. read more

Ordered a chicken bento box. For 8.99 plus tax and all it came out to be around $10. It came at room temperature. Not hot not cold just room temperature. The food itself was alright. The way the container came they actually give less because they use the smaller parts for the chicken. And stuff the bigger one with rice. You're better off getting the chicken teriyaki. Hibachi master, overall you are edible and aren't lacking in taste. I ordered the "shrimp teriyaki hibachi with fried rice and veggies" at first glance everything is very monotone in color, the shrimp are the size of little quarters. As a consumer I would much rather prefer to have 8 freshly cooked shrimp, than 20 little baby frozen shrimp. Also the same goes with the veggies, while I am sure it isn't "cost efficient", your valued customers would much rather have freshly grilled veggies. In my serving I had one piece of broccoli and the rest were translucent slimy slivers of what appears to possibly be cabbage. I gave you four stars because I know how much yelp can impact a business, and I do believe there is hope for you since the food overall tastes ok. Just buy fresh. I work in the neighborhood and would love to try you again. Take this as you will, but in hopes I wish it to come across as a positive critique to help the business. read more

What a relief to find a decent place in the neighborhood for even a limited selection of Asian Food. For some reason, good Asian food has disappeared from Bay Ridge, for the most part. It is not the best sushi I have ever had, but it was good and I will definitely order from them again. The miso was plentiful and delicious. I really miss Lai Yuen. (Which, astonishingly, went out of business, despite having fantastic Chinese food.) The food we got was good, but I would like to see more dishes and sides.
