I've experienced his rudeness before, but continued coming back because of the excellent service from the Mexican barista. However, this incident crossed the line. My daughter is only 14 years old and does not deserve to be yelled at or treated disrespectfully. She even tipped them before this happened, and afterward she told me the tip felt like a complete waste. After this experience, our family will be boycotting this location. We will not be returning.

Last time I came by someone had just put in an order of 15 drinks. So other folks were definitely waiting longer than I did for their drinks as they just had finished putting together that order.
