I get the kale boost here and it's similar to a drink Auntea Jenny serves which is the kale apple fiber chia seed. They taste similar but sometimes when I poke my straw in the lid of the Auntea Jenny tea, a piece of the styrofoam that it has under the sticker of the lid falls into my drink! I like that Hey Tea doesn't have the same lid because I never have that same problem.
Next time I'm craving heytea, I will go to this location! SO much cleaner and does not have a weird scent like the other location did when I visited. There was plenty of parking up front and our order came out pretty quickly. We did go on a Friday a little before 4pm. The only difficult part was that they didn't have a printed menu, their screen was down, and the QR code took you to download their app. So check the Yelp menu before if you don't have the app! We ordered the mango coconut book and the super brown sugar milk tea. So yummy! Both pretty sweet but really enjoyed it. The boba was so pillowy soft
I've heard a lot of hype about Hey Tea and was stoked that there was one nearby my work event. We had walked here from our conference center at lunch to try Hey Tea. The inside was very minimalistic and cute. I thought the lights and decor suited the vibes of the art on their drinks. When looking at the menu, it was very simplistic unless you ordered a seasonal item. The cashier was interesting and very young; she didn't say much. I ordered their brown sugar milk tea with boba and I have to say I was quite disappointed. The drink itself tasted like milk and brown sugar. No tea in it. I felt like I was drinking very watery milk. Their boba was okay and nothing that was amazing. Sadly, it wasn't a good first experience at Hey Tea. I don't think I'll be coming back again.
Five stars for service here! Three stars for everything else. The gal working the counter was absolutely lovely. I came to order for three other people who didn't check the menu, so I was texting and trying to get things figured out. The young lady working was so patient and truly was great. The rest of the place was odd. The decor was.....severe. I felt like it was the scene where Catherine O'Hara redecorates in the original beetlejuice movie and it's all scary modern furniture. The bench was uncomfortable the decor is uninviting. The music is sort of odd lounge ambient music. The menu is very limited, but nothing very classic to boba places. It was ok. Not spectacular. The boba cost extra and they don't give you much. The service was great! Kind staff and they were fast. I probably won't come here over the abundance of boba in Irvine. It's a vibe. Someone else's vibe.
Parking 5/5 -A lot of spots available in the plaza parking lot Service 5/5 -Friendly staff, it was pretty busy and it took about 15 minutes for us to get our drink. Food 5/5 -Mango coconut boom, we ordered it light ice with 50% sweetness. Mango was ripe and soft, sago added nice texture to the drink, just like the name tasted like a liquid mango sticky rice except replace the sticky rice with smooth and soft sago balls. Overall a refreshing drink good for any occasion Ambiance 5/5 -Minimalistic interior with decent amount of comfortable seating throughout the shop, air conditioned, very comfortable space.
Unlike the other reviews, we didn't have much of a wait time (prob around 15min on a Saturday night) which was pretty lucky. Drinks were really good and were gently sized for the price. Additionally there was a lot of parking but minimal seating inside and outside. Considering how close this is to UCI, it does get packed fast so I can see why the wait times can range from 15min to an hour. Good drinks though but up to you to take the risk to go or not!
Messy. A friend studying up for a big exam in the area wanted to check this spot out - so we stopped by last Saturday. Apparently, Hey Tea has only been open for a few months - per the employee I asked. On a side note, I think this spot might be cursed for boba tea/cafes - since I remember this exact spot hosting a number of boba/milk tea shops over the past decade - since the time I was a UCI student to now. Places never last more than a year or so before shuttling, and in comes the next cafe. It was fairly crowded when we stopped by - mostly people waiting for their drink, the ordering line had only a person in front of us. The menu is available right at the register - which probably isn't the best spot to put a menu, especially since that means people won't be able to decide what they want until they get to the register - causing a potential roadjam. They should consider putting the menu on a display stand upfront, or a menu posted to the storefront or wall or something. I opted for the Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea, while my friend got the Coconut Mango Boom. We paid and then grabbed a seat at the community table - which only had stools on one side. We waited. And waited. And waited. It took nearly 25 minutes to get our drink. In the meanwhile, I got up to use their restroom... which doesn't have a lock - or if it does, it doesn't work. Or no one knows how to use it, cuz I walked right in on someone sitting on the toilet for #2. Sowwie!!! Drinks came out - I snapped a few shots around the scenic interior - but the drinks themselves were nothing memorable. Certainly did not justify the higher than average cost of the drinks. My boba pearls were soggy, not chewy or fresh tasting. You'd think considering their healthy looking customer flow that they'd have fresh boba pearls, but that didn't seem to be the case with my drink. Nothing was particularly memorable about my drink. I really don't see myself going out of the way to stop by here again, especially considering there's a number of other higher quality/better priced spots in the Irvine area.
I got the Coconut Mango Boom from here and it was pretty good. The drink was creamy and not too sweet. I liked the sago and fresh Asian mango chunks. However, I did taste a funky mango bit in my drink, but it didn't ruin it for me. I liked how it felt like I was consuming a healthier dessert. However, I feel like more effort could've been put into my drink as it felt like it was put together in a rush. Also, my friend ordered the same thing right after me, but hers took a while to be made for some reason. There's ample parking in front and some seating inside. Overall, a decent experience here and the Hey Tea chain is still great!
This location has some tables for seating, unlike the one on Jeffrey in Irvine. Parking can be tight, but it's easier to find since the plaza is less busy. You can also park around the corner by Ralph's and walk over. I usually order pickup through the Heytea app, and it's almost always ready on time. Pickup orders sometimes close during peak hours. Their points system is nice since I get Heytea weekly, heh. The Mango Grapefruit Boom is my go-to and is extremely refreshing and still sweet even with minimal sugar. It has real mango chunks, and the grapefruit flavor definitely comes through. Their milk teas and matcha drinks are also high quality and very fragrant. Overall, Heytea uses quality ingredients, and every drink I've tried on the menu has been good.
I love Heytea yummy drinks are so fun and the only bad thing I would have to say is the price. It's on the more expensive side, but it's honestly so addicting and it makes it worth it. This location is specifically my go to because there's usually no line and there's good parking and the staff are pretty nice and the interior is really nice too. It looks really minimalistic and cool.
I really want to gatekeep this location because it doesn't get crowded like the one on Jeffrey. I didn't know about this location until today and it is so much closer to where I live and this location has better parking than Jeffrey. Their online ordering was down before we got there but it's ok, there were only 4 people in front of us, no big deal. Ordered the Yingde tea with cheese foam and it was delicious. I will definitely be back!
I ordered on the app and waited and after 15 mins the order showed up as cancelled. When I asked the employee, they had no idea why it was cancelled. So I said no problem and ordered in store. I waited for 35+ mins for the order to be made and spent a total of a hour in the store on Monday at 2pm. I do understand that the store gets busy but when I showed them my receipt they had no idea where the cup was and had to create a new cup to make my drink. Unreal while standing there for close to a hour, I saw two employees standing behind the counter not making drinks.
new heytea location!! heyyy. I like the location of this plaza, better then the other irvine location. The inside definitely has more space, and plentiful, with a public restroom. more of a modern interior as well. came here for a bogo jasmine tea, so as you can tell it was very busy. since staff is new, it was a bit of a wait to pick up your drink, even after it was ready, but just have patience with a brand-new staff. drink was yummy! Jasmine Tea Latte: def leans towards the floral side. although I prefer more of a tea flavor, it was still delicious. I wish it was a bit creamier as well, with the milk. There are other places that have tastier jasmine lattes; however it is up to your preference of floral or tea. Would def come back to this location, as it seems a bit less crowded in terms of parking. They have a lot of other delicious drinks. read more
This Heytea location just opened in the Ralph's center on Harvard and Main in Irvine. It is a tea chain based in Shenzhen, China. They are known for their fresh teas and high- quality ingredients. We got the BOGO deal on opening weekend. I came on a Sunday and was #37 in line. I arrived about 20 minutes before they opened. There was security there, making the process smooth and organized. We got the MATCHA CLOUD COCONUT BLUE $8, KALE BOOST TEA $8, SUPREME BROWN SUGAR BOBO MILK TEA $8, and CLOUD JASMINE TEA $5.50. The Matcha Cloud Coconut Blue is a pretty matcha drink layered with soft coconut milk squares (tastes like the canned coconut) and mixed with blue spirulina, and a matcha foam. It has a good matcha flavor, although the coconut is pretty strong... very creamy drink- 4 stars. The Kale Boost Tea was light and refreshing. It had a lemon flavor and there were chia seeds added to it- 4 stars. It came in a hard plastic bottle and you can probably keep it in the fridge to drink the next day if you can't finish all your drinks. You can also reuse the bottle. The Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea was very good, although Heytea is known for using REAL MILK so if you are lactose like me, good luck. I still wanted to try it so we ordered it anyway. It was nice and creamy and the boba was soft and chewy- 4.5 stars. The Cloud Jasmine Tea is a fresh jasmine green tea topped with cheese foam. It was simple and slightly creamy. However, there was nothing special about it and it was not sweet enough for me- 3 stars. The first 300 customers each day of grand opening weekend get a free Heytea LA "City of Angels" magnet depicting an angel holding a boba, surrounded by palm trees. Overall, Heytea is a solid tea place. The interior has a modern feels and there are a few tables and some seats outside. The cashier was very welcoming and staff members were hard at work getting the orders out. I will definitely be back. Stay thirsty! read more

Favorites are the pistachio king cloud, cloud matcha latte, and cloud crisp grape. This location is much more lowkey than the one on Jeffrey with much easier parking. I always order ahead of time on the app so that the drink is ready when I go to pickup. Pro tip, they also offer free delivery coupons on Wednesday if you wanted a sweet treat without the hassle of going to pick the drink up in person! read more
Hey Tea is now open in the Westpark area. I loved the Hey Tea in NY and gave this offshoot a try. Quality is not the same on our first try, but I appreciate the location and the menu. The triple matcha is a decadent treat. We also ordered the jasmine milk tea with sago. Shopping center parking lot. Indoor seating. Please come and create your own adventure. read more
I was so happy that a HeyTea opened just across the street from me, so my roomie and I went to check it out during our lunch. We came on grand opening day around 12 pm & the line was wrapped around the building. We thought we'd be there 1 hour max...but we were there for 2 HOURS!!!??? Definitely not worth the wait. After 1.5 hours of waiting, they messed up my order. I asked for a coco mango boom & supreme matcha, but got 2 matchas. Instead of offering to fix it right away or comp my order, they made me reorder & take a new number in line, so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes! What's worse is they gave me the same matcha that had been sitting out from before. So it was all melted & I could barely taste the matcha. My final straw was when we were asked to write a google review to get the free fridge magnet that was advertised as part of their grand opening deals. Since when was this a requirement or mentioned on their socials?? The staff only gave them to us for free when she saw my roomie getting stressed/anxious trying to leave a review on the spot, but that left a bad taste in my mouth. I get that grand opening will inevitably have hiccups, but this could've been handled so much better. They asked for a review and they got one! I've had better experiences at their other locations, so I won't be supporting this location for awhile! read more
First time trying this place and I must say it's pretty good for a boba place that just opened in this location. I'm also up to trying new boba places whenever I get the chance and I heard so much good things about Hey Tea. So yesterday my husband and I decided to give this place a try which I'm glad we did. Let start with the ambiance . I love how clean it felt when you walked it . There's a good amount of spots to seat and they have a big table if you wanna enjoy boba with a group of friends. Clean and open so perfect . I love how simple the lay out is , wasn't overwhelming. The service was great . The gentleman in the front was very helpful when it came to giving recommendations 10/10 service because they were really quick in making our drinks . Now for the boba . I got their wicked drink and cloud mango both were good. My husband got the grapefruit and oat matcha latte he loved both. Not over powering with sweetness and just taste so natural which is amazing . If you are looking for a boba place to try definitely give this place a try ! 10/10 highly recommend ! Went to HeyTea on a Sunday afternoon. There wasn't any lines so I gave it a try. They were out of matcha cloud and said it would take 15 minutes and so we said we'll just take cheese foam instead. But we ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our drinks to come out so we could've just waited for the matcha foam to be made, but the drinks were good with just cheese foam. I always try to get oat milk instead for my matcha but the team member said they couldn't sub the milk for oat milk. The matcha latte itself was pretty good! Matcha flavor was definitely there and it wasn't too sweet. The matcha quality was okay, definitely not ceremonial grade. The interior of the shop has several seats but geared more toward 2 person groups. There is one big table with 6 seats. There are a few tables outside. Most people seem to just pick up and go. Not exactly somewhere id think of first when wanting a matcha latte. 3 stars because of the 20 minute wait and inability to sub milk. I do want to add that the service was good - the cashier was great at helping us order as it was our first time at a Hey Tea. I found the menu to be a little confusing for some reason! read more
HEYTEA has a new mochi yingde cheese milk tea! And here's a pro gamer move for you... make sure to ask for the cheese mochi on the side. It's a handmade mochi topping with a really unique rice aroma. In your drink, it makes it like a fun "chewable" boba drink, but if you get it on the side, it's like you're getting a drink AND a bonus dessert ;) The Yingde tea they use is known as the "world's most aromatic black tea" that's made with large whole tea leaves rather than the usual broken leaves, which gives it a floral, almost honey-like taste. During their grand opening weekend Sept 26 to 28, this Hey Tea location (Harvard & Main) offered a BOGO deal. The lines were very long but the employees were hard at work fulfilling customer orders. We tried the following drinks in order of preference: 1. Mango Grapefruit Boom 2. Coconut Matcha Boba 3. Matcha Cloud Coconut Blue 4. Triple Matcha Latte The drinks are good but on the pricier side for the cup size. To me, Hey Tea does not particularly stand out from any other popular drink/boba place. If I were to go back, the only menu item worth the wait (if any) and cost is the Mango Grapefruit Boom. read more
New HeyTea location in Irvine! We went on grand opening day around 7pm and the line went a little past Poached Kitchen. Even though there were a lot of people, the line moved at a good pace and was organized. We ordered the cloud magnolia latte, coconut matcha bobo, matcha cloud coconut blue, and coconut mango blue. There was limited seating inside. The drinks were all good. I got the coconut matcha bobo which had coconut jelly and bobo (brown sugar boba), and the slight bitterness of the matcha mixed well with the sweet toppings. I tried a sip of the cloud magnolia latte which had a strong floral taste that I wasn't a big fan of, and the tea kind of overpowered the matcha cream. I do wish our drinks came in the clear cups. I came to this location a few months ago and i had a spectacular coconut mango boom but this time it was nowhere near the same quality. The mango flavor was nonexistent and the drink just tasted watery. The grape drink was refreshing, it was full of grape flavor and had a lot of real grape chunks. There was around a 30 minute wait on a weekend afternoon. The coconut jelly is my favorite so I'll probably still come back but hopefully they're more consistent with the quality next time. read more
I don't know why this Hey Tea is less crowded than the one on Jeffrey but I'm here for it! The parking is so easy at this location. It super easy to order on the app and pick up with pretty fast pick up times. There are a few places to sit inside too!! My go to drinks are the kale boost tea for something refreshing or the longjing milk tea if you want more milky tea. I got the new king jasmine and I wasnt a huge fan of it, pretty standard and maybe more on the floral side and not the strong side of a jasmine but still not bad. read more
This was the worst HeyTea I've been to. Upon ordering, the worker told us it would be an 81 minute wait. We said ok, ordered, and then left to take care of an errand. There weren't many people inside the store. I assume most people did the same thing or ordered online. Got the text to come back 40 minutes later. Luckily, we were close by, but the inconsistency in the wait time communicated to us made our night inconvenient. I ordered the Crisp Grape Boom, which is my usual at other locations. I've had this drink countless times. My drink from this location was way too icy. I love HeyTea, but I would not return to this location. read more

Stopped by yesterday when it didn't look busy at all -- no line when we ordered, so I assumed it'd be a quick 15-20 minute wait. Ended up waiting 40 minutes before I even checked in. 50 minutes for the second check in and 1 hour when we got our drinks. I was order 60211, and I started hearing 60213, 60214, 60215 being called. I went up to an employee just to politely ask if I could check on my order. Before I could even finish my sentence or mention how long I'd been waiting, he cut me off and said, "It's not ready. Five more minutes." No eye contact, didn't look at my receipt, didn't ask for my order number, just very dismissive and rude. It honestly caught me off guard and completely killed the vibe. Another 10 minutes passed and I saw people who ordered after us get the exact same drink I ordered. At that point, we asked a different employee for help. He actually checked the system and told us our order sticker had been misplaced. Basically our order was either lost or given away. Mistakes happen, I get that. What was frustrating is that this could've been fixed way earlier if the first employee had taken two seconds to actually check instead of brushing me off. One of our drinks had already been made and was just sitting there the entire time, so by the time we finally got it, the ice was melted and it didn't taste great. We waited close to an hour total for two drinks. The second employee apologized, but the first rude employee never did. Overall, really disappointing experience. The issue itself was fixable but it was the rude response and lack of basic customer service that made it frustrating. Proper training and a little courtesy would've gone a long way here. Pretty shocked to see how unclean the drinks are. I stood there and watched as they prepared the drinks, with cream and liquid spilling everywhere. Cups were covered in cream and liquid. All of the drinks are wiped by the same dirty rag which has been out for who knows how long. Our cups had dirty marks on them. Made me question if it was safe to drink. read more

Stopped by HeyTea off Culver near 99 Ranch and China Garden and got the Coconut Mango Boom, and it was genuinely amazing. Super flavorful without being overly sweet, which I really appreciate. The fresh mango pieces paired perfectly with the crystal boba (those clear, chewy pearls) and the cream. Once mixed, everything came together smoothly, but it also looked beautiful before stirring, definitely picture worthy. The line moved quickly, and even though we came in about 15 minutes before closing, the service was still warm and attentive, no rushed energy at all. I also loved the cute drawings throughout the shop and the screen that shows when your order is ready. It's especially helpful when you're waiting outside and want to keep an eye on things. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to. read more
In the 7.99 for a drink it better be good. Yep the triple matcha half sweet was pretty amazing worth it. I could really taste the matcha and the foam on top. The toppings were unique too unlike your typical boba like matcha pudding texture. I will be back to try their other pretty looking drinks. read more

I always go to Heytea whenever they have BOGOs to slowly try their menu, and liked their green grape line this time around! I'm not too big on their matchas, but what I can wholeheartedly recommend is their Kale Boost Tea. That's been my favorite drink on their menu ever since I tried it a while back and will always recommend it! read more
I think I may have found my new favorite boba spot! We were craving boba so decided to pivot and check out a new spot so we decided on Hey Tea. I went for the coconut mango boom and omg it was delicious. I ordered it with less sugar and the drink was refreshing with chunks of fresh mango thrown in. The sago pearls were a good change from the typical boba and I loved the strong fresh flavors. The spot does get busy so would recommend downloading their app and ordering ahead of time! read more

Soooo this place has been known for the long wait and let me tell you its true lol. However the drinks are good, but I wish they do a bit better with the way the annouce the drinks are ready because it take too long for the drink to be make then it come to someone completely different that not sure whom drinks belong to. I typically visit the Jeffrey location since it's only a five-minute drive from my home. However, when I learned that my favorite drink, the King Jasmine Guava, was out of stock there, I decided to make the trip to this location instead. This spot offers more parking options than the other one, which is a plus. I placed my order through the app and arrived for pickup. They were just as good as those from the Jeffrey location, and the staffs were friendly and welcoming. read more

I have tried Hey Tea at this new location twice and both times haven't been a good experience. The drink quality is completely different from the original Irvine location. The cashiers also seem to struggle with the POS system and get easily stressed out when one change is made to an order. For today, I ordered a basic milk tea boba and it was disgusting! The milk tasted sour, the boba contained too much sugar, and there was an added cream top.. for what reason? It was the worst milk tea boba I've ever had. You can tell a lot about a boba shop if they can't even do a basic milk tea right. read more

Oh em! I can't express how much I loooove their drinks!! We found out about this place through my besties who recently went to China for their honeymoon and they said this place was very good and a must try! The Break Down: Location/Parking: - This location specifically is in Harvard Place Shopping Center. In the area that HEY Tea is located there is a small parking area, but lots of other parking towards Ralphs you would just have to walk to the drink spot. Atmosphere: -OKAY! I have been to the other location on Jeffrey, BUT Oh em gee you need to see this shop! It is so simple and clean, just so aesthetically pleasing to my eyes. So minimalistic, but classy if you get what I mean. I love that their menu is animated! So you see the drink menu, pictures of the drinks, little cute characters and artworks flash here and there on their screen! Music choice also fits the vibe, I keep coming back to this location especially for PICTURES!! :) The Drinks: Cloud Matcha Latte ($7.99) 3/5 Stars - Okay so this was what I ordered my first time trying Hey Tea. I love matcha, but I'm also picky with it too. I'm used to making it the way I do and have already found my favorite spot so my rating for it wasn't as high. Please do try it out, because it may match your matcha preference. Coconut Mango Boom ($6.99) 5/5 Stars!!! - THIS MY FRIEND IS THE STAR OF THE SHOW!! Please order this! I'm not much of a fruit girl, like fruits is not something where I'm like oooo i want something sweet let me get a fruit smoothie or eat some fruits. Yeah no lol. BUT THIS! Yum!! I've been back here 5x in i want to say a week because it was so addicting. You definitely get the actual fruit here and it tastes so freshhhh! Idk if they are growing the mangos in the back bc its refresshhhing! This drink also has jasmine blended in supposedly and coconut custard chunks that are so soft. At the bottom they also put in little tapioca pearls. Im filipino so we would call this sago! Service: - So we usually do mobile orders because this location is small and the amount of orders can get crazy. So far though despite doing the mobile order the line hasn't been out the doors, which I LOVE! The staff has been very nice, welcoming and open to explaining and answering questions you may have. Overall: Check this place out especially if you are a mango lover! The aesthetic, the vibe and the awesome refreshing drinks gets an A++ for me :) NOTE: Download the Hey Tea app, you can earn points towards rewards which is awesome!! Stopped by the new location on Main Street on a Sunday evening and they seemed slammed. I think they are still working out the kinks a bit, the staff seemed a little confused when I asked questions about the menu. I ended up just getting a cloud Jasmine tea and my husband got the mango coconut blue. It was really pretty! The Jasmine tea was refreshing as well. It did take a bit for the drinks but hopefully they'll get a little more efficient as they get the hang of things here. read more

Amazing service! This one is not as busy as their other irvine location and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. This location also has sesting so it would be nice if you need to come and study or do some work. Drinks are superb just like the other location. We got the crisp grape boom and the cloud magnolia latte. The cloud magnolia latte is good but on the floral side, definitely more floral than their jasmine latte, but still really good. The crisp grape boom is so refreshing. Definitely a favorite. read more
This was my first time going to HeyTea and the drink I got (Oat Matcha Bobo) was really good! The boba was not too sweet and soft with just the right amount of chewiness. My friends' drinks were mango-based and I liked it as well. Looking forward to trying their other drinks! read more

6/29/26 was the employee joking?! he gave me a hella small straw like 3 mcdonald's coffee stirrer straws attached to each other. it was so hard to drink my king jasmine guava and got no zest unless i made an effort to get the cream top. that was my favorite part of sipping on this drink.. had to suction 2x the usual just to get a decent sip. read more
i love the atmosphere here much more than the jeffrey/walnut location, really encapsulates the "new style tea" vibe really well. i wanted to try the cloud magnolia latte since ive never had magnolia flavored anything before. cant say i dig it too hard but im not knocking it for that -- its got a nice subtle fragrant taste that i do enjoy, but i tend to gravitate towards more bombastic flavors at tea shops (just a personal preference). mango grapefruit boom on the other hand was a noticeable downgrade from the jeffrey location -- the coconut jelly seemed a bit lower quality and overpowered the mango flavor. they also took quite long to make the drinks but it wasnt too much of an issue because i liked waiting in the space and it did look like they were really backed up. overall, since this location is a bit more out of the way for me, i think ill just stick to going to the jeffrey spot. read more
We came for their grand opening and waited about an hour and 40min. We were 63rd in line. As we got closer to the front, the staff came by with some water and jasmine tea. The staff was really nice and helpful with the menu. We ordered a coconut mango boom and a triple supreme matcha latte. Both were yummy. I wish the matcha was blended! Mango was sweeter than the matcha for sure. Store was unique and cute with seating. Very sleek and clean. read more

Absolutely no customer service no personality to anyone that works there. They do not talk to you. They don't communicate unless you try to get their attention and force them to talk to you. Their online app wasn't accepting orders. They open at 11 AM. It was 1110 it kept saying they were closed. I couldn't order their kiosk. Inside of their store was turned off. The employees were not paying attention to anyone standing in line trying to order. I had to communicate that they're online wasn't working, and another kiosk was not on they took my order barely spoke to me. They had a lot of drinks just sitting there not calling anyone. LOVE Heytea!! Everything I've tried always feel so fresh and healthy. Even the teas have so much aroma and the best floral flavor. It can be pretty hectic. I would say the employees don't give the best service, but they are always hard at work to get the drinks out ASAP. The interior is always clean and the tea smell is heavenly. I love this locations modern interior and the fact that there is seating which their other Irvine location does not. I always recommend one of the booms and the matcha tea! The kale tea is also so good and healthy. Love that they added this location since it's more convenient for me! read more
