It started when I saw a posting for what looked like a decent car with a decent price. I told them I live in Bay Area. Gary in the beginning was very easy to deal with, very responsive to my calls and questions. The agreement was for me to deposit the money into their checking account and he would release the car and paperwork to a friend so he can drive it to me. Once they got the money nothing else was followed up. I completed the paperwork and sent it via priority mail (paid for delivery myself). A few weeks later when I asked about the paperwork being sent back to me (thinking it should be already sent) Gary told me "she said she sent it", who the hell is "she"?!. Then Gary texted me back and said it is now in the mail being sent through regular mail!!! C'mon guys, I gave you the respect of receiving my money and paperwork in a timely manner and you can't even fork out the $5 bucks to make sure it gets back to me?! It's been over a month and half now and still nothing, on top of that my calls are getting ignored and forwarded to a voicemail. I wrote this 20 minutes ago. Didn't get a chance to write about all the mechanical issues with the car and now just got a call back from Gary to find out that this place is now closed for business. I now am out $6500, I have a lemon for a car, with no paperwork to show that I am the owner... I only have the previous owner's attorney information. Attorney?!!!

However, bought a 2014 truck w/ 94k miles, $3700 down... and less than 60 days later, realized it needed a 3k TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY (A new transmission was recommended even), Drive shaft and Fuel pump module. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my books TWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some credit I put this review on Google and Yelp since I feel it's important everyone hears me out on this honest review AND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.

Before coming into Fullerton, I had originally taken my truck to another Ford dealer in the area, in which my truck sat there for a week, not even pulled into the shop, undiagnosed, and fully un-communicated with by the service advisor. Which was super frustrating being out a vehicle for this amount of time. I ended up picking the truck up and taking it over to Fullerton, which was a great decision! At Fullerton, I got in touch with Cesar, who took excellent care of me and my truck. He was super communicative, and productive on getting my transmission issues fixed under warranty and was even able to get me a rental car while my truck was getting wrenched on. I do want to note too, the whole service team was great, when Cesar was gone or out for lunch they all picked up his work and made sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't find myself back in the service department anytime soon, but if I do, I'm 100% bringing the vehicles to Fullerton over any Ford service dept in SoCal. Might even find myself in the sales department later on down the road!

I expressed my concern to Jesus, and he explained that the sensor would most likely need to be replaced, with an estimated cost of no more than $150. I agreed and told him that was fine. I dropped off my car at 9:30 a.m. and received absolutely no updates throughout the day. Around 3:00 p.m., I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told that Jesus was busy but would return my call. Unfortunately, that call never came. By 4:45 p.m., I had my husband drop me off at the dealership. When I arrived, Jesus seemed surprised to see me. I explained that I had never received a callback or any updates regarding my vehicle. He then went to check on my car and returned to tell me it was ready. He confirmed that both recalls had been taken care of. However, when I asked about the tire sensor, his response left me completely stunned. He actually said, **"Oh, you wanted that taken care of too?"** I was beyond shocked! Why on earth would I bring up a faulty tire sensor, discuss the cost of replacing it, and agree to the repair if I didn't want it fixed? Rather than acknowledging the oversight or taking accountability, Jesus claimed that the part needed to be ordered. What made this even more frustrating was that he made this statement without even checking the computer to verify whether the part was available. I was without my car for the entire day, only to discover that one of the main reasons I brought it in hadn't even been addressed. What disappointed me the most wasn't just the incomplete service, but **the complete lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability.** Mistakes happen, but how someone handles those mistakes speaks volumes about their customer service. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of my time. I expected much better service, especially when I had clearly communicated my concerns from the very beginning. **A huge disservice and an even bigger disappointment!**
