He diffused our annoyance at the other sales guy. Mark is very personable, he listened to what we were looking for for the company van. He helped us stay in our price point. He spent a lot of time explaining to us the ins and outs of buying a used commercial vehicle. We highly recommend him. He turned us from walking out the door to customers who bought a vehicle different from what we had planned.

During my visit, I had a very positive in-person experience. I was assisted by Domenica Sanchez, who was professional, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He answered my questions thoroughly and created a comfortable environment--exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to work with when making a major purchase. Due to prior commitments, I had to leave quickly, but I made it clear that I intended to follow up and move forward with the purchase. As a veteran, I take my word seriously--when I say I'm coming back, I mean it. I fully intended to return and buy the vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly when I called the dealership afterward. The interaction I had with someone in the finance/loan department was disappointing. I felt rushed and dismissed, which was a stark contrast to the excellent service I initially received in person. Good customer service should be consistent across all departments, especially when a customer is ready to move forward. It's unfortunate because the in-person experience set a high standard, but the follow-up interaction did not meet it. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve communication and professionalism over the phone.

The experience was Great, Rigo kept clear communication with myself and my Son, he's Very Knowledgeable, Pleasant to work with, and Very Friendly. We are Grateful for the way the Team pulled together to make this happen in such a timely manner, and we are looking forward to returning soon to purchase another Quality Vehicle at a Great Price. Working with Rigo, felt like I was working with Family. From beginning to end, Rigo left no questions unanswered and treated the Vehicle like it was his own, he's obviously passionate about what he does and takes Pride in his work, it's easy to see. Thank You Rigo, we look forward to seeing you soon. Very Respectfully, Reyes, Robert

I was super excited when I found this car, but calling the dealership took any joy out of the entire experience. I found a 2019 Toyota C-HR listed around $15.5k on Carfax and tracked it down to this dealership. I called in to ask a few basic questions before making the trip. From the start, the tone was off. I was told they were "very busy," which I understood and even offered to call back, but was told to continue anyway. I spoke with Chris, who came across as dismissive throughout the call. During the conversation, he asked where I was located. I provided both my city and zip code, and he responded with "no, I said city," even though I had already clearly given it. It felt unnecessarily rude and set the tone for the rest of the interaction. Throughout the call, he also spoke in a way that made it feel like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase the car, rather than actually helping a potential customer. When I asked for an out-the-door price (a standard question as a serious buyer), I was quoted nearly $3,500 more than the listing and told they "don't like to give out-the-door prices" because those customers don't usually buy. I was also told they prioritize customers physically in front of them. As someone ready to purchase, I'm not willing to drive in without knowing if we're even close on price. The lack of transparency, combined with the tone of the conversation, made the experience feel unprofessional and not customer-focused. To be fair, the advertised pricing itself seems competitive compared to the market. However, the communication and unwillingness to provide clear numbers upfront made me decide to look elsewhere. I'd recommend others confirm full pricing and expectations before visiting.

OverAll, first impression was still better than most smaller owned dealerships .... However, bought a 2014 truck w/ 94k miles, $3700 down... and less than 60 days later, realized it needed a 3k TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY (A new transmission was recommended even), Drive shaft and Fuel pump module. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my books TWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some credit I put this review on Google and Yelp since I feel it's important everyone hears me out on this honest review AND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.

Whatever you guys do, please do not trust anyone at this car lot. The whole lot has a scam thing…read moregoing on. I had terrible credit and applied anywhere I could just to see who could help. Representative named "Michael" contacted me saying he could help. I put I worked for 5 months, but Michael said the banks don't want to see that and he changed it to a year. He got me a deal with $2,000 down and I genuinely thought he wanted to help me. He called for days and I finally went up to the lot to see the car and finalize the deal. I went up there just for him to say the "mechanic" left the lot with the key to the car. I returned the next day and finalized everything and went home. A week later a guy named "Panco" was excessively calling, telling me that the DMV needed a smog and another service done. I went and drove to the location he sent me to and the car was taken without my knowledge. I was left stranded and wondered what happened. I called the Panco guy and he says that my application was reversed/rejected. But instead of contacting me asking me to relinquish the car, they left me stranded. I then just requested for my down payment to be returned and my belongings from the car. It took almost a week for my property to be returned and when it got back to me, my phone was missing. We've been contacting Michael, Panco and someone named Jessi and I keep getting the run around. I finally got in contact with Jessi and he states he no longer works at the lot , go figure... Michael changed his cell number , which proves his guilt. Then when I finally talked to Panco, he informed me that the money will not be returned. My mom began to tell him how she knew it was a scam and he hung up in her face. I tried being nice but it seems like I'll just have to file a lawsuit against the lot because not only am I out of $2,000, but my phone being stolen makes it a lot worse. Long story short, this lot is fraudulent. I've read reviews about the CEO being a fraud himself but I still took a chance. I was hoping they would have a change of heart when hearing a lawsuit would come into play, but obviously they have the time and the money to deal with lawsuits. STAY AWAY !

Kyle was super communicative, transparent, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how receptive the team was to the pre-purchase inspection results. They took it seriously and made sure to fix the (small) recs from the PPI before we drove the car off the lot. That level of care and integrity is rare, I really appreciate their team! The owner was also extremely kind, respectful, and patient with us throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or pressured. Highly recommend Kyle and the whole shop here! Adding my opinion on the 1 star reviews... if you're looking for a used car Auto Sale of K&Z is very competitive. Even with their added-fees. I think everyone has to understand the dealer has to make a profit because they are a business... lol. Also, you're looking for a USED CAR.. they aren't perfect but for the price they offer you have to take in the pros/cons. Why don't you guys just go direct to Toyota or Tesla to get their "official pre-owned vehicles"? Oh that's right, probably because their prices are thousands of dollars more than here. Lol. Just my 2 cents!!
