Be he was was not back in town yet. And he arranged for his wife, to show me the car. I shared with her the experience that I had all day and how they were all horrible. His wonderful wife was able to assist me with the car. And showed me all of the cars bells and whistles until he came back in that evening. Through it all once he came back in town. Purchase a car from this dealership and 11 days later I have been to the mechanic twice and now have a failure with the motor, and the car won't start. thousands of dollars in mechanical issues and the dealership will do nothing to help. This car has less than 65,000 miles on it and is a newer year. The only problem I experienced was that the small car dealerships like Emotors, do not qualify for big bank financing such as Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc. which means you have to come with your own credit union financing or personal loan or cash. However, I want to say that the owner Eric and his partner were extremely professional and courteous. Eric kept his word and put new tires on the vehicle we were looking at just as he said he would. I was trying to sell my car i checked my cars value on KBB and i guess they give out my info to these type of car buying companies like Emotorcars, I got a call from them the next day after i searched my cars value. The man (Tuyen) asked me how much I wanted for my car and I told him I'm not taking anything less than what I told him, He understood and told me he had to check out the car and asked me if i can bring it by and he gave me the address. I looked up the address and it seemed like they were in an office building not even a car lot or anything about cars for sale or they buy cars. It was weird but if they were going to give me what I wanted I was going to sell to them. When I got there I had to call Tuyen to find out where he wanted me to meet him he said he's not there but his Boss is there to speak to him, Boss came outside checked out my car took a picture of the Vin number. We walked back to this creepy office and he goes and looks up the car value (shouldn't he already looked that up??) He showed me what the value is and it was $3000k less than what I got from KBB the day before! They are a complete waste of time! Don't trust these jokers. Boss throwing his sales pitch saying he can buy the exact same car I have from an auction but he rather buy it from me because he knows where it came from. What!?
