I ended up at the Tesla Service Center in Buena Park after getting a metal piece stuck in my tire and having to pull over and get the car towed. When I first arrived, it was honestly a little confusing figuring out where to go. There wasn't much direction at the entrance and several staff members saw us but didn't really guide me anywhere. Luckily the tow truck driver had dropped off Teslas there before and helped point me in the right direction. Some clearer signage or better direction for incoming vehicles would definitely help. Once I got inside, things improved. I probably looked like a lost puppy walking around, but one of the staff members noticed and directed me to the service area in the back. The waiting area itself was pretty nice and comfortable. They inspected the tire and within about 10 minutes told me it needed to be replaced. The turnaround time was about an hour, and unfortunately the cost came out to $416.19 for the replacement. Not the most fun situation to deal with, but the process was fairly straightforward once I got checked in and the repair was completed without any issues. The only small thing I noticed afterwards was that some of the paper floor coverings and a bit of trash were left in the car after service, so I ended up tossing that out myself before leaving. Overall it was a smooth repair experience once everything got going, but a little clearer guidance on arrival and a quick final check of the vehicle would make the experience even better.

OMG! I reached over 7,000 miles finally. I had to rotate my tires for the 1st time since I got Model 3. I heard 2 rear tires got worn-out way too much almost 4 compared to front tires 6 when I asked America Tire mechanic first today. They recommended to go check by Tesla service center immediately so I went there, Buena Park location. The service staff told me, we need to check by mechanic, not the factory defect, you just hit the pot holes or hit the curve somewhere, that is why the tire got worn-out so fast. If we do alignment and rotate tires, charge $270 plus $65 for the rotation. We can't do today. He said, make an appt again. Unbelievable!!! I got only 7,000 miles today since I purchased Model 3. Can you believe the tire lasts less than 8,000 miles???? When I got Lexus, lasted more than 20,000 miles even I drove freeway all the time from LA to OC. This is crazy for me. I always recommended Tesla model 3 or Model Y. Shame on you!!!! No customer service!! No respect!! They said it might be my fault, wear and tear, so not covered by warranty. I never drove a long distance to go to Vegas or LA, only 8 miles between work and home a day. Why my rear tires got worn-out that fast?? The tire got defect definitely. I had to go back to America Tire again. What is the waste of time??? Back n forth all day... I believe Tesla needs to replace my rear tires for free at this point. Less than 7,000 miles??? I need to buy a new tire??? I want to tell all the management staff at Tesla, do not say it is the customer's fault. The tire lasts less than 7,000 miles. Everyone can laugh and Tesla needs to replace a new tire no matter what. Your service is less than 1 star. I don't recommend to go there for the maintenance. Shame on Tesla!!

My husband and I were told by Tesla Buena Park that we qualified for the loyalty trade-in program when our Model 3 lease (ending Nov 2025) was with U.S. Bank. Based on their assurance, we returned our car and leased another Tesla. Later, we learned we never actually qualified, and now we're being billed for two remaining payments (~$1,300) on a car we no longer have. We called U.S. Bank and found they had tried contacting the dealership four times with no response. After many back-and-forths, the store manager said there was "nothing they could do" and offered just one month of free Supercharging. We felt misled and dismissed. This experience has completely shaken our trust in Tesla and especially this location.

Eric, the service advisor, was absolutely phenomenal. He clearly explained everything that would be done to my car, and truly went above and beyond. I had both of my children with me, one with special needs and no babysitter that day. We were planning to wait at the service center, but Eric showed incredible compassion and offered us a loaner vehicle. Not only did he provide a loaner, but he matched the color of my Model Y and even gave us an upgrade a Model X! My kids were thrilled and had such a great time riding in it for a few hours. A few hours later, I got the call that my car was ready. Thank you so much to Eric and the entire team at Buena Park. I've always had positive experiences every time I get my car serviced here. Your kindness, and top notch customer care mean the world to families like mine.

They took the bumper off my vehicle and didn't properly put It back on

These people are scammers They charge for work they they don't do, It's simple I paid to have the chime removed yet it remains and they didn't people put my front bumper In place

Tesla Team,  I wanted to express my gratitude to the entire team: Corey, Pooja, and Ivan. Corey made the test drive experience enjoyable with plenty of laughs, especially with the $200 trade-in of our 2011 Nissan Leaf. I never felt pressured to buy, and he presented many great options. I even offer Corey $200 to take our 15-year-old Nissan Leaf off our hands :) ! Pooja impressed us with her extensive knowledge, speed and professional/friendly manner, akin to a Japan Shinkansen Bullet Train, and her multitasking skills were invaluable during the digital document signing process on our phone.  Thank you for sharing the various finance and purchase options. Your detailed information greatly simplified our decision-making process. Ivan made picking up the car smooth and efficient. Despite being busy with several pick-up customers, Ivan always made me feel like I was his top priority. Ivan even quickly addressed a buff mark on the bumper. Please continue to exemplify excellence and provide the outstanding experience you showed me.

Now I'm a member of the Tesla Family. :D I picked up my first Tesla electric vehicle right here at Tesla in Buena Park. The pickup process was very smooth and I was able to pick up my car without any problems. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that there was noticeable dirt and little stones on the floor inside the vehicle, but other than that, everything was fine and my purchasing experience was great! The dealership was clean and the staff working here were all friendly.

Are the charging stations open for use at this dealership?

Hello. The psi is 33 on one of my tires. What should I do?

Hello, your tires PSI is suppose to be 43-45. Try pumping it up and monitor the tires to see if the PSI drop. If it does then it's more likely you have a nail in the tire somewhere. I suggest you don't go to Tesla to get tires. They are expensive.… Read more

This review is specifically for the service department…read more I've been coming here for quite some time, and working with Miguel has truly made all the difference. Out of all the service advisors I've encountered across Mercedes-Benz dealerships, he stands out as the most honest, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. Car service is never something you look forward to, but Miguel makes it as seamless and stress-free as possible--which says a lot.

I have never been so disappointed or disgusted with a dealership…read more First off let me say I am a young-ish tattooed male and I like wearing tank tops. I understand I don't look like the regular customer there but that shouldn't matter. I couldn't get one salesman to help me, not a single one. I shouldn't have to show them photos of my house or my 4 other cars to be taken seriously. Years ago my grandfather (Ignacio Bruno) showed up after work in his uniform to buy a car for grandma. They laughed at him and asked what he possibly wanted (referring to his dirty uniform, ignorant to the fact he owned the company he had patched on his shoulders.) He laughed and walked across the lot to the Jaguar dealership and bought TWO cars cash on the spot (gramps only dealt in $100s). He and my dad drove them to the HOI and told the salesmen they should have taken him seriously. Thought maybe they learned a lesson. Apparently not. I stopped going there a year ago. Today I get very rude, very snide texts from the House of Imports because I didn't want the unnecessary appointment they were trying to make for me. Not a good look....maybe it's time for a Jaguar?

Hello, this is the experience I recently had at AutoNation Toyota Buena Park…read more I came into the dealership with financing already secured through Navy Federal Credit Union. I'm a veteran and long-time Navy Federal member, and they have consistently handled my vehicle financing without issue. My intention was simple: provide my trade-in, use my outside financing, and complete the purchase. During the process, I was repeatedly asked to complete a dealership credit application for their "internal process" and identity verification. I made it explicitly clear multiple times that I did not want my credit run through the dealership because I already had financing secured through my own lender. Despite that, I was told they would not move forward unless I completed their credit application. What bothered me most is that this runs completely contrary to my previous vehicle-buying experiences using outside financing. In most cases, dealerships simply verify the lender, confirm funding, verify identity, and complete the transaction. A separate dealer-arranged credit application is generally not necessary when the customer already has approved financing in hand. Let's also be honest about something: dealerships absolutely make money from financing relationships, finance reserve markups, and lender partnerships. That is a normal part of the automotive business model. Because of that, it's difficult not to question whether the pressure to complete a dealership credit application was financially motivated rather than truly required to sell the vehicle. I refused to authorize an unnecessary credit inquiry and was effectively denied the opportunity to proceed with the purchase. I can't speak to the motivations of every individual involved, but I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and like my business was only welcome if I agreed to enter their financing pipeline. My advice to buyers using outside financing: clarify upfront whether the dealership will attempt to require its own credit application before spending hours negotiating a vehicle purchase.

OverAll, first impression was still better than most smaller owned dealerships .... However, bought a 2014 truck w/ 94k miles, $3700 down... and less than 60 days later, realized it needed a 3k TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY (A new transmission was recommended even), Drive shaft and Fuel pump module. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my books TWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some credit I put this review on Google and Yelp since I feel it's important everyone hears me out on this honest review AND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.
