One round of negotiations & he got me the best trade in offer compared to 3 dealerships, Carvana & CarMax (not what I wanted, but the most competitive), and he matched the APR I wanted. Two months ago, purchased a great 2024 Mercedes for the asking price & paid cash. The sales manager Kasra handled the sale, and Scott Anderson the finance manager handled the paperwork. Now 2 months later and I still do not have the registration or the title. The DMV says they don't have any paperwork for the transaction and neither Scott or Kasra will return my calls or emails. So, once they get your cash, they could care less about you. Since the car is not yet registered to me, Mercedes Benz won't switch the warranty to my name and at some point, I'll get stop for having expired tags. SO INSULTING I purchased a Mercedes AMG53 Convertible, And had issue from the first minute on my way home after the purchase, whole car was shaking on the freeway. They said that they had fixed the rims but in fact they had only fixed 1 rim and also air suspension pump was broken. I have an ongoing issue with a 2019 discovery sport that I purchased in March that year. I negotiated a buyback Corparate refused. They did replace my cooling system and my transmission and gave me $2000 in Landrover money. They had my vehicle from October 2024 to February 2025. So it's been a year and I'm having a problem with the cooling system again . I was told by Landrover today that for $900 they would replace the sensor. You would've thought that when they replaced the cooling system that the sensor was the issue to begin with that they would've replaced the sensor but according to Landrover, they did not replace the sensor and for $900.40. AWFUL... Buyer beware. Was shopping for a used EV they had in stock. They don't assist with applying the used EV tax credit at the time of purchase, that's okay. But they say will provide everything you need to claim it on your own taxes. FALSE. They will not provide the one required form you need to claim the credit, the Time of Sale Seller report. Without this report, the IRS will reject your claim instantly. I hope no one else has purchase a used EV and are expecting a tax credit next year because you won't. And by then the dealer would have washed their hands of any responsibility. This is well documented on many forums and acknowledged by the NATIONAL AUTO DEALERS ASSOCIATION. Gustavo and team is oblivious to the clearly stated instructions provided by the IRS. They advertise the tax credit on their website but offer no help whatsoever. read more

Extremely Disappointing Purchase Experience I recently purchased a Range Rover for about $140,000 from this dealership, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Missing standard accessories: The vehicle was delivered to my workplace without a proper inspection, and I later discovered that several essential items were missing, including the wheel lock, which is critical if you get a flat tire.Defect on delivery: The front headlight already had water inside before I even drove the car. Poor customer service: When I reported these issues, Sales Manager Kessra told the sales person to tell me "take it to service," as if this were not a brand-new vehicle. I called the GM multiple times and left messages, but never received a call back. Head office unhelpful: I even called the main Land Rover customer service to open a formal case, but they claimed their system was "down," so I could not file a case to escalate the issue. If there were an option to leave less than one star, I absolutely would. I will be warning all friends and family never to purchase a Range Rover or deal with this location. For a luxury car at this price, the lack of care and accountability is completely unacceptable. Mercedes and BMW treat their customers far more professionally and with real respect. read more

I've been coming to this location services for a while. Ownership and staff changed at least 5 times. This last visit was so disrespectful I would drive to Southbay or Downey before coming back here. Few months back I needed work done on my 2018 Jaguar F-pace the tech said I needed a latch on one of the doors. One week passed, two weeks passed , theee weeks passed, meanwhile I'm not complaint because I'm driving 2025 Jaguar, now it's going on a month they called me to bring the car back and trade it for another otherwise it was considered a lease, so I did. At this point I'm thinking they're just ordering parts. Later I found out my device advisor was no longer there and they did more work then I initially approved to do. The manager Jorgé gave me a discount and agreed that the other latch was needed as they told me. This last incident took the cake. The doors started doing the same thing as before , I called and was told to bring car in. That day no loaners were available so I can back next day. I usually lock the glovebox when I take the car to the dealer. On this day my key wouldn't turn to lock. I figured I had it the wrong way, when I attempted to pull the key out the whole lock fell out in the car floor. That was weird so I picked it up and attempted to try and assemble it back but couldn't. When I arrived to the dealership I explained what happened and left the lock on the center console. Ivan, my new service advisor told me it would be taken care of after I explained this had to have happened last time my car was in their care for that month. I'm not in the practice of checking my car for broken or missing pieces while in the care of the dealership. They never take pictures of the car or take inventory like the last owners used to. In fact I thought this is the safest place, I was wrong. Ivan called to let me know the latch they fixed was not the issue it was driver side front door. I showed up but he had not prepared my car for delivery in his words "your car is still disassembled " I had just filled up, he told me he would call me when my car was ready. I asked him about the glove box lock. He said in his words " I'm going to use my power and get this down for you ". I was so happy. I left 24 day passed then Mattie called me and said your car is ready for pick up. I said what work was done she didn't know and she would need to call me back. However she said once we say your car is ready you have 24 hours to return the car (LOL the nerve ). No one ever called me back. So I called and spoke to Jorgé. Bottoms line is he said Ivan was no longer there and since he didn't have the lock on a service request, they didn't believe about what he said. Jorge also said I waited 7 months to complain about the lock ( meanwhile I only lock it when I take it to the dealer for service ). He claimed he escalated this issue and all higher ups said they won't fix it. Lesson here, NEVER TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP EVER. I cried read more

Since new management this dealership is going down. Envision was the previous and so sorry they left. Beware of the service dept. it's simply deplorable one would expect not to have issues with a veichle that is new and over $100K yet not true. Rentals are gone so that's the first my LR had to be towed since the engine sounded forced and safety became an issue. Well 2 days in the shop no rental/ loaners because the car had to be diagnosed first yet now on the 3rd day and still no call backs after multiple inquires and even requesting manager who also never called back even with insurance had to pay a hefty fee for this diagnosis which is frankly a mechanical defect. So here we are day 3 no call backs assigned service person with no regard for customer service much less client satisfaction. Very disagreeable situation was thinking of buying another car for the family yet it won't be here! Service dept is seriously very poor and super expensive. I was taken advantage of by the service department and sent home with a dirty unwashed car. I brought in a 2025 Range Rover sport with 7,078 miles on it to do a 12 month service. They recommended 3 different service options ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 dollars of things they said my car needed. I picked the least expensive option and was charged 1,481.88. The labor alone was almost 900 dollars. I have called two different dealerships to ask what they would recommend for a 1year old Range Rover sport ( the least expensive model)with 7,078 miles and they both said oil change and tires rotated at a cost of around 500 to 700 dollars. I've been going to this dealership for 14 years and bought 2 cars from them. The new management was horrible to deal with except for the gentleman who helped me when I picked up my car and agreed my car didn't need the things they did to it and that they did a service for a car with over 21,000 miles on it. Furthermore they no longer provide any form of transportation other than a lift driver. Find another dealership to work with. read more
