If I could give 0 stars, I would! If you plan on buying your car here, please rethink. I never did business with the sales department but I would often bring my cars for service. The service advisors are always on s bad mood and very rude. I brought one of my vehicles for service with the service advisor "Omar", he was very very rude from the first moment greeting me as a customer, brought my vehicle to repair my drivers seat that would not recline and my door panels that were coming apart, a typical warranty service on my 2017 Ford Explorer, he called me after having my car for two days, saying that my seat is broken as well my door panels???? He couldn't explain what happened and why it happened. Then he said at the end of the call, since it's not warranty I'll charge you a diagnostic fee that I obviously said I wasn't going to pay because I didn't sign anything saying I was going to pay anything at drop off. Then he flipped off and became even more rude towards me. He threatened me to never service my cars again and again a very bad behavior for a person that deals with customer service on the daily basis. I'll gladly take my business to price ford of Turlock where they know how to treat a customer with respect and won't threat you. I'm also filing a complaint with ford motor company, specifically for this service advisor that should not be working there with that attitude. His service manager is aware and didn't do anything towards the situation. Is this a serious dealership or another shady business that after sell the vehicle, screw the customers with their service advisors??? I really hope the higher management see my email and this review and can improve their customer service. No need to be rude or threat anyone! read more

Things seemed good when I bought my used Dodge Jorney. I was told it has Bluetooth and other extras it did not. I trusted them at their word as I am not car savvy and this was for my wife for valentines day. The reason I gave them at least 1 star was because they were quick financing and getting us out the door.....but for obvious reasons. Avoid them, stay on McHenry. I realize it's Sunday, but how difficult is it to help a ford owner at a ford dealership get a rental car to get back on the road? Seems like this dealership is lacking in customer service. If you're expecting someone to roll out the red carpet for your high performance vehicle don't come here. Four stars to the desk tech guy who seemed very knowledgeable and read off a list of things to be done when told we wanted our car serviced under a warranty. ZERO stars to the dealership because it ended up costing over $700. Not to mention, after reading the final statement when returning home, I noticed on the back page that they'd written "nail in RF tire. They did NOT verbally tell me. It wasn't until my dashboard light went on saying tire problem that I looked and saw the nail. I will NOT be taking our car to Heritage Ford EVER again!!!!!! read more

I purchased two vehicles from Heritage Ford, and have been taking my current vehicle back there for oil changes just as I had with my prior car. I recently had a problem with a coolant hose, that was.over $400 to repair. I made an appt to have it repaired along with an oil change. At the time of the appt I notified the service rep that I just wanted my oil changed since I didn't the amount need for the repair. I had agreed to pay for the part that was ordered. I was notified after the rep looked at the days appts that he didn't have me in the list, since he only planned for the repair not the oil change. Im no mechanic, but I'm sure an oil change takes only an hour at the most.... the repair scheduled may have taken all day. So, I promptly walked out. For 6 years I was a happy customer and always gave Heritage high reviews. Today I'm giving Heritage Ford one star only because there's no option for none. read more

I have to say I have been to at least 10 dealership and by far this should've been the first dealer I should've came too! Not only did I get a car I was looking for but 2 associates helped me and both ROCKY and JOHNNY not only showed me and found the car I wanted but was very patient, knowledgeable, and above customer service was 5 out of 5 stars! I have to say though there was one associate that left an ugly impression and his name is JO he was very unprofessional and lacks the quality of being a team member of ford. Absolutely can't stand this place anymore, majority of time that I go visit them I receive lousy service. I used to take my 2012 Ford Mustang for oil changes, ever since my last visit I have decided to receive service from them. One of the reasons is since they're always too busy service time takes long, second reason is that I've found a faster and cheaper service, much more reliable and faster too. Although the main reason I've decided to stop servicing my vehicle there is since my last visit, my fiancé took the mustang in for the regular oil change every 5k miles. The visit was long and pricy as usual, although this time during the free visual complimentary check up they informed my fiancé that our mustangs battery had corrosion and needed to be cleaned. My fiancé agree to a $40.00 charge to clean it. I strongly feel that they took advantage of her, and myself since it's a ridiculous charge, and the battery should have been replaced instead for free since the vehicle is still under Warranty. Besides the cleaning did not help at all since the corrosion came right back two weeks later. Ridiculous service, disappoints me. read more

We were interested in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Dealt with salesman Dennis first who never returned phone calls as promised. On our third trip to the dealership we dealt with Kent. Unbeknown to us, when finalizing the deal we were given pricing and payment on a vehicle that we did not select by the finance manager. Kent called back to tell us that there was an error and that the payment would be much higher than we expected. It was a total waste of time and effort on our part to deal with Heritage Ford. They are all about selling you the car! Once you buy your on your own. They lobby you for an excellent review. They fail to go over the vehicle with you adequately. The service department in even worse. They are supposed to change your oil but never put a sticker in the window. They didn't top off the fluids. They didn't advise me that my wiper blades were shot. Had to stop at a oil change place the next time it rained and way overpaid completely gouge you on trade ins. Went today with 2 trade in offers for 20k on my truck and they offered 14k. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer in the past 20 years. I always felt like I was completely taken advantage of, But this is beyond ripping people off! read more

Purchased a 2020 Ford Exploder, yes I meant exploder and it has been in the shop longer then I have had it for. This garbage car had so much issues with electrical problems and I have a 50/50 chance the car won't start. I was stranded in the middle of winter with my new born daughter in a cold car because it decided not to start . Also there service is garbage and put me on the road with a death trap car . Had a recall for the transmission and they had the car for two weeks, the day after I picked it up the transmission was still leaking. Turned out they never even installed the recall took it in again and in two hours later it was down ? But took two weeks not to install it .and they offer lifetime oil changes ? They probably don't even do it . And there service manger tried to charge us a lean fee for have the car there for so long when they never fixed the electrical problem. I do not even understand how a company can not give a sh*t about the customers safety. We tried contacting the owner leaving message on the phone even the lady that works there left a note on his desk to give us a call and we never received any form of communication back . Reporting to the better business bureau because the put my family at risk. Yesterday I just bought my 4th new vehicle from Heritage Ford. All the experiences have been 5 stars! I had a scheduled oil change yesterday and was telling the service adviser my complaints about the transmission on my new Fiesta. This is a Ford issue, not a Heritage Ford issue. He suggested trading in for a different new vehicle. Long story short, I was very reluctant about doing this deal because I didn't want to lose my butt on the trade in which was only 9 months old. They gave me top dollar for my trade in, unbelievable zero % financing, and as many discounts as possible. I am in a new, larger vehicle and couldn't be happier with it. I want to say thanks to saleman Freddie Pascua and sales manager George. I also want to add that while I was at the service counter, I watched a father trying to keep control of his 2 young children. A man is a Heritage Ford truck went over to them and told the kids to grab the you replica car of their choice from the rack. I assume these are about $10 a piece. He gave the toy cars to the kids and went on his way. I later found out that was the owner of Heritage Ford who took the time to go over to these kids and surprise them with toys. I just returned from a 350+ mile trip to Heritage Ford to pick up my new Expedition EL. The reason I took a flight all the way up there is because THEY ARE HONEST! I dealt with two different dealerships in Southern California that gave me the worst nightmare experiences you could hope for. On a last ditch effort, my wife found the website for Heritage that listed the car for $7000 cheaper than everyone locally was stickering the car. When my wife called them and spoke to Oscar Salas, he actually gave us a lower price than that. We called them four times to confirm that they were gonna sell us the car at that price and they never hesitated in ensuring us that they were legit. I booked a flight and flew up there this morning. NO HAGGLING, NO BS! Straight up price just like they quoted and they had everything ready and waiting for me. In and out as fast as I could read and sign papers. Oscar wasn't working today but had his colleagues waiting for us. I dealt with Sam Dozier and the assistant sales manager Johnny. These two guys were the exact opposite of what I had experienced in Los Angeles. There was no lying or "bait and switching", and none of that fake schmoozing to try and get me into another car or buy extras. When it came time to do the financing I dealt with Gary Ribeira. He actually looked at the paperwork and noticed the rebate line was blank. He said that the rebate might be folded into the price already wanted to check and make sure I was getting the lowest price. WHAT DEALERSHIP DOES THAT? One that wants your business and the business that comes from a great reputation. They do what it takes to earn your business...give you a great price and stick to their word. It says "No Games" on their website and it's ABSOLUTELY true. Word of mouth is the best advertising and in this day of social media, it is even more important to make your customers happy. I don't normally do reviews, good or bad, but these guys deserve it. It was THE MOST painless car-buying experience I have EVER had...and that's after a 5 hour drive home! I called yesterday and made a complaint with the customer relations department in regards to the sub-quality work done on my Lexus by Heritage Ford Body shop and having my car go back twice after the original repairs and it still isn't right. The lady I spoke to said she would talk to Brett the owner and have him call me between 9am and noon today. It's 1pm and I've heard nothing from Brett. It's unfortunate too because I'm childhood friends with one of his friends husband who told me Brett was a stand up guy and he should make this right. Well I'm left to think otherwise and now I understand how the GM of the body shop Luis was so unprofessional and unwilling to fix my car properly when the owner of the company isn't willing to stand up and make this right. So I've talked to the Farmers, heritage is part of their direct repair network and because I've been to Heritage Ford Body shop 3 times and my car is still not fixed right and parts are missing I refuse to take my car back so now I'm taking it to Kruse Lucas where I should have gone in the first place. read more

I took my ranger in to have the heater fixed. It only blew cold air. I did not like the experience of waiting 6 hours in the waiting room, then they finally decided to get me a rental car. I would have waited at home if they would have given me a better estimate of time to fix my truck. I took my truck in at 8:15 am for my scheduled appointment. I waited in the waiting room. At 9:30 they called me up to tell me what was wrong with the heater. I was told that the thermostat housing was leaking coolant which was not allowing the heater to work. They also told me that the rear brakes need to be fixed. I did not have a problem with the extra work to be done. I told them do the work, and I asked how much time am I looking at. They told me that the work should be done by noon. I told them that I was going to walk to In N out burger for lunch and be back. I went to lunch and came back at 11:30. I asked the cashier if they had called my name for the work to be paid for. She said "no." I then sat and waited. At 2:15 pm the original helper that checked me in came up to me and told me that he was going to get me a rental car because the work was taking longer than he expected. I was not happy about it, but I did not express any unhappiness toward them. The rental car person came and picked me up and took me down to 7th street to get my car. I had to wait extra time at the rental car place for them to bring a Ford from another lot. If Ford is paying for your rental, they will only give you a Ford rental car. I had to wait another 20 minutes which caused a problem for me. I had scheduled an appointment for Wally Faulk air conditioning to be at my house sometime after 2:00pm. I had to make several phone calls to the air conditioning guy, telling him that I should be there soon. The guy was waiting for me at my house. I was late and put him way behind in his schedule. The next day I got a phone call from Ford. The guy was now telling me that the blend door for my heater need to be replaced and that was what was causing the heater to not work. That is a bit different from what they originally told me. I told him to go ahead and fix it. I took the rental car back to downtown after work. Then they took me back to Ford around 5:00pm. I waited in a line of ten people to pay for the work to be done. I the waited another 15 minutes for them to bring my tuck to me after I paid $1,000.00. Most places wash your car for you when you spend that kind of money. Not this place, it was unwashed just like when I took it in. I have had 3 Ford vehicles in my life time. A 97 Ford Mustang that my wife bought new, A 2000 Ford Ranger I bought used in 2003, and my 20011 Ranger that I bought new at Patchets. All of them have had problems that should not have been problems. I have spent thousands of dollars to Ford service departments over the years fixing problems that my Fords have had that other kinds of vehicles don't have. I am angry at the quality of Ford vehicles. I am unhappy with experience at Ford service departments, and I will never ever buy another Ford vehicle in my life time. read more
