Not very happy with the condition of my "brand new" car. Although the sales person has been nice, I've been back 3 times for body work and I'm still not happy. This is my 7th brand new car purchase and the first time I've had to complain. I feel like they think I'm just a complainer which I'm not. In addition they have a General Manager who NEVER returns a call. Survey here I come! read more

I realize it's Sunday, but how difficult is it to help a ford owner at a ford dealership get a rental car to get back on the road? Seems like this dealership is lacking in customer service. If you're expecting someone to roll out the red carpet for your high performance vehicle don't come here. If you have a lower performance ford such as a fusion, they may lock their doors as you walk up.... So do yourself a favor and find a different dealership. read more

Luis Rodríguez helped me get a good deal on a truck and he was great, professional, and had a great attitude. Awesome experience here.

Oscar the Internet specialist is the worst service helper ever I will never ever ever buy a car from this place big not know you seem of what theyre talking about and try to get you into a car that you don't even want. read more

We have bought several cars over the years all over and we can honestly say this was the best experience buying a car we have ever had. Rocky in Sales and G Ribeira in finance made the process super fast, honest, straightforward and no BS. We were in and out in no time. I don't think we have ever bought a car in less than 5 hours and we were in and out in under 90 minutes it was AMAZING! We got what was asked for, we were never pressured and always felt that we were getting the best deal. Thank you so much for the great service and attention to detail! read more

I have to say I have been to at least 10 dealership and by far this should've been the first dealer I should've came too! Not only did I get a car I was looking for but 2 associates helped me and both ROCKY and JOHNNY not only showed me and found the car I wanted but was very patient, knowledgeable, and above customer service was 5 out of 5 stars! I have to say though there was one associate that left an ugly impression and his name is JO he was very unprofessional and lacks the quality of being a team member of ford. I'm sorry but he was incompetent, rude, and I feel business for this location will drop if he still works for you. read more

Luis helped us purchase our 2018 Ford-F150 Ecoboost XLT Sport. Beautiful truck at a great price! Luis Rodriguez and the team at Heritage Ford were excellent in their customer service skills. They helped us for days and hours trying to find the right truck. And when it was not on the lot, they had it delivered by the next day with only 100 miles on it! We also have OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE! A huge perk for a Bay Area commuter. read more

I bought a 2017 Ford Escape, Luis Rodriguez helped me out and made sure I got the car I REALLY wanted at a good price. Luis and the whole crew at Heritage Ford were very patient with me and gave me a great deal on a great car. I HAVE FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE!!! That is just one of the many perks I now have from Heritage now that I have done business with them. This is the second car I have bought from Heritage Ford and it is definitely not the last. You will not be disappointed if you decide to do business with Heritage Ford. I wouldn't recommend any other dealership. Thank you Luis and Heritage Ford for continuing to provide me with excellent service. That is how you do business. read more

We were interested in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Dealt with salesman Dennis first who never returned phone calls as promised. On our third trip to the dealership we dealt with Kent. Unbeknown to us, when finalizing the deal we were given pricing and payment on a vehicle that we did not select by the finance manager. Kent called back to tell us that there was an error and that the payment would be much higher than we expected. It was a total waste of time and effort on our part to deal with Heritage Ford. Unprofessional salespeople. Will not purchase here or recommend others to do so. read more

It was the Tuesday before thanksgiving around 9:00a. I called about the keypad and rubber cup holder inserts.

Four stars to the desk tech guy who seemed very knowledgeable and read off a list of things to be done when told we wanted our car serviced under a warranty. ZERO stars to the dealership because it ended up costing over $700. Not to mention, after reading the final statement when returning home, I noticed on the back page that they'd written "nail in RF tire. They did NOT verbally tell me. It wasn't until my dashboard light went on saying tire problem that I looked and saw the nail. I will NOT be taking our car to Heritage Ford EVER again!!!!!! read more

Bought my car here. Sales experience was good. However servicing your car for maintenance is another . Very bad service, does not communicate. I had my appointment for an oil change at 8:45am and barely got my car started on at 11. Amazing right?? If I didn't say anything or complained, it would've took even longer! Their reasoning is because I wanted them to check on my coolant?? Just to look!!! not work on !! .. If so.. "just to look" it should NOT take long to check alone, even if it was with an oil change. They did not tell me of any delays, they just expected us to just wait and wait and wait ! The response why it wasn't worked on and taking so long was ....we wanted to check out the coolant?? Now they turned the tables Cause it was technically our fault we wanted our coolant just to be looked at?? . When the priority at 8:45 AM was suppose to be my scheduled time for an oil change! No heads up if there wasn't time? Just be honest if there's any delays or if it can't be checked out, no biggie! But no.... that wasn't the case. Never experienced this here before, it was a service guy I never I dealt with before , usually the other guys are good and honest. I am beyond upset. This is Bulls^**. Late to take my daughter to school. Thanks ford servicing for a fu**** up day. It is now almost 11:30 and I am still here. Communication is key. If you don't have that there is no success. read more

Used the Costco Auto Program to purchase a new F150 at Heritage Ford. Our salesman, Armando, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked what options were a must, and quickly had a few trucks for me to test drive. When the buying process was complete, Armando even recommended an excellent Mexican food restaurant to try out. He knows his Fords and good food. Highly recommend Heritage Ford. read more

I am a firm believer that customer service makes a company and am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at Heritage Ford. I went in to find out what the recall was on my car and to get a price on replacing a seatbelt. The gentleman at the counter when I walked in was very rudely telling one of his employees that they couldn't rotate tires on a vehicle that they were working on because it's not on their work order and the tires are staggered. Then as I approached the counter the same guy hardly gave me the time of day and was pretty rude getting my information for the recall then said the guy over there can help you with rest and then pretty much refused to acknowledge any questions after that. Like I said pretty disappointed with the customer service provided. Brett it was last Thursday the 12 shortly before the time I posted this review read more

Once they found out that I'm under warranty for oil changes they suddenly only take appointments! Also, they would not check the air in my tire because everyone is "out to lunch"!! I will write to the Ford company! This happened on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. read more

I had the pleasure working with Luis Rodriguez (sales consultant) and Graham Wariso (Sales manager) for the purchase of a 2018 Ford Focus ST. I had been in the market for a while but in no hurry to purchase a new vehicle. I have purchased new vehicles before and as we all know it can sometimes be stressful. My search started with a different dealer in Sacramento and resulted in a terrible experience (I will post a separate review). I walked out and I pretty much made up my mind to buy a Subaru WRX (I am a Subaru fanatic and owned several). On my way home from Sacramento I spoke to another sales rep from this dealer and was on the fence to waste any more time. Being in sales, I embrace persistence with no pressure. Luis apologized for my poor experience at the other Ford dealership. The fact that Luis took ownership impressed me. Luis was always in constant communication and there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle. I mentioned I was interested and he promised to keep me posted if the vehicle sold. Follow up in sales is a must, and because of Luis's follow up I gave this dealer an opportunity to win my business. I arrived the following day and was in and out. Luis was very transparent and honest. I let them know ahead of time I'm a straight forward customer and all I care about is price (don't sell me on payment). They acknowledged my sales background and we talked numbers. This is the first time while purchasing a vehicle that both the sales rep and the sales manager were completely engaged with me from start to finish. I know we all have the feeling of buyers remorse, but for the first time I felt I got a decent deal on a vehicle I had my eye on for quite some time. This is my 2nd Ford vehicle and because of the efforts of Luis and Graham I will continue to be a Ford customer. I highly recommend you speak to either of them if you are in the market for a vehicle and are looking for that VIP experience. Thank you Luis and Graham! I love my new Ford Focus ST!!!! read more

Zero, If I could. For the service department and owners lack of customer service. They did thousands of dollars in repairs because they couldn't figure out the problem. Experimenting on my dime in other words. The manager and owner both refused to give me a break on the costs because they couldn't figure out how to fix it. Awful. Never again. Go somewhere else. read more

Yesterday I just bought my 4th new vehicle from Heritage Ford. All the experiences have been 5 stars! I had a scheduled oil change yesterday and was telling the service adviser my complaints about the transmission on my new Fiesta. This is a Ford issue, not a Heritage Ford issue. He suggested trading in for a different new vehicle. Long story short, I was very reluctant about doing this deal because I didn't want to lose my butt on the trade in which was only 9 months old. They gave me top dollar for my trade in, unbelievable zero % financing, and as many discounts as possible. I am in a new, larger vehicle and couldn't be happier with it. I want to say thanks to saleman Freddie Pascua and sales manager George. I also want to add that while I was at the service counter, I watched a father trying to keep control of his 2 young children. A man is a Heritage Ford truck went over to them and told the kids to grab the you replica car of their choice from the rack. I assume these are about $10 a piece. He gave the toy cars to the kids and went on his way. I later found out that was the owner of Heritage Ford who took the time to go over to these kids and surprise them with toys. How cool was that. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would! If you plan on buying your car here, please rethink. I never did business with the sales department but I would often bring my cars for service. The service advisors are always on s bad mood and very rude. I brought one of my vehicles for service with the service advisor "Omar", he was very very rude from the first moment greeting me as a customer, brought my vehicle to repair my drivers seat that would not recline and my door panels that were coming apart, a typical warranty service on my 2017 Ford Explorer, he called me after having my car for two days, saying that my seat is broken as well my door panels???? He couldn't explain what happened and why it happened. Then he said at the end of the call, since it's not warranty I'll charge you a diagnostic fee that I obviously said I wasn't going to pay because I didn't sign anything saying I was going to pay anything at drop off. Then he flipped off and became even more rude towards me. He threatened me to never service my cars again and again a very bad behavior for a person that deals with customer service on the daily basis. I'll gladly take my business to price ford of Turlock where they know how to treat a customer with respect and won't threat you. I'm also filing a complaint with ford motor company, specifically for this service advisor that should not be working there with that attitude. His service manager is aware and didn't do anything towards the situation. Is this a serious dealership or another shady business that after sell the vehicle, screw the customers with their service advisors??? I really hope the higher management see my email and this review and can improve their customer service. No need to be rude or threat anyone! read more

Oscar Salas is the best!!!! I applied on-line and I received a email a couple days later from Oscar Salas saying he could help us, Oscar Salas helped my wife and I get approved to finance a Cadillac CTS, the whole time we where at the dealership he treated us good, hes not like other salesman were if you don't have good credit they wont help you! Oscar new I didn't have good credit but was still able to get my wife and I approved for what she really wanted he was fast with the process and in little time my wife was happy driving her new car.....I really recommend if your looking to buy or just see if you could get approved for a car call and talk to Oscar Salas this man is a true professional and doesn't wast your time!!!!! read more

I just returned from a 350+ mile trip to Heritage Ford to pick up my new Expedition EL. The reason I took a flight all the way up there is because THEY ARE HONEST! I dealt with two different dealerships in Southern California that gave me the worst nightmare experiences you could hope for. On a last ditch effort, my wife found the website for Heritage that listed the car for $7000 cheaper than everyone locally was stickering the car. When my wife called them and spoke to Oscar Salas, he actually gave us a lower price than that. We called them four times to confirm that they were gonna sell us the car at that price and they never hesitated in ensuring us that they were legit. I booked a flight and flew up there this morning. NO HAGGLING, NO BS! Straight up price just like they quoted and they had everything ready and waiting for me. In and out as fast as I could read and sign papers. Oscar wasn't working today but had his colleagues waiting for us. I dealt with Sam Dozier and the assistant sales manager Johnny. These two guys were the exact opposite of what I had experienced in Los Angeles. There was no lying or "bait and switching", and none of that fake schmoozing to try and get me into another car or buy extras. When it came time to do the financing I dealt with Gary Ribeira. He actually looked at the paperwork and noticed the rebate line was blank. He said that the rebate might be folded into the price already wanted to check and make sure I was getting the lowest price. WHAT DEALERSHIP DOES THAT? One that wants your business and the business that comes from a great reputation. They do what it takes to earn your business...give you a great price and stick to their word. It says "No Games" on their website and it's ABSOLUTELY true. Word of mouth is the best advertising and in this day of social media, it is even more important to make your customers happy. I don't normally do reviews, good or bad, but these guys deserve it. It was THE MOST painless car-buying experience I have EVER had...and that's after a 5 hour drive home! Anyone I talk to in Southern California looking to buy a Ford will be getting a recommendation from me to give them a call, buy and plane ticket and go see these guys!!! read more

Made me a great deal, 10 other dealers couldn't beat. Super friendly salespeople. Will be back next time.

We purchased our explorer aug of 2014. Everything went great. Our rep was wonderful. The car we wanted wasnt on The lot so the rep offered to drive the truck to our home when deliverd. All the way in Lathrop i might add. Lifetime oil and filter changes? Yes please. And Omar in services is wonderful . I'd recommend Heritage in a heartbeat. read more

I purchased two vehicles from Heritage Ford, and have been taking my current vehicle back there for oil changes just as I had with my prior car. I recently had a problem with a coolant hose, that was.over $400 to repair. I made an appt to have it repaired along with an oil change. At the time of the appt I notified the service rep that I just wanted my oil changed since I didn't the amount need for the repair. I had agreed to pay for the part that was ordered. I was notified after the rep looked at the days appts that he didn't have me in the list, since he only planned for the repair not the oil change. Im no mechanic, but I'm sure an oil change takes only an hour at the most.... the repair scheduled may have taken all day. So, I promptly walked out. For 6 years I was a happy customer and always gave Heritage high reviews. Today I'm giving Heritage Ford one star only because there's no option for none. read more

Absolutely can't stand this place anymore, majority of time that I go visit them I receive lousy service. I used to take my 2012 Ford Mustang for oil changes, ever since my last visit I have decided to receive service from them. One of the reasons is since they're always too busy service time takes long, second reason is that I've found a faster and cheaper service, much more reliable and faster too. Although the main reason I've decided to stop servicing my vehicle there is since my last visit, my fiancé took the mustang in for the regular oil change every 5k miles. The visit was long and pricy as usual, although this time during the free visual complimentary check up they informed my fiancé that our mustangs battery had corrosion and needed to be cleaned. My fiancé agree to a $40.00 charge to clean it. I strongly feel that they took advantage of her, and myself since it's a ridiculous charge, and the battery should have been replaced instead for free since the vehicle is still under Warranty. Besides the cleaning did not help at all since the corrosion came right back two weeks later. Ridiculous service, disappoints me. read more

Heritage Ford - Was charged about $40 to clean corrosion that popped back up two weeks later! RIDICULOUS! Battery should have been replaced instead. - Car Dealers Near Me - Modesto, California

They are all about selling you the car! Once you buy your on your own. They lobby you for an excellent review. They fail to go over the vehicle with you adequately. The service department in even worse. They are supposed to change your oil but never put a sticker in the window. They didn't top off the fluids. They didn't advise me that my wiper blades were shot. Had to stop at a oil change place the next time it rained and way overpaid completely gouge you on trade ins. Went today with 2 trade in offers for 20k on my truck and they offered 14k. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer in the past 20 years. I always felt like I was completely taken advantage of, But this is beyond ripping people off! read more

Can Yelp make it a option to give a company negative stars? Because this place is Dog sh*t they defiantly do not care about their customers. they kiss your a** to sell you a vehicle and that's it. Purchased a 2020 Ford Exploder, yes I meant exploder and it has been in the shop longer then I have had it for. This garbage car had so much issues with electrical problems and I have a 50/50 chance the car won't start. I was stranded in the middle of winter with my new born daughter in a cold car because it decided not to start . Also there service is garbage and put me on the road with a death trap car . Had a recall for the transmission and they had the car for two weeks, the day after I picked it up the transmission was still leaking. Turned out they never even installed the recall took it in again and in two hours later it was down ? But took two weeks not to install it .and they offer lifetime oil changes ? They probably don't even do it . And there service manger tried to charge us a lean fee for have the car there for so long when they never fixed the electrical problem. I do not even understand how a company can not give a sh*t about the customers safety. We tried contacting the owner leaving message on the phone even the lady that works there left a note on his desk to give us a call and we never received any form of communication back . Reporting to the better business bureau because the put my family at risk. Honestly ridiculous take the extra time and go to price Ford in Turlock they actually helped us out and we didn't even purchase the car from them . read more
