This is for the service department only and we are getting an attorney. The service department lied about our van needing injector repairs, which resulted in weeks of a rental truck for my brother to work. They then told me it was going to cost 2800.00 to repair the injectors and would buy the car for the discounted amount to trade in for a new truck. I didn't trust them so had it towed to a credible auto repair in Turlock. They said nothing was wrong with the van and it drives fine. Prior to this we paid 5,000 to replace a transmission and I'm assuming it didn't need it now. After the repair; they made a mistake and my brother was without a car for work for weeks. Do NOT trust their service team. I recommend you call a local mechanic or one in Turlock with high reviews. Lastly, for Ford I learned there are a handful of warranties the dealer service departments don't want to share because they don't make as much money (rather an obligation as a Ford dealer). Went in to trade in my denali and buy a platinum f250 yesterday. Wasn't to impressed with the customer service. Didn't get shown the vehicle or how everything operates. I was told to go on a test drive and come back. Was given a few offers on my trade in. Ultimately i just wanted to go get more money for my trade. As with anyone buying a car I wanted the best deal I could possibly get. Got no responses from sales guy after negotiating on my trade in a few times. Felt like his text messages were getting a little firm (not friendly). He said last, and final offer, no other negotiations. That's fine. No biggie. At least text your customer back and thank them for there time!! This is when I got ticked off. Show some good customer service and a little respect. I'm considering buying a $80k truck! One of the worst dealerships I've ever come across, After purchasing my mother's new truck this dealership held on to my mother's wheelchair lift that is ADA for her disability. Without offering to deliver Or install my mother's lift they decided to throw away a brand new $4000 electric wheelchair lift Without contacting my mother but only one time when they claimed to have tried to email my mother many times which is a complete lie. I want to give this company a chance to pay my mother or purchase a brand new wheelchair lift and if they do not comply with my demand, they will be met with force by my lawyers In the court of law. I mean seriously my mother lives right around the corner, My mother who is disabled, and you just throw $4,000 of someone else's money away. This dealership has no compassion whatsoever and it's a complete disappointment to the Ford industry. And that the price on line was wrong but said he saw the add And would not match what they had on line. 500 on a 70,000 truck really. And told me sorry where do they get salesmen like this. Avoid this place at all costs. I purchased a non-ford vehicle a few months back and purchased the Ford Premium Care Extended Warranty with it. A few months later I called Haidlen Ford to see if they would set me an appt on my Sierra w the Ford Extended Warranty. I was told "we do not have the tooling to work on the truck". Shocked I went out of my way and went tk Manteca Ford and they handled what I needed. A few months later in need of repairs, and a vehicle that would not start, I called the Warranty company and they were planning on towing the vehicle to Haidlen. This time a woman from Haidlen called me to find out what vehicle was being towed in since we had never been there before. When I told her what it was, she once again said "we do not have the tooling to work on that vehicle". Shocked once again I expressed my disappointment w them, and said I would have it taken next door to Steves Chevrolet. Steve's did an outstanding job, truck need $4k worth of repairs, had it done in 2 days. Haidlen is very concerned about their yelp status, in fact, I am rewriting this review because there was not enough detail in my last review. Thing is, they put that kind of effort in to customer service, negative reviews would be minimized. Moral of the story, go next door to Steve's, Jason was fantastic!!! read more

Erich and David were our two salespeople, one did each of the deals (Erich is of course the owner). Both were very easy to work with, always pleasant, and they had the best deals I found anywhere in Northern California, and they were no haggle and no pressure on both purchases. The second deal was with Erich and he made sure that we were very pleased and happy with our new truck, and he even gave some recommendations on local tourist stuff to do while we waited for them to get our spray-in bed-liner and bed-cover installed before we went home. There was nothing about the experience that was positive except perhaps the guys in the detail area who prepped my car after purchase. Keep in mind when you read the following, the only reason I purchased a truck from this dealership was that I liked the truck and it had all the options I wanted in the area. Had I not been so set on what I wanted, I would've walked out and gone to another dealership or brand. I honestly feel like the dealership gives Ford a bad name. My experience started off negative as soon I got to the dealership to look at the truck. I spent over 10 minutes walking the lot and no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. I walked inside to find someone who can help us and the only person there was the sales manager David. We took a look at the truck and went to the office to discuss pricing. He proceeded to read the advertised price and I enquired if he would be able to do a better deal than the $4000 off that was advertised. He rudely stated "If you're going to grind me on the price, then we can stop right here and you can go buy it from someone else". I was taken back and almost got up and left. I decided to bite my tongue and continue as I liked the truck. I was told to come back the next day to do the paperwork and the person that does that is only there till 11:30. I come back the next day and meet with Eric the owner. He wasn't much better than his sales manager. I arrived at 10:15am and my wife took a quick look at the truck before we purchased it. We said we'd go ahead and go through with it and Eric while still having a conversation on his cell phone, looked at his watch and said "alright we got an hour so lets do this" and went back on his phone to finish his conversation. After the paperwork I asked him to have someone show me the basic controls on the truck, which he never did. He handed me the temporary license plate and documents and connected my phone to the truck and left. No customer service whatsoever. To make matters worse, he said I will be getting a survey from Ford and please dont write what David said to me. (I told him what he said to me the day before). He proceeded to tell me that I should either lie on the survey or just delete it but if I told them what happened Ford would be on him about it. read more
