After getting my truck home, I notice a clunking / metallic sound coming from the under carriage. I called Steve's and spoke with Jason who advised me to bring it back in, which I did after the weekend. They confirmed the noise after a test drive and determined that bolts were loose on the transmission mounting bracket. They rectified the problem without charge. It was a hassle free experience, except for the problem itself. How the bolts came to be loose, I don't know, but the issue was handled. I have been going to Steve's for my service needs and they are always courteous, professional, and honest.

His dad did a rethread to get it to repair shop. Quoted close to $4000 for repairs. They gave him a broken key promising to send another. The key they sent can't be used. He is spending an additional $400 for a key. They lost his tags. Another $90 to replace. I talked to them today and they said I waited to long to call. I said he only just now told me where he bought it. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

They sell vehicles that don't run properly in fact I bought a $7000 vehicle from them got 10 miles…read moredown the and it sounding funny but we still continue driving home well by halfway the car got worse so we stopped at a gas station smoke was coming out from the hood my husband opened it up and there was oil everywhere so he got a gallon of oil yeah gallon so we could make it home. We took it back they it never leaked a drop of oil when it was hear maybe take it in get the oil change and let us know what they say when took it in to get the oil change the man said your problem isn't the 1. It's got missing bolts from the valve coverand there's wrong bolts on the head. Plus it's leaking oil from both the head and valve cover. So we took the car to a mechanic to see if he could find a oil leak. He did and he said not only that he said that the engine had recently been worked on. We took to our local mechanic and he said he exact same thing. Oh I almost forgot after going back to the carlot and Chris not wanting to work with halfway home the brakes go out due to all the engine problems caused the brake line to melt. So in my opinion if shopping for a nice car it won't be at CJ's.

I'm very happy with my car, however, since then, they have shut down their place of business & I still have not received the title to my car. Brad did call me once on June 9, 2025 to let me know he was processing the paperwork with DMV. Still no title to my car & going through the legal process with DMV to get title. Do not buy anything from Brad or his company.
