Absolute Lifesaver! Highly Recommend David and Henley's Plumbing! On Saturday afternoon, my toilet clogged, and every local plumbing company was fully booked. Luckily, I called Henley's Plumbing, and they managed to schedule a technician to arrive by 6:00 PM. Since it was late on a Saturday, I didn't expect much, but David and another team member arrived exactly on time. After diagnosing the issue, they had to remove the toilet and discovered that tree roots were causing the clog. Since the toilet was out, I decided to replace both toilets in my house. Despite the late hour, David and his partner went out to purchase the new toilets, cleared the root clog, and stayed until 10:00 PM to finish the entire installation. I was amazed by their willingness to stay so late on a weekend just to ensure my family had working toilets. To make things even better, David promised to return on Monday with a camera to inspect the pipes for cracks. True to his word, David showed up on Monday with two other team members. Fortunately, there were no cracks, but to my absolute surprise, they did not charge me for this follow-up camera service! read more

Finding a good, fair priced and honest plumber is difficult. I had a small job as I had a toilet that did not flush well. I did a couple quotes, the first wanted me to replace the toilet...work and toilet very expensive. However, Joshua came to the rescue from Henley's Plumbing & Air. They did a gas line repair. They left their mess on the property, broke the barrier that allowed rain to enter the crawl space, trenches left open, gas lines that were not routed/secured properly, technicians leaving when job isn't done, etc. At least they came back to make things right after I complained. In the end, they didn't get gas to all the fixtures in the main building. read more

I called yesterday morning and their customer service representative was able to send out plumbers in as little as 2-3 hours. Beware! This HVAC company appears professional however, I purchased a complete system in 2021 and 22 service calls later I still have the same system with constant problems. I have been asked by other HVAC companies why have they not replaced your unit with that many problems. Between my husband and I we have missed over two weeks of work, not including the week it took to install it. Unfortunately for us we don't have options to relocate our family of 6 and pets and suffered through Smokey air conditions and 115 degree weather with inside temp reaching 99 degrees.
