I asked Francisco to work on a different part of the house before tearing my wall open, and he completely ignored me and proceeded to do what he wanted. I brought this company to fix a small leak in my house . They originally quoted me $3800!! I said that's insane !! For a job that took them only 50 minutes that is just unreasonable. Also keep in mind the manager stated the reason for that price is because they were going to be there all day It took them 5 minutes to insure a small pipe that doesn't even cost 20 dollars along with two huge wholes they made inside my house that I have to repair separately. My sink stopped up. I googled for a plumber and saw a special for $77 to unclog the sink. Long story short. They couldn't snake it out, offered between $1900 and 2500 to use heavier equipment. That was to start. He talked about clogs under the foundation etc. I passed. A friend talked to his buddy "Josh" (who works for Henleys) Josh thought the price a bit exorbitant. (That was being nice). I called Henley and Ricardo from Henleys came out on a Sunday morning and did a terrific job. By the way, the clog was localized between the sink and the drain out. The first guys snake should have cleared it. Plus the firsts guy didn't tighten the sink fittings. What a mess. I highly recommend Henley's. Ricardo was quick, knowledgeable, and a nice guy. He cleaned up the mess and made a few suggestions for preventative maintenance that I'll take him up on. read more

We are very happy with the service and professionalism of the entire experience. The the office personel picked up our phone call within 2 rings, were friendly, professional in their assistance and quick to dispatch a technician. Less than an hour later 2 technicians were at the door ready to analyze the cause of our intermittant water heater failure free of charge. Vicente and Alfredo quickly determined that the burner valve needed replacement under manufacturer warranty. Henley did not provide the Bedford White water heater and it was our responsibility to obtain the replacement. Vicente and Alfredo headed to their next stop, while we obtained the new valve. Three hours later the technicians were back on site to change out the defective part and within another 1-1/2 hour the job was complete and the friendly and professionally dressed technicians were on their way to their next stop while we were on our way to a hot shower. We reached out to Henley's for a leak in our bathroom due to the fact they had many high reviews. The project went from a leak below our toilet to needing all the copper pipes in our house replaced which we agreed to have done. We were quoted $30K, and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor before. For such a high price tag, I was expecting respectful and thorough work. However, that was not our experience. They left our entire home covered in dirt and dust with no effort to clean up after themselves. Including dirt handprints on our walls. They left trash in all the work areas. They damaged our walls and baseboards outside of the areas they were working on. They scratched and damaged our bathroom vanity. They left all the holes exposing our pipes open, including ones made in the exterior of our house, and then it rained. Plus many other miniscule issues. We reached out to Henley's with all the issues and were met with resistance and given the run around in who to talk to. After speaking to about 4 other "in charge" people, over several weeks of negotiating and fighting, we were finally taken seriously. At the end of the day, the work did get completed well and they did give us a discount for all of the troubles we had, but it didn't recover the bad taste left in our mouth. I would not recommend Henley's to anyone to work with especially considering there are more considerate plumbing companies out there. read more
