The honey walnut shrimp was probably the standout for me. The shrimp were tender and cooked perfectly, without that rubbery texture you sometimes get from overcooked or previously frozen shrimp. The sauce was rich and sweet, and the candied walnuts added a great crunch. The sweet and sour chicken was another winner. The chicken stayed crispy even with the sauce and didn't feel heavy or greasy. We also had the beef chow fun, which was sautéed well with fresh, crisp vegetables and plenty of flavor.. Even the hot and sour soup was very good and had a nice depth to it. Overall, this was a really enjoyable, inexpensive dinner. Fresh ingredients, good portions, and everything was cooked properly. To my surprise when I got home and opened my food and it was not beef and broccoli. I immediately returned to the restaurant and the lady who helped me previously helped me again. She was super apologetic about what happened and it was so not a problem at all. They quickly fixed my food and when I got home...omg!! This was some of the best beef with broccoli I have had in a long time. The brown sauce is light with a hint of spice and not super salty. What really blew me away were the large and tender pieces of broccoli. The beef was super soft with a little chewiness to it. The meal was so good I had to stop myself not once, but three times from eating everything! I am so excited that this gem is just ten minutes from my home! This is a must when in this area!

I finally made my way back, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. I ordered the dumplings, crab puffs, and moo shu beef, and everything was a solid 10/10! Each dish hit the spot, and it was such a treat getting to enjoy some longtime favorites again. But honestly, the sweetest part of my visit was the owner. She is the kindest, sweetest woman, and the fact that she actually remembered me after FOUR YEARS absolutely melted my heart! There's something so special about a local restaurant where the food is delicious, but the people make the experience even more memorable. Little Szechuan is a perfect reminder of why supporting small, local businesses matters. Between the amazing food and the genuine hospitality, this place still has my heart. Needless to say, I won't be waiting another four years to come back!

Portion looked on the small side but oh well. Take my first bite and I am greeted with this strong sour taste. I'm thinking to myself, man it's been a while since I had Kung pao dish, I don't ever remember being this sour. Couple more bite and yup, it was like eating a sweet and sour chicken without the sweet. Had some chillies but dish had no heat what so ever. I was so disappointed how bad it tasted. Of course since I was hungry I ate the dish. I noticed more people came to eat after I got my food and it appears lot of return customers, which is nice. But this place was definitely not for me.. You know it's bad again, when I'm thinking to myself, panda express version is way better. Oh well, I won't be coming back here again.

Since it's called a dumpling house, I wanted to try a bit of selections that yiu probably can't ordinarily get other places. I ordered their signature dumplings, they were pretty good, and comparable to some other places. Ordered the Dan Dan noodles, it was literally a huge bowl of noodles and a sprinkle of meat, fairly dissatisfied with the amount of meat that was given. There's other surrounding noodle places that easily give atleast 4oz of meat. Which still isn't much but it's better than a sprinkle. Noodles itself were a good texture. I also ordered their meat pie/pancake looking thing. I guess there is pork in there and I was so excited to try it since it's rated so high. First bite I was like okay pretty good, then I opened up the crepe like pieces to see there was hardly any meat! How can this be a meat pie with skimpy amounts of meat... As I continued to chew, I realized the pork in it tasted, sour. Like the sour taste you get with spoilage or on the verge of. So, I discreetly asked a server if there was anything in this that would give a sour taste and she said she's actually never eaten it so she's not sure. A male server came over and said no it shouldn't be sour, then took it away. I did find it odd that I was able to detect the sour taste to it with such limited amount of meat in it. All in all, I don't think I'd be attending this place again and will continue to go to Happy Bao across the way instead.

Food: (3/5) Pig intestines: (4/5) The spicy pig intestines had lots of spicy flavor and oil. They had a slight crisp and were pretty chewy and fatty. It also came with celery, jalapenos and onions. Portions were ok. Fish: (2.5/5) The fish was served in a large tray with bean sprouts and lotus root. It was a very chewy on the outside because of the fried edges and also chewy on the inside (for fish). The fish was also pretty dry despite being in sauce. It didn't really have a distinct flavor, and I'm thinking it was previously frozen. Served on a large metal tray with a gel flame underneath. Bok choy and mushrooms: (2.5/5) These were flavorless and tasted mostly like the vegetable. Lacked any real texture. Service: (1/5) Our server seated us and never looked back.
