L2.Dry Pot Cauliflower w.Cured Pork

Absolutely loved this place! Wow! It was our first time and it was really good. I was a bigger fan of all our appetizers than our entrees but we still had a great time! 1. crispy green beans - it had a kick to it and it was all made crispy and hot - I could eat this whole order by myself twice and eat it as my entree! So good! 2. Fried rice - wow, yes! So so so good. It was served hot and perfectly seasoned 3. The pork dry pot with Brussel sprouts were delicious! It was served hot and perfectly seasoned 4. Biang biang pork noodles - these wide noodles are made by hand and definitely tasted fresh. I'm not a big fan of wide noodles so I had a few bites and was satisfied! 5. General tso chicken - was very very good. It was crispy but with great sauce. It also came with dry roasted broccoli that was very good too! We will definitely come again!

Shrimp fried rice and Mongolian Beef

I really enjoyed this place. I ordered takeout on a Saturday night- shrimp fried rice, Mongolian beef and egg drop soup, everything was steaming hot and soo flavorful. I would get all those items again. The wait time honestly wasn't bad either, about 20 mins. The place was clean too and nice staff.

I have been coming here off and on for years, ever since they first opened. Let me start off by saying that this is one of those places where I go to for very specific items. These items include the dip noodles in garlic sauce, which are wide hand pulled noodles with a side of garlic sauce, and the stir-fried bean jelly. The hand pulled noodles are always so fresh and bouncy, with a nice chew to them. Their garlic sauce is probably one of my top favorites in general. They don't hold back on the garlic, and the sauce has a nice kick to it without being too spicy for my tastebuds. Their stir-fried bean jelly was recommended to us on our first visit and we never looked back since. Something about the texture and taste just works well together. An item worthy of an honorable mention would have to be the hand pulled noodles with cumin lamb. However, this dish is super spicy for our taste buds so it's not a must order every time. Whenever we've been here, service has always been friendly and helpful in general. The ambiance is lowkey and comfortable with Chinese décor throughout the whole restaurant. Overall, this is a solid spot if you're looking for authentic Chinese food. They don't skimp on the flavor or spices!

Broke our Xmas tradition and went out for Chinese for dinner on the 25th and I was tasked with finding a great spot to try. I previewed the menu photos and couldn't make up my mind on what to get so like we've done in the past is just go overboard and order lots . So glad we got there just after they opened (special hours 4pm - 8pm just for Xmas dinner), because it got really busy after 5pm. One thing we noticed is that they could have had more wait staff to get around to the patrons (2 weren't enough to handle the influx of diners). All in all we thought everything was perfectly seasoned (not salty like we've had at other places), but balanced well. I took the other reviewers tips and made sure to get the famous flat noodles with the lamb / cumin and that dish was the star of the night for us. Definitely coming back to get it again and try other recommended items!

The sweet-and-sour chicken dinner was good. I need to venture out and try more things. The waiter was very helpful and professional. Ambience was like you walked into Asia. The restaurant was very clean and authentic.

I almost always opt for Mexican food...but not this night. We were hungry...we had options...then my best friend said "there's a pretty good Chinese place up here, let's do that." I was initially against it,...I wanted a burrito, but I gave in. This is a sit and order at your table place. We were greeted quickly with a smile. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Lots of seating inside and everything looked clean and inviting. The plates are definitely shareable, but we figured that out after ordering. I got the Biang Biang Noodles with Pork and it was really good! Nice and spicy with thick slices of jalapeño. My friends ordered other entrees that I tasted and liked them. They also ordered the Fish Pot...heads up, that is a HUGE! But wow, it was good. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'll come back....I need to try more here.

Cumin lamb noddles and dry-fried string beans (plated at home)

The only place for good hand shaven noodles now that Nan Zhou is gone! There's a young man who works here who is always so friendly and helpful. I had cumin lamb noodles and dry-fried string beans. The noodles are so good! Next time I'll ask for spicier and try some of the other noodle options. Plenty of parking and easy to grab takeout or get a table.

K01. Classic Twice Cooked Pork with Shaanxi Buns

First time eating here in person! Pretty busy on a Saturday night walking in at 6pm. Spacious restaurant with a lot of large tables for bigger parties. There was live classical Chinese music playing as well which is pretty cool! The food here is pretty good and we would return for it. We ordered the water boiled fish which is a HUGE portion and too big for 2 so we had plenty of leftovers lol. Be careful, it's spicy. The biang biang noodles with pork and noodles with cumin lamb were delicious. My only gripe is that they're a bit understaffed. The wait times in between ordering weren't terribly long, but the 2 staff on the floor were quite busy and we had to remind them for bowls of rice to eat with our fish. Sometimes it's hard to get their attention.

Cold pork slices in garlic sauce

Finally made good on my intentions to come back to this place for another go after having swung by during the Covid-19 times and only having access to their restricted menu. We ordered the fish water boil, shaanxi style burger w/ pork, biangbiang noodles (stir-fried noodles w/ pork), and the cold dish sliced pork in garlic sauce. The water boil was average, which I cannot fault them as this is traditionally a Szechuan style of cuisine. Theirs does not have the tongue numbing spice nor whole peppercorn that is typically found...so we screwed the pooch by ordering it and expecting something else. Good but we shouldn't have ordered it here tbh. The burger was unique, flaky, crusty, doughy, but the flavoring of the meat stuffing inside was odd. Sour, off-putting flavor, while I was expecting something on the more savory side. The noodle dish was the best part of the meal. Which I was truly hoping that it would be as they claim to specialize in hand pulled noodles and I was craving hand pulled noodles for a long time. I would definitely come back here again to try other offerings in their noodles section. And definitely order another main entree course that should be more of their specialty. I'll absolutely update my rating as I feel I just did not order the more of the true gems this place has to offer.

An excellent restaurant that brings a true sense of home. The flavors are authentic and reminiscent of hometown cooking. The service is outstanding, and every dish is beautifully presented, delicious, and full of aroma. Highly recommended!

C01 BBQ Lamb Soooo delicious, don't be fooled by the slightly small pieces of meat.

Such a gem, and I hope they move to the west valley so that I can come here all the time. Biangbiang is just such a unique texture and flavor, and a lot of their specialties here are things that you just can't find elsewhere.

Authentic and good food. Huge variety. Last time we couldn't see a menu they wanted us to go online. We didn't like that so gave a 3 star

Food was average and the service was subpar. It was pretty busy for the time we went but not too busy. So that was nice.

For starters, this is a review specifically for the DoorDash version of kung fu noodles. I actually…read morejust realized that I'm not even sure if this is the correct location but since I live in Gilbert, I'm going to assume this was the one that was delivered to me. Either way, The food we received was the bomb.com! We were hanging out and watching movies on a Saturday while my lady was nursing a bit of a cold. She wanted something in the chicken noodle soup family, and after a bit of back-and-forth, we decided to look for Ramen or pho. Now that's where the start started, but that's clearly not where it ended. After a couple of different searches, we found kung fu noodle And simply picked it based on a combination of the pictures, the reviews and the fact that they have several noodle soup options that looked really appealing. Ultimately, we ended up ordering the spicy beef noodle soup, and the house special noodle soup along with their dumplings, crab Rangoon's and fried rice. Now, usually I skip straight to the review of the food at this point, but I have to give them one additional compliment. This place goes the extra mile in terms of making sure the delivery experience is Extra level. Starting with their packaging, which, for someone who is infatuated with great design, they really do a great job of driving home the full brand experience! Not only were the package is aesthetically, pleasing and artistic in some cases, but they were also very functional as well with all of the plastic containers having sealed lids that had to be broken open for the first time by us. This was just extra assurance that our food wasn't tampered with on the ride from the restaurant to the house. In addition, the food was extremely fresh and hot, even the crab Rangoon's, which in some cases can be delivered with that wet, gummy effect because of the steam and condensation that accumulates inside of many of the take-home containers that you receive from most Asian food places. I wouldn't argue that this is the kind of containers that you would necessarily keep around as home Tupperware, but the bag that they sent everything in definitely feels like it's gotta reuse or two in it. Overall, we were really happy with the quality of the food as both Soups were portion wise enough for two consecutive days of meals. Same thing with the fried rice, which was really good We got the shrimp version and it had plenty of shrimp and veggies in addition to really fresh rice. Lastly, while I'm not specifically a dumpling guy, I decided to try these because the pictures looked really good on the website. And I can't lie, these were definitely really Good dumplings. Overall, we are looking forward to trying to spot out in person, but if we have to order again before we make it in person, that's what it is going to be!

Overall a very average takeout style spot. There is seating indoors, but you'll be given takeout…read morestyle containers when served. This does make it a little easier to take any leftovers to go because you can grab a lid later. The inside is very clean. You likely won't see too many other guests eating in as most get takeout. Service is frank and prompt. Ever since some of our favorite long time local hand pulled noodle places closed over the years, my partner and I have been on the search for any kind of replacement. Unfortunately, Kung Fu Noodles does not live up to that for us. You have to approach this restaurant with takeout in mind. Portion sizing is pretty generous. The food itself is very okay. With so many other takeout places to compete in the area, my partner and I likely won't return.
