Can't express how great of a dining experience this was! The service was attentive and the dishes were all excellent! Everything we ordered is highly recommended! Love the ambiance and when you walk in you can see the chefs cooking on the red and blue side like the show! There's a pre-fixe menu for $110 and it comes with everything we wanted to get! - Seared Scallops - Beef Wellington - Sticky Toffee pudding We also added on the Golden beet salad. For drinks we did the Forbidden Apple and Ramsays Rage. Both were really tasty! 1. Golden beet salad: super refreshing and the cheese, I believe goat cheese or Greek yogurt was so good! I also enjoyed the crunch with the pistachios and nuts. 2. The scallops with the pea puree sauce was so good! My only and I mean only criticism out of the entire dinner was the scallops was not as soft as I would have hoped but the dish was still flavorful. 3. Beef Wellington: Been wanting to try this since I was a kid watching Hell's Kitchen on TV, this did not disappoint! The puff pastry is so buttery good, along with the potato puree. The beef I thought would be on the tougher side was actually really soft like it was braised and that au jus sauce was excellent! 4. Sticky Toffee Pudding: There are no words to how delicious this was! Just do yourself a favor and get it! Best pudding I have ever had!
Sadly this did not meet my expectations. Came here with my partner for his 2nd time and my first - he said the quality went down. We both didn't feel like the wellington was great. I felt the mac and cheese was a bit dry. I did enjoy the short rib, mocktail, and the soup though. The presentation of it being poured in front of us was enjoyable. Our server didn't really check on us throughout dinner.
Came to Harrah's for a mini staycation and was so happy we were able to get a reservation for dinner! Everything was delicious! Evan was so helpful and quick for every request! We got the prix fixe menu with the wine and it was worth the price. My boyfriend and I were able to try basically all the things we wanted from the menu, felt full, and alittle tipsy after dinner! The restaurant was very open and it was cool being able to see the open concept kitchen!
The food was excellent. We enjoyed everything we tried, and the best part was that we were incredibly full by the time the meal was over. Both of us ordered from the prix fixe menu. I'm at menu included an appetizer choice, a choice of one of two entrées, and the sticky toffee dessert. We ordered two side dishes as well, which were the macaroni cheese and the brussels sprouts. Everything we ate was absolutely fantastic and well prepared. We had the beef Wellington, crispy salmon, scallops appetizer, and then the sticky toffee dessert. Our server was so wonderful, attentive, and friendly! He went out of his way to ensure our 25th wedding anniversary celebration felt special. This is a modern looking restaurant. Lots of tables. I didn't see any intimate seating areas. So I would not describe this place as romantic. The food was lovely, but it wasn't as artfully presented as I would have expected. Overall, the experience met our expectations. Be prepared to drop some serious cash for your meal.
Came on a Wednesday night. It wasn't too busy since we arrived at opening time. We made reservations easily through OpenTable, and the hostess was nice. Our server was Anthony, and he was assisted by another male staff member. The assistant was friendlier than the server. Service was acceptable but I expected a more welcoming, overly attentive, and "go above and beyond" level of service at this type of restaurant. Maybe he was just having an off day--I don't know. Our server's somewhat disengaged demeanor made the restaurant feel less warm and welcoming than expected, which diminished the overall ambiance for us. The food was delicious. We ordered the filet mignon, braised short rib, crispy skin salmon, beet salad, and roasted asparagus. The salmon skin wasn't actually crispy, but all of the dishes had great flavor. The filet mignon was the standout and easily the best dish of the night. For dessert, we had the sticky toffee pudding, which was also delicious and not overly sweet. Get it even if you're already full! Overall, service matters--it helps shape the dining experience and can even make the food taste better. I believe that's one of the concepts Gordon Ramsay often emphasizes on his shows, which, by the way, are playing on TVs throughout the restaurant.
I can't say I'm a huge Gordon Ramsay fan but I just don't give him much thought one way or another. I know he yells at people on his show but it seems like it is probably shtick for the camera. We have had the Las Vegas Hell's Kitchen restaurant on our list forever but never made it there. This location in Valley Center (or "Funner" California--really, that was the best name you could get?) is a lot closer to us so Funner it is. The restaurant interior is gorgeous. It is loud and fun and feels very Vegas-y with loud, upbeat music. If you want a little more sedate experience (and if you do, why are you here?), sit on the side of the wine wall farthest from the front entrance. Our server was excellent. She was friendly, attentive, knew the menu well, and made great recommendations. The prices are ridiculously high. And the cooking was uneven. The scallops appetizer were overcooked and rubbery. The lobster in the risotto (at $35) was outrageously overcooked. A rubber chicken would be more tender than that poor lobster. The Beef Wellington was excellent , although smearing the potatoes across the plate, while decorative, causes them to become cold quickly. The braised short rib entree was extremely tender and flavorful. The sticky toffee pudding is a wonderful dessert and is plenty for two to share. The cocktail/mocktail game here is strong. If you didn't know it before now, the Smoke on the Blvd cocktail (similar to an Old Fashioned) is served tableside in a big smoky box. Yes, people from other tables will stare at you as your server opens the box. Almost everyone gets the prix fixe. If you are going to get the Beef Wellington, you probably should get the prix fixe because the price of this entree is so absurdly high. Personally, I don't care if the chef who created this chain is famous or if the restaurant is located in a hotel on on the moon. For these prices, the cooking should be much better and definitely more consistent. Still, this place is a fun experience--in my opinion, a one and done--but be prepared to pay for it.
My husband and I dined for dinner. The restaurant is spacious with high ceilings. Our servers were all wonderful. We ordered two appetizers, scallops and Wagyu meatballs with a side of bread. The scallops were very good. However, they were a bit undercooked. I ate them anyways. The Wagyu meatballs are always a big hit with us. They were juicy. The side of bread is great to dip it into the tomato sauce... Yum! Our favorite entrée is the braised short rib. We, both, ordered it. Surprisingly, today's portion of the short rib were bigger. We were pleased. It's was so flavorful. On a personal note, the presentation is lacking. It's brown, on brown, on brown... meat, dark potato, dark sauce. It is topped with a small medley salad and crispy onion rings. I recommend reservations since it's a popular restaurant. We will return.
First time dining at Hells Kitchen - Saturday 1/31/26 and boy was this place packed. Struggling economy? You couldn't tell by walking in and seeing all the tables full. And people waiting to be seated. Walking into Hell's Kitchen was impressive. Seeing a huge wall of wine bottles, sparkling everywhere and seeing a large open kitchen with chefs hustling getting dishes ready. Evan and Anthony were our waiters and did smash up job. Always kept checking in on us and making sure everything was good. Great customer service without a doubt but thats what one would expect at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. The runners and helpers were all really great as well. As for the food, we really tried multiple appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts. The pictures don't do the dishes justice...delicious! Definitely go to try Hell's Kitchen again and maybe the places in Vegas as well.

Welcoming hosts with high ceilings and cool decor. It's a little loud, but there is a lot going on. We ordered the famous beef Wellington, the filet, and the short ribs. The Wellington was good - but needed more sauce. It is served medium rare and comes with whipped potatoes. The short rib and filet were good - but nothing spectacular. The drinks were cool. One comes out of the smoker. The other one had a pitchfork toothpick. We were celebrating a birthday and they gave us a small sticky toffee pudding. We also ordered a big one to share. It was yummy! A little overpriced - but good.
I have been wanting to come try Hells Kitchen for the longest time, I don't know why I waited so long. This was such a treat! We went with a larger group of between 15-20 people and every person loved their meal. The beef Wellington was perfectly cooked, so tender and so full of flavor. We got the cauliflower side and tried the Mac and cheese as well. The cauliflower was so good! The Mac and cheese had good flavor but was a little dry. The end of our meal we got a little treat and had dessert. The sticky toffee was sooooo good. All around I recommend and will be back.

What an amazing experience!!! We absolutely loved the food. The beef Wellington was insanely good. Our server, Elizabeth made our dinner so much more enjoyable than it already was. The ambiance was absolutely gorgeous and nicely lit. It wasn't too bright or too dark. I highly recommend the pre fix menu. ALSO have someone at the table order the lobster risotto. I'm a huge Gordon Ramsay fan, so even though I'm not a gambler, I booked a room at Harrah's and made rezzie on Christmas Eve specifically to experience Hell's Kitchen. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the appetizer was excellent. Everything was great--until the steak arrived. My boyfriend ordered his steak medium rare, but it was clearly cooked medium, bordering on medium well. We know what medium rare tastes and looks like, and after taking a bite, we politely mentioned it to the server. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the issue, she insisted it was medium rare and suggested we cut into the center to check. We did--and it was still medium. Steak doesn't magically change doneness just because you slice it. Honestly, if Gordon Ramsay were there, I'm pretty sure he'd say: "This steak is so overcooked, it's no longer well done--it's congratulations!" Had the server simply owned the mistake instead of telling us we didn't know what medium rare looks like, I would've still given this place four stars. Mistakes happen--just don't lie to your customers' faces. read more

He is an amazing server, he has great eye contact with each person at the table, great recommendations and perfectly present. The tomahawk steak was the bomb!!!! So tender and juicy! The rest of the food, chicken and salmon were just okay. Of course it's to be expected that the food prices will be premium but the asparagus and Mac and cheese were so plain! the serving size is too small, if I'm not mistaken we paid $15.95 for 6 asparagus spears. The coffee was also disappointing, tasted watered down. Only reason I would come back would be for the $225 tomahawk steak :) read more

3.5 stars... I'll round up! I've been wanting to try Hell's Kitchen for years. I'm a big Gordan Ramsey fan and watch all his TV shows. I finally got a chance to go and try them thanks to a neighbor friend. it's located inside Harrah's casino If om not mistaken, I believe its where the buffet used to be. As far as the restaurant inside, its stunning. We arrived as soon as they open at 5 and was seated right away. Our server, who I think was named Brandon. No maybe James? I can't remember but he provided excellent customer service. There was another person coming around making sure we were never out of water. We started with a Caesar salad for the table (5 people). Don't let that term fool ya- It's a single serving honestly, but we all managed to try a bite. I thought it was good, needed a pinch of salt though. They are also heavy on the Caesar dressing because it was "wet" if that makes sense. I couldn't see myself coming here without trying the Beef Wellington. I was hesitant based on the price alone $72, but I ordered it. Everyone else at the table ordered filet mignon $64. I already knew what the plate would look like because I like to look at reviews and pictures before I arrive, then form my own opinion. I will say this, If you're starving, I would skip Hell's Kitchen. The portions are little to none and the prices are crazy high. You are truly paying for the experience of saying you went to Hell's Kitchen. The Beef Wellington was extremely small in my opinion. Maybe a 6-8 oz. It comes with a smear, and I mean a smear of potato puree (which is really the star of the plate) and glazed root vegetables two little pieces of sliced carrot and two pieces or celery root (?). If you watch the show you know the only way to serve the BW is medium rare, which is how I like my steak My Beef Wellington arrived a perfect medium rare. Taste was underwhelming. It was tender and very easy to cut through, but no seasoning whatsoever. The filo dough was also a little soggy. Am I glad I tried it, absolutely, would I order it again, absolutely not. If I could order $74 worth of that potato puree, I would. It was so good, smooth like butter I wanted to lick my plate haha. As a table we also ordered a few sides, mac and cheese, cauliflower, and asparagus. All sides are $15, and again, extremely small portion, not enough to share. I only tasted the asparagus, which was ok, nothing special. For dessert, I tried the infamous sticky toffee pudding (just a bite because it was birthday portion) and also tried a bite of the Chocolate sin cake. I am a sweets kinda gal so both desserts pleased my palate. So that was it, that was my Hells Kitchen experience. Would I come back again, possible for the scallops or Lobster risotto. read more

From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was upscale yet inviting, with stylish lighting and that signature Hell's Kitchen fire and pitchfork motif glowing proudly. We started with the signature meatballs, served bubbling in a cast iron dish and smothered in marinara and cheese. They were incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and that cheese pull? Unreal. Every bite was comforting and indulgent. Next up: lobster risotto -- creamy, rich, and brimming with perfectly cooked lobster tail. It was a masterclass in texture and balance, each forkful better than the last. Of course, we couldn't visit without trying the legendary Beef Wellington -- and it lived up to every bit of the hype. Beautifully pink inside, wrapped in crisp pastry, and served with a luscious red wine demi-glace and silky mashed potatoes. The side of truffle mac and cheese was decadent, cheesy, and exactly what comfort food should be at a fine-dining level. We sipped on red wine throughout -- smooth and well-paired -- and wrapped up with sticky toffee pudding, which was out of this world. Came here to celebrate me and my husband's 18th year anniversary. First off, I am a fan of Gordon Ramsey, so I was really excited to have finally tried one of his well-known restaurants. I made a reservation and was seated within minutes. All the staffs we have came across were friendly and professional. Our waiter did well at keeping our drinks filled and checking in on us. We actually had a few people check in on us. Lastly, the presentation of everything we ordered was very inviting. We ordered: *She Devil; a raspberry cocktail drink. Not a very strong drink but overall delicious. I also love a drink that has whipped egg whites because it adds that extra texture. *HK Grand Shellfish Tower; this seafood tower came with jumbo shrimps, mussels, clams, oysters, king crab legs, and lobster tails. If I were to ever come back here, this is a must get for me. Everything on this tower tasted great. One minor problem was that one of our lobster shell turned up empty and one our king crab leg was missing some part of the meat. Must have fallen out during cooking/prepping, however the staff was very accommodating and gave us an extra. *Prime New York Steak w/ a side of potato puree and mâitre d' butter; This is the only entree we got because I knew I'd get full from the shellfish tower. I really enjoyed the potato puree as it tasted light and creamy. On the other hand, the compound butter just tasted like regular butter and the steak was slightly too cooked than what we asked for, and it was under-seasoned. *Coconut 3-ways; A dessert item that made us feel happy! It came with a coconut sorbet. The cubed coconut cake added texture, and the sourness of the passionfruit syrup perfectly balanced out the dessert. *Sticky toffee pudding w/ a scoop of ice cream; Another one that we both really enjoyed. I liked it because it was a sponge cake that is soaked in some sort of sauce so that the cake doesn't taste dry. It also paired well with the ice cream. We really enjoyed our experience here overall. Even though there were a couple of minor issues with the missing seafood and under-seasoned items, everything else we got and the service makes up for it. read more

We've been here numerous times whether it's a simple date night or a special occasion a little update from my previous review. From appetizers to desserts we love every bite. Everything we've tried is delicious. Don't forget about the specialty cocktails too. Our usual order is the pre-fixe menu which has a choice of a salad or scallops, beef Wellington, and the butterscotch cake with ice cream. I also order the filet mignon along with lobster Mac n cheese and Brussels sprouts. I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. This restaurant is located inside Harrah's Resort and Casino. There's also plenty of parking available outside. read more

I was excited to visit Hell's Kitchen restaurant. Upon entering, I noticed the unique ambiance. We were greeted by our waiter after being seated. She took half an hour to return to our table to get our order and was inattentive afterwards. It was difficult to get her attention to order dessert and get our water refilled. I ordered the crispy skin salmon for the main dish, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The salmon was okay, but I really enjoyed the dessert. I would recommend this restaurant if you want to experience a unique ambiance. I will however not return as I was not impressed by the service or the main dish. read more

Dinner at Hell's Kitchen in Funner, CA felt like Gordon Ramsay himself decided five fabulous women deserved the VIP treatment--and we were not about to argue. Anthony and Evan delivered top-tier service--attentive, detailed, and genuinely warm. Anthony gave thoughtful recommendations that did not miss, and Evan kept us laughing all night while patiently taking our table photos (and even our kitchen shots with the chef!). Chef Elicia was also so gracious, taking time to pose with us, which made the night extra special. They even brought out strawberries and raspberries upon request--such a thoughtful touch. The pre fixe menu (beet salad, beef Wellington, scallops, sticky toffee pudding) was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Adding oysters and lobster mac & cheese and crispy skin salmon? The right decision. Always the right decision. Highs: outstanding service, amazing food, great ambience. Low: not enough room to try more dishes (our only real complaint). Yes, it's pricey--but for celebrations, completely worth it. Would we go back? In a heartbeat... just with bigger appetites next time. read more
Just spent a few nights at Harrahs & ate at Hell's Kitchen twice! We like to sit at the bar & split an order of wagyu meatballs & a Caesar's salad. Awesome service and the restaurant is beautiful! The second night we ate from the Happy Hour menu & had pizzas and the Idiot sandwich. Both were excellent! It's a good way to spend less & still enjoy the experience! read more
We ate here to use the $100 food credit for making it to diamond which is not too bad. Then we had $75 dollar food credit to use. The place inside is huge. Is the food overpriced yes, and be prepared to spend more $200 dollars. We ordered the lobster risotto, shrimp salad, beef wellington, sticky toffee. For my birthday they give you the mini toffee cake which is nice. I ended up eating the entire big one and my wife eat the mini one. Service was top notch however and can not complain. Wish they refill the water more often but that is okay. The beef wellington was alright I like the toast but the meat was a little on the dry side. I probably would not order that one again even though that is a favorite among people. read more

Beef Wellingtons all day!! And Prix fixe menu for the win! Pan seared scallops - perfectly prepared scallops and nice celery root puree, braised bacon lardons, and pickled granny smith apples. 5 stars. Beef Wellington - nothing beats a melt in your mouth filet wrapped with the perfect mushroom mixture and perfect pastry. One of the best I've ever had. The potato purée was buttery deliciouness and red wine demi-glace was perfect. The root vegetables were pretty lackluster in comparison and seemed undercooked, under-seasoned and just underwhelming. Aside from that this is the all star dish for sure. A big 5++++ stars!! Sticky Toffee Pudding - a little over saturated with syrup and suuuuper sweet but excellent flavor. The cake itself was fantastic but there was way too much syrup for our liking. 4 stars. In addition to the prix fixe, we also tried out a few additional items: Wagyu meatballs - great flavor meatball with american wagyu and pork. A little drier than I like, but this one is kiddo approved! A salty slow roasted tomato sauce and crispy polenta croutons with parmesan cheese and fried basil were great. 5 stars! Golden beet salad - fresh beets with tasty greek yogurt, kumquats, pistachio granola and white balsamic vinaigrette all came together wonderfully. 4.5 stars. Caesar salad - solid dish with parmesan cheese frico, garlic croutons and lemon zest. 4.5 stars Lobster Mac and cheese side - Honduran lobster was absolutely divine and better than expected (we generally like cold water ones better). Radiatori noodles are always fun baked with plenty of rich cheesy sauce. Kids ate almost all of this one. 5+ stars! Love coming here when we're in town. Celebrated our anniversary here, and it was such a treat. They had a special bites and drink menu for early diners, which was a nice treat. Ordered the beef short ribs and filet Mignon with a side of mac and cheese - delicious! The cocktails were fun and very tasty too! They surprised us with a sticky toffee pudding with ice cream - yummy! The ambiance and service was awesome - will definitely be back. read more
The service is amazing. We didn't feel like a huge heavy meal so tried several smaller items. Favorites were Caesar salad (dressing best we've had), waygu meatballs with the polenta (omg) macaroni and cheese and lobster risotto. Of course you have to leave room for the sticky toffee pudding. read more

For a well known establishment, especially one of the infamous Gordon Ramsay's, I cannot believe they had the audacity to serve SPOILED SCALLOPS! At first I thought my taste buds were off, but no! Others in my party tasted and smelled the same chemically ammonia taste/smell I did! And then to top it all off, it was $32 for 3 little ass scallops! The location should have been the first red flag for me. read more

Always wanted to try this place after seeing videos of people eating here. Just know it is very expensive and you are definitely paying for a "name". The place had a good vibe and was well designed but the food is definitely not worth the price. It was over $1,000 for just 6 people. The service is excellent and the menu had nice options but the food was not as good as to be expected for a restaurant of this caliber. And the portions are much smaller than what I saw in video's. I also don't think they use real lobster on their dishes. I think it's langoustine, a large shrimp, or a very small baby lobster. Definitely not worth the $35 add on. This might just be the location and would consider trying the Vegas location. read more

We came here last night .We shared our food . We ordered 1 Tomahawk. 2 orders of salmon and a chicken and a side of macaroni and 1 order of Asparagus.3 desserts. I had enjoyed my Tomahawk. The salmon was that impressive. Kinda hard and dry. The chicken was tender and savory juicy not dry. I will come back here next time to try their lamb. The desserts were ok not impressive. Decaf coffee was water down though. read more
We had a group of 9 for our anniversary and Brandy went above and beyond in an effort to make our special night memorable! All of our food was on point, our view of the kitchen was incredible and drinks were on point! I am most definitely coming back and I hope Brandy is our server again!! I've had this menu before - in Vegas. I was a lil more impressed the 1st time around. But, none the less, u enjoyed my meal and would recommend. Scallops were amazing both times. The best salad needed acid and salt; orange zest would have been nice too. The Wellington was amazing both times. OMG, the sauce The sticky toffee cake was a lil too sweet for me this time. I really liked it in Vegas though. I could not finish it this time. read more

Service was phenomenal by Brandi! She made us feel VIP for our birthdays (mine and my nephew). Food was fantastic! When the Mac n cheese came out overdone, Brandi exchanged it for fresh, soft, Cheesy Mac! She took excellent photos of us, too! She was fantastic! Beef Wellington was a favorite of our group! I'm so glad I did a reservation to this place. It's worth every freaking penny. The food is absolutely amazing. Fine dinning at its finest. I was hoping to see Gordon Ramsey and have him call me an idiot sandwich, but unfortunately he was not there lol the dream is still on. I tried the Lobster Risotto, and wow I have to say, it was amaaaaazing. The lobster is cooked buttery, and the risotto was not overcooked. Just right. After, we got out big meals. Food is amazing better than i remember from when i visit the Las Vegas one several years ago. Beef Wellington is amazing so is the New York steak my hubby got. Appetizer waygu meatballs were top notch. Pair our meals with two sides Mac and cheese and the brussels sprouts. I will be dreaming about those brussels sprouts. Finished the dinner with a small sticky toffee pudding and a caramel peanut decadence. They had an awesome drink special going on tonight. We spent a few days at the casino and decided to have a family dinner at Hell's Kitchen on our last night. We splurged on front-row seating for a special experience, but honestly, it wasn't worth the extra cost. All we really saw was the head chef instructing the servers to stay back unless they were picking up their orders. The restaurant was vibrant and colorful, and it was fun explaining the show to the kids. We asked if any of the chefs were from the show, but unfortunately, they were not. The waitress was excellent and quickly took our order, but unfortunately, the food took a long time to arrive. My wife was unhappy with her steak and had them return it to cook it longer. They were very accommodating and made her another one, but she still wasn't satisfied. On the other hand, I loved everything! I was a big fan of the beet salad and lobster risotto. The salmon and scallops were also good. Unfortunately, I didn't really like the dessert, but my wife enjoyed it. Okay 5 stars are for the service! Our server was really nice and kept telling me happy birthday and he even got me an extra dessert. Another guy kept filling up our water! But we also went on a Tuesday so it's not busy at all. I love the whole place is designed like in the show, and with red team and blue team. And nope you won't see Gordon Ramsey in person. But you will see his portraits. The 2 stars is for the location and food. For the location it's in middle of nowhere, we had to drive 3 hours (LA traffic, 2 hours without traffic). When we got there it's in a casino. It filled with cigarette smokes and alcohol smell. Even when we walked in we could still smell the cigarette. For food, I would say I was very disappointed. We got 3 courses fixed meal. The scallops tasted overcooked, it became dry. The beet salad on the other hand is pretty refreshing and good but you mostly taste the mayo. I got beef Wellington with lobster. Let's start with the lobster, it's the worst thing I have ever had. I don't send dishes back and I don't want to waste that extra $35. This thing tasted blend, chewy like gum and it had a weird smell/aftertaste, it smelled like a water cloth or clothes was wet and crumped up into a ball and left it out for couple days. That smell. Beef Wellington was okay, it's decent but definitely not the best thing on earth like many people hyped about. The only part I enjoyed was the mashed potato and the carrot. The beef was tender and juicy. It's just not what I expected. For dessert it was decent, not my favorite. It's way too sweet for my liking and very soggy in my opinion. My husband liked the ice cream on top. The coconut ice cream was okay. I like that one more that the sticky toffee one. I'm not sure is the Vegas location taste better but definitely not this SoCal one. I would not recommend this place. We went to Hell's Kitchen for my birthday. After making reservations, we were informed of the dress code being business casual. We arrived a little early so we waited in the lounge for a few minutes until we were escorted to our table. Looking around the dining area, I saw there were some patrons that were not in business casual wear so the dress code is not strictly enforced. The dining area and table setting is impressive. In a matter of fact, I was impressed once stepping into the restaurant. I had the She Devil to drink, then had the Shrimp Cocktail as an appetizer. I was hesitant to try the Butternut Squash Soup but, glad I did as it was a nice way to warm up on a cold and rainy night. For the main course, I had the famous Beef Wellington and asked to include a Lobster Tail which the server happily obliged. Then had the Chocolate Sin Cake for dessert. After having dessert, the wonderful restaurant staff brought out a complimentary birthday cake for me. The birthday cake was a mini version of their Sticky Toffee Pudding. The foods and drinks were absolutely delicious and unashamedly indulgent with a focus on high-quality ingredients and strong flavor profiles. The service from the staff was excellent as they were very prompt with clearing the tables as we went through the courses of our meal and often checked in on us to ensure we were pleased. Holy Crap...... First off where do I begin, the aguachiles were awful!! DO NOT ORDER. It was a shot at mexican cuisine and to be quite honest it was a diss to the culture. They definitely need to go to Mexico and try REAL AUTHENTIC AGUACHILES. Bathed in oil and mint like really??? No lime juice whatsoever....... Definitely not an authentic dish. Service was mid as well I wish I got her name. But only time she started talking and acting nice was at the end when it came to tip time... red hair red lipstick. wish i got her name... The beef wellington was okay had better ones from here in the past. Lobster risotto could have used more salt. For the first time ever we didn't finish our dishes..... Ambiance was mid. Side note we ordered first from the table next to us and they got their food first too and they FINISHED their food BEFORE WE GOT OUR ENTREES we legit waited close to 25 min for 2 beef wellingtons. In the past 2 times we've been here this time was a big let down. The place definitely looks like the Hell's Kitchen from TV -- dramatic lighting, fiery walls, chefs moving like Gordon Ramsay might pop out of a vent to scream about raw scallops. And the staff was absolutely awesome: friendly, helpful, and not a single "IT'S RAW!" yelled all night, which already puts them above the TV version. But the food? Yeah... Gordon was clearly busy shouting somewhere else when this menu was approved. My steak was cooked perfectly -- nailed the temperature -- but had no flavor and even less salt. A beautiful piece of meat that tasted like it signed a non-disclosure agreement with my taste buds. And it wasn't just me. Our party of eight racked up a bill a little over $800, and not a single one of us had anything great to say about our dishes. Lots of polite nodding, lots of "it's... fine," and zero "wow, you HAVE to try this." Amazing vibe, amazing staff... but the food? I went to H/K with my brother before a concert. The whole experience was out of control. Everything was on point. The appetizers, the cocktails (smoke on the boulevard) OMG the presentation was off the hook. Main course of filet mignon w/ potato purée amazing. I would say if everyone orders appetizers, drinks, an entree and desert, then I would plan to spend about $400. It was two of us and we ordered 2 appetizers, drinks, 2 entrees and 2 sides and we spent about $250.

You can always call the restaurant or go in. The hostess explained that OpenTable ran into reservation issues but they have plenty of open seating for walk-ins.
