I've been looking forward to this place. And it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic around the whole table. I highly recommend the Beef Wellington and the braised short ribs. The service was a little slow. But it's a very large restaurant, so I see why it was a bit slower for drink refills. Overall it's a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back.
First time dining at Hells Kitchen - Saturday 1/31/26 and boy was this place packed. Struggling economy? You couldn't tell by walking in and seeing all the tables full. And people waiting to be seated. Walking into Hell's Kitchen was impressive. Seeing a huge wall of wine bottles, sparkling everywhere and seeing a large open kitchen with chefs hustling getting dishes ready. Evan and Anthony were our waiters and did smash up job. Always kept checking in on us and making sure everything was good. Great customer service without a doubt but thats what one would expect at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. The runners and helpers were all really great as well. As for the food, we really tried multiple appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts. The pictures don't do the dishes justice...delicious! Definitely go to try Hell's Kitchen again and maybe the places in Vegas as well.

Welcoming hosts with high ceilings and cool decor. It's a little loud, but there is a lot going on. We ordered the famous beef Wellington, the filet, and the short ribs. The Wellington was good - but needed more sauce. It is served medium rare and comes with whipped potatoes. The short rib and filet were good - but nothing spectacular. The drinks were cool. One comes out of the smoker. The other one had a pitchfork toothpick. We were celebrating a birthday and they gave us a small sticky toffee pudding. We also ordered a big one to share. It was yummy! A little overpriced - but good.

We got the cauliflower side and tried the Mac and cheese as well. The cauliflower was so good! The Mac and cheese had good flavor but was a little dry. The end of our meal we got a little treat and had dessert. The sticky toffee was sooooo good. All around I recommend and will be back.
We had been dreaming of this dinner for so long since my son is a huge Hell's Kitchen fan, so this was a really meaningful, celebratory night for us. And the food? Almost entirely incredible. The menu is on the smaller side, but everything we ordered was delicious ,the bone marrow starter was a showstopper, the mac and cheese had my little one completely over the moon, and the Beef Wellington is everything it's cracked up to be and then some. I would genuinely go back just for that Wellington. The scallops were slightly overcooked, and the sticky toffee pudding wasn't our absolute favorite dessert ever, but with a prefix menu that good, I'm honestly not complaining. Where things got a little bumpy was with our server, Hector. He didn't check in on us much, and he seemed unfamiliar with the Hell's Kitchen dining credit that came with our room package which left us feeling a bit awkward and unsure. He also seemed stretched thin, often juggling another server's orders while taking ours, and we just didn't feel like we had his full attention on what was a really big night for our family. I hope the service experience improves, because the food truly deserves to shine without that cloud over it. We came, we celebrated, and that Beef Wellington? Absolutely unforgettable.
Brought my family to Hell Kitchen to celebrate my mother's birthday. For appetizer we ordered the smoked crispy pork belly, however, it was not crispy at all, the skin was actually sticky to the teeth and hard to chew. The beef Wellington was very good as usual and the rib eye was also well cooked. For dessert we ordered the toffee pudding and they put a candle on it to celebrate my mother's birthday. The service was mediocre at best. I had the wave our server down every time we needed something because he never came by. This is when I think 18-20% gratuity on a 300 dollar bill is over priced and not worth it.
We were lucky to arrive right after they opened because we spontaneously went to Harrahs and didn't make a reservation for Hell's Kitchen. But since it was just the 2 of us, we were able to get a table. So be safe, and make a reservation ahead of time. First of all, the service was incredible. Hosts, servers and others were great. The restaurant itself is very spacious and contemporary, but nothing outstanding or too fancy. We ordered the Beef Wellington since is the star of the show, and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender with a beautiful pink center, and the pastry was buttery flaky and soft. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were good sides to have, and the caesar salad was alright. Overall, I guess I was expected to be wowed or really impressed since the name of one of the best chefs of our time is in the name of the restaurant, but it was just... okay.
This HK location is absolutely stunning!!! As a fan of the show we were so excited to visit. I've been three times now and each time has met my expectations. Food- the lobster risotto 10/10, chicken dish 9/10 Drinks- all drinks I've tried are delicious Service- 10/10, so attentive and welcoming On one visit I took my daughter and they sat us close to the kitchen so she could have all the views of the chefs. I hear they now have happy hour during the week too! Still need to try this.

It really needs to be elevated more. Service was fine. But let's just focus on the fact that caesars is going down hill and finding every possible way to squeeze more out of the customer. Butter- extra charge I personally prefer not to eat here if I can avoid it. The beef Wellington is good. Meatballs good. Avoid the lobster risotto.
We had reservations for Hell's Kitchen on a Saturday for dinner. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect from this experience so I kept my expectations low. We were served by Saori, and it was exceptional. She was so kind, attentive, made recommendations on what was popular for us to order. The staff was great and filled our waters, cleared our dishes, and food was served and spaced out between dishes appropriately. We were seated in the front of the restaurant near the kitchen area where the food was prepared, so it was nice to see all that was going on. The restaurant is the biggest Hell's Kitchen in the US. We got one prix fixe order- $105 per person and chose the seared scallop, beef wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. The beef wellington and STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING are Gordon's signature items so we had to get these. We also got the GOLDEN BEET SALAD $24, the braised short rib $51, added garlic butter for the beef wellington $12, and COCONUT 3- WAYS $12. The seared scallops were delicious- 5 stars and made perfectly, and you could taste all the flavor in the bacon bits and pickled apple that came alongside them. They came with three medium-sized scallops which were a little thin. The GOLDEN BEET SALAD- 5 stars was very refreshing. It came with Greek yogurt, kumquats, pistachio granola, and balsamic vinaigrette. Although simple, this dish was very balanced with the crunch of the pistachio granola. The beef wellington was underwhelming and disappointing- 3 stars. It was supposed to be served medium rare, but I think they overcooked it so it was very dry. The puff pastry was soggy and separated from the meat as we were cutting into it. The mashed potatoes which accompanied the beef wellington were the best I've ever had. The braised short rib- 4 stars was topped with fried onion rings and melted in your mouth. It was tender and flavorful, and the entree was a good size compared to the others we got. However, I've had dishes which tasted just as good at a lower price point. We also got a Diving Bell- $20 yuzu cocktail which was small, about 4-5 Oz. It was good to try- 4 stars. The most memorable part of the night was the STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING- 5 stars with a mini scoop of ice cream on top. It was heavenly. Not to mention the COCONUT 3- WAYS- 5+ stars, which was not only beautiful but delicious, topped with a passion fruit caramel glaze and toasted coconut on the bottom. It was presented with dry ice by the staff. Thank you for making my boyfriend's birthday celebration so special. Overall, I think Hell's Kitchen is a bit overrated for the price and portion sizes, and there are so many other restaurants which can offer a high quality experience, but it is a good place to go at least once to try or for a special occasion. I would come back for the golden beet salad, sticky toffee pudding, and coconut 3-ways, and would like to try their other desserts. Happy eating!

Zachary was an amazing g waiter! He answered every question us three ladies asked with enthusiasm. Our dinner, Tomahawk steak and sides were exactly as ordered and yummy. The dessert and wine were amazing as well. When Zac asked if we were celebrating an event we enthusiastically answered YES, 42 years of Friendship! He then brought out a tasty treat along with our dessert. He even took a photo so we could add to our memory book. Thank you for an amazing night and great service. read more

The server Brandi was amazing!! Just as amazing as the last time we came almost 3 years ago. The food a little salty, but we were not!!! LOL. Brandi is such a sweetheart and made us feel very special on this anniversary celebration. We will definitely be coming back. read more

I came for dinner during a random Harrah's weekend visit. The restaurant was surprisingly empty. The dining area is very spacious and has a cozy/modern vibe. One of my friends really wanted to try the beef wellington, so we mostly came for him. I opted for the braised beef rib with a side of mac and cheese. The beef wellington was smaller than I expected, but it was perfectly cooked. My friend really enjoyed it, but I think he was still hungry after finishing that and his side of vegetables. My braised beef was good, but not wow. It was on the leaner side, so it was a bit dry, but still tender enough. The mac and cheese was really good, but it arrived room temperature... all 4 orders of it. In hindsight, we should've asked them to reheat them. Oh well. The service was good, and the food was fairly tasty, but I expected the temperature of the food to be right for a Ramsay restaurant. Overall, it was an okay experience. read more
The food was A1! The best steak, I've ever had. The Mac N Cheese was delicious. Being from the South I was a little skeptical but their Mac N Cheese melts in your mouth, so good. I liked the ambiance, however it was a little too dark for me. If going for a intimate date be mindful that it is noisy in there. read more

- Golden Beet Salad: 5* -- I dont like beats but this was surprisingly good. I want to explore more beat dishes now. - Seared scallops: 5* -- These were melt in your mouth delicious. - Yuzu cocktail: 4* -- Drinks are strong but very tasty! - beef wellington: 3.5* -- Unfortunately this is a bit dry. Get the garlic butter sauce, goes great on all the proteins. - shirt rib & Yukon potato cake: 4* -- The Yukon potato cake could be its own dish. The short rib was very tender. Thoroughly enjoyed this dish. - Coconut 3 ways: 4* - Sticky Toffee Pudding: 5* -- Oh. My. God. This is sweet, but it sent me to heaven and had me crashing back to earth for another bite. Had a great time exploring dishes at Hells Kitchen! All servers were very accommodating and friendly. Suggestions were great. I dont know when I'll be back, but this makes a great spot for special occasions. Stay hungry my friends. read more
We had another great date night at Hells Kitchen at Harrahs. Our service has always been great and this time was no exception. The food was delicious and the manager came over at the end and brought some complimentary dessert which was amazing. Made the evening even better. You won't be disappointed, Enjoy!!!! read more

I have always wanted to try Hell's Kitchen, having been a fan of the show when I was younger and always drooling over the thought of trying a beef wellington. Well I finally got that chance and made the most of it! I and a friend ordered numerous appetizers and entrees to get a full experience of the menu, and here is what I found. Service: friendly and attentive, though they do take their time to serve the table at points. Ambiance: very regal but being that it is in a casino, does come off as a bit tacky at times (not to mention all the Hell's Kitchen show references and the weird Gordon Ramsay hologram at the front). Appetizers: the Wagyu Meatballs were incredible and stole the show from the rest of the appetizers, with the Lobster Risotto being second for the great lobster atop a well cooked Risotto, and Tuna Tartare being third for the unimaginative plating and small portion size. Entrees: the Beef Wellington was amazing, and really the whole reason I had dined there in the first place. It did not disappoint, but I have been craving it since. The Filet Mignon was surprisingly not that great, and I ate my portion more to not waste it rather than enjoying it, but the crab/asparagus topper made up for what the steak itself lacked. Dessert: very simply, Sticky Toffee pudding changed my life forever; I will never look at other desserts the same again. read more
Great service, great food and nice ambiance. We ordered lobster risotto and scallop appetizers they were cooked perfectly and delicious. We both had Beef Wellington as our entrees I added a lobster tail to mine. Our entrees were equally delicious. For dessert we had sticky toffee pudding which was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better night, so glad we were able to have dinner here. read more

Dinner at Hell's Kitchen in Funner, CA felt like Gordon Ramsay himself decided five fabulous women deserved the VIP treatment--and we were not about to argue. Anthony and Evan delivered top-tier service--attentive, detailed, and genuinely warm. Anthony gave thoughtful recommendations that did not miss, and Evan kept us laughing all night while patiently taking our table photos (and even our kitchen shots with the chef!). Chef Elicia was also so gracious, taking time to pose with us, which made the night extra special. They even brought out strawberries and raspberries upon request--such a thoughtful touch. The pre fixe menu (beet salad, beef Wellington, scallops, sticky toffee pudding) was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Adding oysters and lobster mac & cheese and crispy skin salmon? The right decision. Always the right decision. Highs: outstanding service, amazing food, great ambience. Low: not enough room to try more dishes (our only real complaint). Yes, it's pricey--but for celebrations, completely worth it. Would we go back? In a heartbeat... just with bigger appetites next time. read more

I'm a huge Gordon Ramsay fan, so even though I'm not a gambler, I booked a room at Harrah's and made rezzie on Christmas Eve specifically to experience Hell's Kitchen. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the appetizer was excellent. Everything was great--until the steak arrived. My boyfriend ordered his steak medium rare, but it was clearly cooked medium, bordering on medium well. We know what medium rare tastes and looks like, and after taking a bite, we politely mentioned it to the server. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the issue, she insisted it was medium rare and suggested we cut into the center to check. We did--and it was still medium. Steak doesn't magically change doneness just because you slice it. Honestly, if Gordon Ramsay were there, I'm pretty sure he'd say: "This steak is so overcooked, it's no longer well done--it's congratulations!" Had the server simply owned the mistake instead of telling us we didn't know what medium rare looks like, I would've still given this place four stars. Mistakes happen--just don't lie to your customers' faces. read more

As a huge fan of the show, I was so excited to finally try Hell's Kitchen and it did not disappoint. I was a little nervous about bringing my infant at first, but the hostess and waitresses were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable right away. We went for a friend's birthday and ordered the filet, crispy skin salmon, and short rib. Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The drinks were strong and well balanced which made them great for celebrating. For dessert, we had to get the sticky toffee pudding and it was absolutely amazing. The food, service, and atmosphere all came together to make the night feel special. Hell's Kitchen lived up to the hype and I cannot wait to come back! Hopefully next month! read more

This was my second time here. This is a great place to celebrate a special event. My review this time will be short, and a little contradictory. Overall, the food tasted great. One of my favorites it the Bone Marrow. I highly recommend it. Your best bang for the buck. Is the Beef Wellington price fixe menu. $105 per person. Though it is a great place to have an anniversary dinner. It is a very loud restaurant. The designs scream Gordon Ramsay. You don't hear any yell, like in the show. Now another great dish is the Sticky Toffee Pudding. But if you have sugar issues, be carful. As this dish is beyond sweet. Something, I loved more than the toffee, was the coconut sorbet. The service is very quick. Now it seemed this time. Things are a little more pricey, salty, and veggies not cooked all the way. I will come back again for a 3 review. read more

The tomahawk steak was the bomb!!!! So tender and juicy! The rest of the food, chicken and salmon were just okay. Of course it's to be expected that the food prices will be premium but the asparagus and Mac and cheese were so plain! the serving size is too small, if I'm not mistaken we paid $15.95 for 6 asparagus spears. We were a walk-in, it was a slow friday night. The staff was busy with a 40-top reservation so the service was unfortunately slow. However the service from the whole wait staff was amazing. I will say, we usually avoid the beef wellington (from previous visits were not up to standards), however this time we wanted to give them a chance. For once it was finally made properly. The usual seafood tower was made well. My son enjoyed his usual meatballs with a side of bread. Although everything was slow to come out, the food was fresh and hot. Still the same dark ambiance but, this time we were placed next to a brighter light so I could read the menu better. Shout out to Saori, George, and Tim for making us feel welcomed! read more

For a well known establishment, especially one of the infamous Gordon Ramsay's, I cannot believe they had the audacity to serve SPOILED SCALLOPS! At first I thought my taste buds were off, but no! Others in my party tasted and smelled the same chemically ammonia taste/smell I did! And then to top it all off, it was $32 for 3 little ass scallops! Always wanted to try this place after seeing videos of people eating here. Just know it is very expensive and you are definitely paying for a "name". The place had a good vibe and was well designed but the food is definitely not worth the price. It was over $1,000 for just 6 people. The service is excellent and the menu had nice options but the food was not as good as to be expected for a restaurant of this caliber. And the portions are much smaller than what I saw in video's. I also don't think they use real lobster on their dishes. I think it's langoustine, a large shrimp, or a very small baby lobster. Definitely not worth the $35 add on. This might just be the location and would consider trying the Vegas location. read more

I was excited to visit Hell's Kitchen restaurant. Upon entering, I noticed the unique ambiance. We were greeted by our waiter after being seated. She took half an hour to return to our table to get our order and was inattentive afterwards. It was difficult to get her attention to order dessert and get our water refilled. I ordered the crispy skin salmon for the main dish, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The salmon was okay, but I really enjoyed the dessert. I would recommend this restaurant if you want to experience a unique ambiance. I will however not return as I was not impressed by the service or the main dish. read more
3.5 stars... I'll round up! I've been wanting to try Hell's Kitchen for years. I'm a big Gordan Ramsey fan and watch all his TV shows. I finally got a chance to go and try them thanks to a neighbor friend. it's located inside Harrah's casino If om not mistaken, I believe its where the buffet used to be. As far as the restaurant inside, its stunning. We arrived as soon as they open at 5 and was seated right away. Our server, who I think was named Brandon. No maybe James? I can't remember but he provided excellent customer service. There was another person coming around making sure we were never out of water. We started with a Caesar salad for the table (5 people). Don't let that term fool ya- It's a single serving honestly, but we all managed to try a bite. I thought it was good, needed a pinch of salt though. They are also heavy on the Caesar dressing because it was "wet" if that makes sense. I couldn't see myself coming here without trying the Beef Wellington. I was hesitant based on the price alone $72, but I ordered it. Everyone else at the table ordered filet mignon $64. I already knew what the plate would look like because I like to look at reviews and pictures before I arrive, then form my own opinion. I will say this, If you're starving, I would skip Hell's Kitchen. The portions are little to none and the prices are crazy high. You are truly paying for the experience of saying you went to Hell's Kitchen. The Beef Wellington was extremely small in my opinion. Maybe a 6-8 oz. It comes with a smear, and I mean a smear of potato puree (which is really the star of the plate) and glazed root vegetables two little pieces of sliced carrot and two pieces or celery root (?). If you watch the show you know the only way to serve the BW is medium rare, which is how I like my steak My Beef Wellington arrived a perfect medium rare. Taste was underwhelming. It was tender and very easy to cut through, but no seasoning whatsoever. The filo dough was also a little soggy. Am I glad I tried it, absolutely, would I order it again, absolutely not. If I could order $74 worth of that potato puree, I would. It was so good, smooth like butter I wanted to lick my plate haha. As a table we also ordered a few sides, mac and cheese, cauliflower, and asparagus. All sides are $15, and again, extremely small portion, not enough to share. I only tasted the asparagus, which was ok, nothing special. For dessert, I tried the infamous sticky toffee pudding (just a bite because it was birthday portion) and also tried a bite of the Chocolate sin cake. I am a sweets kinda gal so both desserts pleased my palate. So that was it, that was my Hells Kitchen experience. Would I come back again, possible for the scallops or Lobster risotto. read more

What would a typical check look like for 4 people?
I would say if everyone orders appetizers, drinks, an entree and desert, then I would plan to spend about $400. It was two of us and we ordered 2 appetizers, drinks, 2 entrees and 2 sides and we spent about $250.
Last time I ate there it was very noisy. Is there a quieter area we can request?

I think they only allow limited splits. we all paid in cash or venmoed each other. I also recommend getting food comps from the casino before you dine, they will accept those at the restaurant. Everyone gets $20 I believe.

What is the best way to make reservations for 8 in December? The day is available but not the hour, you mean to tell me that a restaurant that seats 400 people is booked?
You can always call the restaurant or go in. The hostess explained that OpenTable ran into reservation issues but they have plenty of open seating for walk-ins.
