I made an appointment with them two weeks before the move. A little worried about they won't show up. Texted them to reconfirm and they replied right away. They showed up one hour early on the moving day. Took 3.5 hours to move a two bedroom home. They wrapped every furniture and help me disassembled and reassembled two beds. I did packed other things myself though. They are fast, honest and hard working. I speak a little bit mandarin, so communication with them had no problem with me. The price is good. They did told me it was included the tips. Overall I will recommend them to help moving. read more

The owner helped us move in and now he has his own business and we texted him for move out again. Communication was very efficient. Movers are very careful with our furnitures and are very efficient with loading/unloading. We moved out from a 2nd floor unit without elevator. It was a lot of work. Really appreciate their help. read more

I recently moved from the Bay Area to LA and this team of two is very efficient and EXTREMELY fast. They made moving super easy. They were also one of the least expensive movers out there as well. 5 star service! I was very impressed. They accommodated multiple pick up locations and arrived on time at both loading sites. We moved from Fremont (2 pick up stops) to Marina District in San Francisco and the entire process for a 2 bedroom home took only 4.5 hours. They were honest and made sure to show the start and end time of service and were very efficient throughout the whole process. If you are looking to move within the Bay Area for a very reasonable price without skimping on quality of service, they are the way to go. read more

Hello Movers service was prompt and professional. I reached out with only a days notice of my move and they were available to accommodate. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. The apartment we were moving out of has very narrow hallways and a long staircase but they took care to protect our furniture as well as the apartment walls to avoid damage, and expertly moved large pieces of furniture we were not sure we would be able to fit out. Other moving companies had estimated a 4 to 5 hour job, but hello movers got it done in 2 hours total from loading to unpacking at the new apartment. I would not hesitate to use hello movers again for my future moving needs. read more

These guys were amazing. On time, super fast and efficient, nothing broken. Saran-wrapped loose stuff. Much less expensive than the other places we looked at - roughly half price! Spoke almost no English, but luckily we had someone with us who could translate simple phrases. read more

they scratched our apartment ceiling when moving our belongings out. when we told them about the scratch, they got really mad and became extremely aggressive in their attitude towards us. they get the job done but don't expect much in quality of the moving. i would hire them if i were to move short distance and if i didn't care much about my belongings edit: in response to the business below, they scratched our apartment ceiling by moving our COUCH out. The couch was moved by being perpendicular to the ceiling and was wheeled out of the apartment. Therefore the couch leg had scratched the ceiling. how can i make that up? also you can find my customer info under my boyfriends name. When we spoke to your movers about the scratch and we even tried giving them their tip for moving, they aggressively declined the tip because "the manager will just deduct that tip amount from our salary if you were to file the scratch to insurance with the boss". you can ask your workers about that. read more

Booked and clarified several times that my storage unit requires a bluetooth lock and I will not be present. Zelle payment was agreed to. On moving day they decided that they would no longer move my belongings without me present. I wish I had known in advance... the owner or whomever manages the yelp messaging said it was okay if we weren't there. Here i thought my husband and I were going to have one less stress after flying home from his surgery. We are now without a bed and searching for last minute movers tomorrow. Not even an apology was offered read more
