We are impressed with Hello Mover's help. We got a trampoline from a close friend but the size of trampoline is too big. Even just a few blocks away from our house, Hello Movers helped us moving the trampoline and installed it immediately. And they are very patient and professional. We definitely will need them again to help if we need to move. read more

Hello Movers - Movers Near Me - Fremont, California

Lou and Jieke from Hello Movers provided very good service, were on time and very professional.

helped me move in January of this year honestly they're not good. First of all I have a motorized wheehair but they have no idea how to move that so my friend had to step in and help me move my chair and then one of the guys broke my water filter lid but refused to pay for the damage I won't ever use their service again read more

Local moving for a 1 bedroom. Everything went smooth and took 3.5 hours. Price was reasonable $120 an hour including tip for two people. I would use this company again. read more

Great service! Very fast and efficient, great with communication and listening to all moving and packing requirements. One of the best moving services hired. However, at the end, the movers were requesting a very high tip very adamantly and even threatened to take all the stuff back to the original location if the requested $$ in tip was not provided. I was almost considering calling the cops if they decided to force. Outside of the unpleasant conversation at the end, their service efficiency is good. read more

Efficient, reliable and trustworthy. The movers arrived on time and quickly got to work and moved my 2 Bedroom house into a storage in just 3.5 hours which included 50 mins of commute time. I am going to definitely call them back again for my next move. read more

Moving made convenient, efficient and very effective!! Thank you Hello Movers for helping me move from Mountain View to San Francisco

They helped my family move from the SF Bay area once to Seattle and once to NYC, and the whole moving experience was simply smooth and pleasant. They are very experienced in making sure everything is not broken along the way, and they packed and wrapped all the big furnitures and fragile stuffs for us. The move was very speedy and took them only a weekend to get from the west coast to the east coast. Unpacking process was also quick and proficient. The fee they charged was very reasonable and totally worth every penny. Highly recommend their professional moving service! read more

Amazing service ! They were very quick and were able to disassemble, package , and load my furniture in a timely manner. Very nice people and easy to communicate and reach. Recommend choosing their services. I contacted multiple companies and got very high offers for a less than 2 hour service. The price was very great value for the service read more

I wouldn't be careful about the this company, they are very irresponsible and rude. I registered an account to just write the review. The movers didn't show up and after calling them we were told they won't come until 4 hours after appointment. We have communicated clearly about the appointment in advance (both through call and text). When contacting "help movers" about this, the lady (it seems to be the owner) was quite aggressive and manipulative. She thinks movers who will show up 4 hours after appointment is fine since they are so busy. No apology was offered. She also talked down and tried to teach me that in the US people need to book way earlier in advance while she is the one happily confirmed the reservation earlier. So we cancelled the reservation. Reply to the manager's comment: you mentioned you "contacted the staff of the day to investigate and found no service for you". Which month and day are you talking about? I never mentioned which day, so how do you verify that I didn't contact your company? read more

Great service provided by Mr. Lou and Mr. Zhi! They were very efficient and professional. They helped me move from a master bedroom to an apartment in 1.5hrs and helped assemble the furnitures. No hidden fees. Good communication. Would recommend their service! read more

Okay service. Got the move done. Hourly rate is Cheaper than some other ones in area. Cons: Don't speak English so they use Google translate which can also lead to miscommunication which may have cost us an extra hour. Tips aren't "recommended," they are mandatory and charged on final bill. Time is rounded up, so even if they are there 30 mins you pay and tip to the hour. read more

They provide great services. Movers were skilled and understood what we need. They arrived on time and executed very efficiently and reliably. My fragile items were not impacted at all thanks to their handling. I highly recommend them for moving service. read more

I used Hello Movers to move this time and they are super efficient, fast and didn't waste any of my time.

I had originally hired another moving company who just became a nightmare to deal with and wanted to charge 3x the amount they had originally quoted me even though I had given them an itemized list of what needed to be moved and I had already paid a deposit. It was a long distance move and I was nearly to my last 48 hours for me to move. I reached out to hello movers from my search they accepted the move right away that I was skeptical myself. I kept confirming via text about the price about all my items. They were there less than24 hours later on time, the 2 gentlemen moved my entire apartment from the Bay Area to LA. Unloaded everything, nothing was damaged, helped set items up to where I wanted them placed. And then they still drove back the 6 hours. I will always use and recommend them from now on. Amazing service read more

I used this moving company for the first time. It was recommended by a friend. They are very punctual. Basically all furniture will be packed with plastic wrap and protective film. I highly recommend this moving company, and the charges are very reasonable. read more

Joshua and one more person were there for the shifting process. They both were quick and did it in a neat and organized way. Joshua is highly energetic and polite. All our items reached safe and secure. They got to know what our expectations were and followed it and made shifting process very peaceful. Would highly recommend the Movers. read more

Reasonably priced. On moving day, they were so fast!! I was only going from San Jose to Fremont, but everything arrived in one piece. Will definitely recommend them to friends. read more

After reviewing our options, we decided to go with Hello Movers. It was a decision for which our family is sooo thankful! Two workers arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled time of 8AM, 5/15/24, and we were amazed by their work ethic. They worked hard and efficiently. We made use of Google Translator to communicate from English to Chinese and vice versa. It was a fun exchange and we enjoyed lunch together with In-N-Out burgers :). For the good attitude, respectfulness, and diligence exhibited by the movers, we are very grateful. We will not hesitate to hire the same workers again. A big "Thank You" to your team, Hello Movers. We appreciate your making our move affordable and memorable! God bless. read more

Hello Movers helped me with moving a small apartment in San Francisco within the city in just a few hours. They were very professional, hard working, knew what they were doing, and handled all of my belongings with care (including getting large objects like an 80'' TV, sofa, and other bedroom furniture up narrow stairs). They even disassembled anything that needed to come apart like my bed frame and put it back together in the new place. I would highly recommend. read more

Needed a move the same day for a friend and Owen at Hello Movers amazingly put it together. The movers did a perfect job. They were on time and within hours had my friend moved and done. I found Hello Movers on yelp and decided to go with them because of their pricing. I'm glad I did because everything went as smoothly as possible. The scheduling lady, Joy was very courteous and helpful. The movers showed up on time and made sure to handle all my belongings with care. Glad I hired professionals this time instead of moving my own stuff because I always end up damaging something read more

Reserved the moving service of 3 people and our move is straightforward: from 1 building to its neighbor building. Pro: * pricing is competitive * arrive on time * the owner is really responsive and skilled Cons: * in our service, the other two movers than the owner seems novices and slack. * I do not recommend 3 movers. 2 should be a good value read more

They came on time, were quick to pack and unpack while taking precautions. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and efficient. Thanks for making our moving experience smooth. The communication is also effective and they charge very reasonable. read more

All I want to say is : They are the Best out there, period!!! The reasons are the followings: 1. They immediately responded my request 2. They followed up with me all the way through via text messages in terms of pricing, timing and warranty 3. They arrived on time 4. Both workers Mr. Lou and Mr. Zip never waste any minutes during the whole process and the job was done not only professionally but flawlessly 5. Their pricing is the most reasonable on the market too since we did shop around before choosing them With above being said, I don't think you could find anyone who is better than Hello Movers period. Thanks Chen Chen, Mr. Zou and Mr. Lou for the excellent job done!!! Wendy read more

They did great job and they were punctual in time . Neat and clean work. I would recommend them for moving help.

I'm leaving this review due to the great customer service, and quality they gave me to one city to the next city. The 2 guys that came in they was on time ready to go. The wrap everything up with blanket and plastic, broke the bed down and put up at my new place took all the boxes no scratch or broken furniture. Thank you again Hello Mover. read more

Although there is some mis-arrangement which caused our move time to get postponed repeatedly from scheduled 10am up until late afternoon 5pm, the workers are of good service. Easy to communicate, fast to move things around. Happy with their service in general. There seem to be some mistake on their shifts which caused our scheduled move time to be postponed several times and we pretty much waited a whole day for them to show up, so they definitely need to work on their admin/planning stuff. But the workers are great. Cheaper than brother movers. read more

Thank you so much for helping us move from our 2nd level apartment to our house this morning! Took them 4 hours to do a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom packing/loading/unloading and even insisted to help take apart/put together our crib that didn't fit the new hallways within 5 minutes! Was super careful with my Peloton Bike+ too which is a SUPER PLUS!! Fast and very nice guys! read more

I requested the service from Hello Movers last week to move from Northern California to Southern California. The workers arrived early in the morning, helped package the luggage and moved everything gently to the truck. After driving for a few hours, they arrived at my new apartment on time and moved everything to the right place as I told them. Thanks to their hard work, everything went smoothly on my moving day. The workers were very nice. It was a pleasure talking to them! The price is fair, and the service is definitely worth it. I would request their service again in my next moving! read more

Great company! Was questioning about most moving company so i had to make sure i picked the right one the first time. I was extremely satisfied with Hello Movers. Long story short, my wife's water broke and we had to go in at 8AM. The movers were scheduled that same day at noon. They completely understood and it put my mind at ease. 3 days later, i rescheduled and they came by and did a perfect job. Great movers who didnt complain one bit. Highly recommend them to everybody and the price is of great value for quality work. Thank you Hello Movers. read more

Highly recommend these movers. There's a reason why they have 5 stars. Scheduling was extremely easy. They showed up on time (they actually came earlier but did not start charging until our agreed upon time). They were careful with our furniture and not a single thing was scratched or broken. They took off their shoes when moving the furniture into the bedrooms. Also very reasonably priced with no hidden fees -- this was the first time I've not gotten a bunch of random miscellaneous fees charged at the end by a moving company. read more

They are very professional and efficient. They arrived earlier, packed furniture, and moved everything. They used mats in our new place to keep clean. Both Lou did a great job. The price is transparent and exactly what was quoted, and the tip is included. read more

This review is quite overdue. We hired them to do a local move in the Bay Area in early February. Due to issues with our new place we pushed back our move at the last minute two times. Both times they were very accommodating and worked to fit us in. The two movers were efficient, wrapped our stuff carefully, and finished right on their estimated time so there were no cost surprises. They charge by the hour and the rates were quite reasonable and much, much cheaper compared to another company that we got a quote from. read more
