The workers arrived early in the morning, helped package the luggage and moved everything gently to the truck. After driving for a few hours, they arrived at my new apartment on time and moved everything to the right place as I told them. Thanks to their hard work, everything went smoothly on my moving day. They showed up on time (they actually came earlier but did not start charging until our agreed upon time). They were careful with our furniture and not a single thing was scratched or broken. They took off their shoes when moving the furniture into the bedrooms. This review is quite overdue. We hired them to do a local move in the Bay Area in early February. Due to issues with our new place we pushed back our move at the last minute two times. Both times they were very accommodating and worked to fit us in. The two movers were efficient, wrapped our stuff carefully, and finished right on their estimated time so there were no cost surprises. I made an appointment with them two weeks before the move. A little worried about they won't show up. Texted them to reconfirm and they replied right away. They showed up one hour early on the moving day. Took 3.5 hours to move a two bedroom home. They wrapped every furniture and help me disassembled and reassembled two beds. I did packed other things myself though. They are fast, honest and hard working. I speak a little bit mandarin, so communication with them had no problem with me. The price is good. The mover young men arrived earlier than scheduled. They were efficient and respectful. I only used them to move a bed mattress and slat box spring. Nothing was damaged. The move happened quickly. They even helped to take down a bedroom door and put it back on its hinges. They also took a bed sheet that had some debris on it and quickly took it outside to clean it off. Hello Movers service was prompt and professional. I reached out with only a days notice of my move and they were available to accommodate. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. The apartment we were moving out of has very narrow hallways and a long staircase but they took care to protect our furniture as well as the apartment walls to avoid damage, and expertly moved large pieces of furniture we were not sure we would be able to fit out. Other moving companies had estimated a 4 to 5 hour job, but hello movers got it done in 2 hours total from loading to unpacking at the new apartment. they scratched our apartment ceiling when moving our belongings out. when we told them about the scratch, they got really mad and became extremely aggressive in their attitude towards us. they get the job done but don't expect much in quality of the moving. i would hire them if i were to move short distance and if i didn't care much about my belongings edit: in response to the business below, they scratched our apartment ceiling by moving our COUCH out. The couch was moved by being perpendicular to the ceiling and was wheeled out of the apartment. Therefore the couch leg had scratched the ceiling. how can i make that up? also you can find my customer info under my boyfriends name. When we spoke to your movers about the scratch and we even tried giving them their tip for moving, they aggressively declined the tip because "the manager will just deduct that tip amount from our salary if you were to file the scratch to insurance with the boss". you can ask your workers about that. read more
