Isa, Emir, and Lou were exceptional. They were punctual and got to work the moment they came in. They were also really quick and wasted no time in between. We were so glad to see them being so efficient and the fact that they were so hard-working. Kudos to them and will definitely refer to Hello Movers again! The price was also decent. read more

Chen and his crew didn't speak in English but I kinda expected that with the reviews but they still deserve 5 stars. They did so well in such a short period of time. They packed my things properly and they were on time. I'd highly recommend them and I'd get them again next time if I need their services. read more

Hello Movers - Movers Near Me - Fremont, California

4.5 out of 5! They were punctual and did a great job. Our 3 bedroom move took 7 hours. Language barrier, but you can use google translate to communicate. They had many moving blankets and made sure to wrap everything so nothing was scratched or damaged. The only thing negative thing was we had one broken pitcher after the move. So just make sure they put all fragile things on top so those boxes don't get crushed. Would hire again. Good value for the hourly rate. Open about pricing. They write down the start and end times on a receipt. Fee breakdown here: Hourly fee, one lump truck fee, and mandatory tip already included (though we tipped even more as they did a great job). read more

Quick, strong, careful. Everything arrived intact. We communicated via Google translate on our phones.

After looking at several moving companies around the bay area, I am so grateful that we found Hello Movers. The owners were quick to respond with an affordable quote and the movers were extremely punctual. We moved from a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment (approx. 1000 sq. ft.) to a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator access. On the day of the move, Hello Movers showed up on time and immediately got to work. Hello Movers were professional, quick, efficient, and they actually care about your furniture and boxes. The two gentlemen that helped us move worked so hard and had to climb 4 flights of stairs to our new home in the 90 degree heat wave. During the entire 4 hour move, these guys did not stop to drink water, chat, or take a break. Hello Movers brought packing tape, moving blankets, plastic wraps, and hardware tools. Hello Movers helped us disassembled our queen size bed and dressers and assembled them upon moving into our new home. These guys are truly miracle workers. I look forward to using Hello Movers again for our next move. thank you for your hard work!!! read more

I used Hello Movers to help relocate my sister from Redwood City to a new home in Pleasanton. They were great. The scheduling was easy and they were willing to take the job on short notice. They worked efficiently and treated her possessions with respect. We were very impressed with the treatment of her more fragile items and furniture. No damage on anything! (Not always the case) I will definitely recommend them to my other family members. They are my new go-to movers for the Bay Area. read more

Movers are very professional. I requested early pickup and delivery they made it and were very careful and protected my piano.

Very professional, fast, and careful movers! Great price as well. Would definitely hire again in the future.

Amazing service from Hello Movers. Did a wonderful job, handled all my items with care, and disassembled my furnitures for me. Friendly and attentive staff. Big shout out to Owen and Jiang for their help and hard work today. 10 out of 10 highly recommend :) read more

They were prompt, careful and efficient. Came with a big moving truck and two guys. Highly recommend.

I would like to give Hello Movers five stars. Thanks to the masters of the moving company, and thanks to the boss for his personal service. It has been raining for the past few days, and the masters of the moving company braved the rain to help me move. But at that time, the king size bed in the master bedroom, I forgot where to put the disassembled screws. After moving, the workers could not assemble them. The next day, I found the screws and quickly called the owner of Hello Movers, who came to my house in the rain after work at night to help me assemble the bed. The boss has a very good working attitude and is in a hurry. I am very happy with this move. Thanks Hello Movers. read more

Thanks to the masters of Hello Movers moving company. I bought a six-seater sectional sofa in Dublin and commissioned Hello Movers to have it delivered to my home. When they delivered the sofa home, it was raining, and the masters of the moving company did not rush to deliver the sofa and left. They not only helped me move the sofa home, but also helped me remove the outer packaging and put it in a suitable position. After putting it away, because the children wanted to change the combined position, the masters of the moving company worked tirelessly to move the sofa until the children were satisfied. This is a pleasant delivery experience, and the masters of the moving company shared a happy mood with us. Thanks to Hello Movers moving company. read more

Reasonably priced, fast, and efficient. I had a basic move without any electronics. They shrink wrapped everything and were careful with all items. I was concerned about communication based on the other reviews but didn't have any issues. I would definitely use them again. read more

I could not be happier with Hello Movers and would recommend them for anyone seeking a short- or- long-distance move. In fact, the two movers left my new place only a few hours ago after driving through the night from CA to WA, and I was impressed by their service so much that I am writing this review instead of unpacking. :) What particularly impressed me about Hello Movers was the intuitive way in which they worked together (and with me), instinctively knowing how to help me with my packing/unpacking process in a low-stress environment. I am typically someone who is active during moves but tries to stay out of the way of the professionals, and they effortlessly worked with me to make this move as successful as possible - and even in the rain to boot! They were professional, polite, very easy to communicate with (thanks, Google Translate, for the help!), and I would recommend them highly. **ALSO** I just wanted to say how grateful I am that they didn't add any extra hidden fees on at the end of the move, particularly given how costly gasoline currently is even after I originally got their fee quote. You don't often find ethical people doing fair business like this, and I am so grateful to them for their services and professionalism. read more

These two fellows were amazing. On-time, extremely efficient, nice, and very careful. I have a woodworker's hutch that is a beast, and they moved it two steps down and then into a tight space. Awe-inspiring to watch! Very fair price. Highly recommend! read more

We had a horrible experience with our last mover so we are very skeptical about movers. I asked the owner (Owen) lots of questions and also through WeChat to talk to his wife to make sure 1) the truck will be big enough to load a 4 bedrooms home. 2) timing is reserved as we have a very limited time to move. Both of them are super nice and have been spending time to make sure I'm understand the entire process. They arrived at 7:30am sharp on the day of and since we had an emergency, we were not able to finish packing before they arrive. They are super accommodating and efficient. They carefully wrap everything and transport all my stuff from 3rd floor to the 1st. Nothing is damaged and our new LVP floor has been protected with cloth. After 5 hours of continuous loading, they headed to our new home right away. You would think driving a truck would be slower but they indeed arrive at our new home before us! Owen and the other mover aware it's our brand new home so they wore shoe cover whenever they need to step on our carpet area. They also asked where each item should be placed and provided recommendation when we do not know where to put something. The last but not least, they also help us re-installed the bedframe that they took off which saved me so much time. Strongly recommend them to anyone who would want to hire an efficient and super careful and neat movers. read more

TLDR: Great company for straight forward moves (eg. everything is packed, no stairs, not a lot of stuff etc...), but would recommend choosing a more expensive company with the right equipment and number of personnel to execute the move quickly. We spent 18 hours (9am-3am) moving two neighboring 1-2 BD apartments into a new house because they only sent two people, not enough boxes, and didn't have the best equipment to go up flights of stairs. We communicated to the company all parameters of our move and how much stuff we had beforehand. They affirmed they would be able to accommodate everything. All in all - even though they have a cheaper per hour rate, we spent the same amount of money since our move was so long vs. paying a higher per hour rate, but a more expensive company could probably have gotten done in 5-6 hours vs. 18 hours. Our move: Moved two neighboring apartments (1 BD, 2BD) to a house a 15 min. drive away. The two apartments each had one flight of stairs. The house we were moving into had 2-3 flights of stairs. We requested packing and junk removal (1 office desk) services. We did not pack anything except for our glass kitchen items, which the company does not pack. We were told they would provide all boxes for our move. Pros: - Good per hour rate ($120/hr) - Arrived on time with a good sized truck - TV and furniture were generally packed with care with minimal damage to them - Respected keeping the house we were moving into clean (we had just got it deep cleaned) and wore shoe covers we provided - Repaired most things they had damaged during the move. (eg. chipping our crown molding in several areas, but painted over it with a similar color). We expected non-zero damage given the size of SF front doors. Cons: - They sent only 2 people to move all of our stuff. Keep that in mind for the $120/hr rate. We've learned from this experience to ask how many people per hour a company is sending when shopping for rates. - They don't speak English well so best to use Google translate over text to coordinate leading up to the move, and speak Mandarin to the movers during the move itself. - They required supervision. Since they only sent two people, we had to work alongside them making and packing boxes for 18 hours. - They ran out of boxes halfway through the move and asked us to buy 25 more boxes nearby ($15/box at the local UPS store) even though they had promised they would provide all boxes. As a result, we had to run around SF begging Peets and local bookstores for boxes, then assembling them ourselves to pass to the movers. - They destroyed a lamp and a plant with an expensive ceramic pot. They did not offer to pay for either. - They didn't have the right equipment or enough personnel to efficiently move stuff across stairs. - They requested we push the move to the afternoon the day before so they could squeeze another customer in the morning, but thank goodness we stood firm on keeping our time given how long our moved turned out to be. read more

They are quite fast. They arrive on time and they are very transparent. Movers use an app on their phone for back and forth language translation. We did not feel any issues with that as they understood our need and there was no confusion. Their pricing is quite competitive. read more

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They broke my stove handles, glass table chipped, lost my light bulbs, did not secure contents in nightstand and when I unwrapped it, it was impossible to open. Since the nightstand got jammed items got damaged. The owners are not taking responsibility for the damages and refused to provide me their insurance information. The movers were slow and disorganized. I even have a video where they stated they are just taking their time. You pay by the hour and that seemed intentional. Do not use this company!!!!!! read more

Owen and Team helped me move from CA to TX in a matter of days! We packed our own boxes. They wrapped other large items such as bookshelves, chairs, sofas. And they packed them nicely! We expected some damage to furniture as with a move like this but surprisingly, it arrived in great shape. What was impressive was how quickly they arrived. They picked up our stuff on Sunday morning and by Monday night they were in TX to unload. We did run into a bit of an issue with our baby grand piano. It was slightly damaged but fortunately didn't affect the soundboard. They were very accommodating for it and offered money as it was on them. Very fast and efficient moving team. Regardless of the piano, I highly recommend. read more

Hired Jiazhifu to move from my one bedroom to another unit in the same building. Movers came on time and had everything they needed to help with the move. With only two movers they were super efficient and moved very quickly! They also moved with care and made sure nothing was bumped into and were overall super careful with everything they had. We had a fantastic experience and will absolutely hire them again for any future moves. We were so relieved that we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Their rates are also very competitive for the Bay Area. Definitely the best option we saw of the many vendors we reached out to. Thank you Jiazhifu for a fantastic moving experience! read more

Moved us out of state. They made it to our new place faster than us! Highly recommend if you need to move.

Overall, these guys provided a fantastic service at a great price, and were very expedient and efficient. We were moving from Nor Cal down to So Cal. The movers at JiaZhiFu completed the entire move within a single day. Arrived at my apartment @7 AM, packed up everything and had it delivered at our new place in So Cal by 5 PM. 10 hours total for Loading, Transporting, and Un-Loading. This includes battling LA Traffic, which can easily increase time by an extra hour. All of our items were accounted for. Our furniture was wrapped in blankets and secured against the wall of the truck. Additional boxes were provided to help us move quickly pack small bags, odd-shaped bags, and other difficult to pack items. read more
