The moving helpers Mr. Jia and Mr. Chen from Hello Mover were lifesavers for our family of four (plus three pets)! We decided to move to a new residence two hours away and only had two weeks to get everything ready. I hired professional help this t time, and I'm so glad I did. We had an overwhelming number of miscellaneous items, and I was on the verge of a meltdown the night before moving, trying to tackle the endless packing. Jia and Chen worked swiftly and efficiently, helping us pack and move everything. In the end, we filled two 27-ft trucks and spent two full days moving, totaling 23 hours, including driving from the Bay Area to Sacramento. Even though the first day ran three hours longer than planned, Hello Mover accommodated us without hesitation. They also managed to fit us into their schedule for the continuous moving the next day despite us not having a reservation in advance. Their pricing was fair and straightforward, with no surprises. Their attention to detail was incredible--they didn't miss a single item. The unloading process was equally impressive. They handled all the heavy furniture and set everything up in no time. I could never have done this without their help. The amount of work they handled far exceeded my expectations. If you're moving and need professional, reliable, and detail-oriented movers, I highly recommend Jia and Chen from Hello Mover. They truly made our move stress-free and seamless! read more

I moved from the Bay Area to SoCal. It's been so stressful planning my move and looking for movers, and I couldn't have made a better decision contracting Hello Movers. They are so punctual! They were at my home 7am sharp. The four gentlemen who moved all my stuff were very professional, fast, careful, and polite. They took good care of everything I moved including my furniture, containers and home. It honestly felt like they were moving in their home with the way they did everything with such care and professionalism. Once we arrived my new construction home. They laid out matts in my home to protect my new vinyl floor. One of my sofas did not fit through the door and they figured out a way to fit without leaving a single scratch or dent on my home. I am truly amazed with how fast they did it. My unit and room was empty in about 1 hour and thirty minutes, and everything was moved in my home in about the same time. I've been bragging it to my family about my moving experience, and they are all so amazed! Also the price is so reasonable! I can honestly keep on going with how happy I am. I would recommend Hello movers for anyone who wants a smooth and pleasant move. The movers and the customer service were the best. For who ever contracts them, please take good care of the movers they are great! read more

I recently used Hello Movers for a local move and was incredibly impressed with their service. In particular, I want to give a shout-out to movers Zuo and Lou, who went above and beyond to ensure that our belongings were transported safely and efficiently. One of our biggest concerns was how to move my large TV without a TV box. Zuo and Lou were quick to reassure me that they had plenty of experience with delicate electronics and would take extra care to ensure that out TV arrived at our new place in one piece. They spent a significant amount of time carefully wrapping the TV and securing it in the moving truck, which put our mind at ease. Throughout the move, Zuo and Lou worked tirelessly to get everything packed up and transported to my new place. They were extremely hardworking and never stopped moving, which really impressed me. Despite some tricky obstacles like narrow staircases and tight corners, they managed to get everything moved without any damage or issues. Overall, I would highly recommend Hello Movers for anyone in need of professional moving services. And if you have the opportunity to work with Zuo and Lou, I can say with confidence that you'll be in good hands. They were both friendly, professional, and took great care with my belongings. Thanks again, Hello Movers! read more

I had such a great experience with Hello Movers! I looked into several moving companies before booking, and Hello Movers stood out for their affordable rates and transparent pricing. Everything was easy to coordinate, and I really appreciated how straightforward they were about costs with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Carlos and Alberto! They arrived on time, communicated well, and were incredibly hardworking and efficient. They made sure every minute counted, even taking turns during water breaks so the move could keep progressing. They handled all my belongings with care and followed my instructions perfectly. I had tons of small boxes and was worried about how many trips they'd need to make, but they came prepared with their own larger boxes and had a great system for moving everything efficiently. They also helped disassemble and reassemble a few pieces of furniture that wouldn't fit through the door. Everything arrived safely with no damage! *Carlos and Alberto* really went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with their service. I would 100% recommend Hello Movers to my friends and family, and if I ever move again, I'll definitely be requesting Carlos and Alberto! read more

Highly recommend Hello Movers moving company, super value, patient and meticulous, thoughtful service. Because I was in a hurry to move, I found a five-star moving company called Hello Movers on the Internet. Because I have a lot of things and they are very fragmented, I was worried that the moving company would find it troublesome at first. When I informed the moving company of my specific situation, the moving company made sufficient preparations in advance and reminded me that it would rain on the day I was moving. On the day of the move, three movers came and brought a lot of storage boxes and plastic wrap. They packed all the furniture, mattresses, pianos, and odds and ends that needed to be moved in anti-collision and moisture-proof packages. The three masters not only moved things carefully, but also did a simple cleaning of the house. The patience and meticulousness of the three moving masters won my heart. I would like to thank Hello Movers moving company and sincerely recommend Hello Movers. read more

5 Stars - Highly Recommend! We recently hired this moving company to deliver a 600-pound, 6x6x3' instrument, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. This was no easy task, as the instrument was bulky, heavy, and difficult to load and unload from the truck. But the movers worked incredibly hard and handled everything with care and professionalism. They were efficient, strong, and really went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was successful. Despite the challenging nature of the job, they stayed positive and didn't rush through the process. Their dedication and effort made all the difference. They're recommended to me by a friend that used their service before. They didn't disappoint and it's my first time ever hiring a moving company. I reached out via Yelp and they're very responsive and answered a lot of my questions. The movers arrived on time (actually a bit early) and the clock started when they actually started packing, instead of when they arrived on location. They helped packed all the items to ensure they are well protected during the transit and communicated well when they had questions. They were diligent and courteous. They are also honest and transparent with their billing. I highly recommend! read more
