I contracted with Hawx in April of 2026, they said they would be back in two weeks to check traps that they set in the garage. It's now July and nobody ever came back...not once. I had to throw away glue traps with mice, lizards and even a bird that smelled awful. They are actually late for the July service even, no calls, nothing. The mouse bait station has been empty forever. I have roaches in my garden bed and ants all over my front tree and mailbox. I had Sage pest control before them and plan to go back to them. They were so much better. I DO NOT recommend Hawx. Poor customer service. Non existent communication. I wish I could give them a 0. Call Sage, or anybody else. Do not use them. read more

Today was my first time receiving services from Hawx Pest Control and I am quiet pleased with the way they sent me information on everything that they did. Pictures were sent with a description so I didn't have to guess the evidence was there. Also, there were a few tips on suggestions for the homeowner to apply with reference to the reduction of pests if needed. The name, license #and pertinent information were shared on the service rep and his manager as a way of introducing themselves. Today''s service was top notch and I totally appreciate it being so. Very speedy appointment called to ket me know he was.on his way showed up on time .kept double checkup to see if I had other issues or if he forgot anything he followed directions. I reschedule because the service person did that it was going to rain. So, I didn't want to waste the company's product. I reschedule and I get a date of May 29th which is fine. I called because it was getting late in the afternoon. The person on the phone said that they canceled my appointment because they were basically busy. I'M ON FOR THAT DAY! HOW CAN YOU BE BUSY. I have attempted to cancel my service for 2 years now and every time I call to cancel, I'm told that I have to call on the exact date otherwise they automatically renew it and keep charging my account. Scammers! Once you start it's hard to cancel the service. Beware! I was home the last time they came and observed the technician walking around with his equipment posing for selfies and then putting the equipment back in the truck and then doing it again with the next piece of equipment. I'd give them a zero if I could. Salesman talked about pest control for bugs, mosquitoes and termites. Deal was $99 for the initial service and $55 per month for 12 months. A few days after I signed the contract a rep showed up to do a termite inspection. He did a 10 minute inspection without entering my home, the garage or my crawlspace. He showed me pictures of what might have been termite damage to a few trees in the woods behind my home. I was told that if they are in the woods they are in my home. He spent the next 20 minutes trying to talk me into another contract for an additional $55 per month for termite protection. A week later a third salesman to sell me a mosquito contract for the low price of $55 per month. I signed my contract on May 6th 2024. Every 2 to 3 months a service person would come and spot spray around my foundation and clear a few spider webs on the front porch. I did not notice any difference in pest sighting inside my home. I had to continue to use retail home pest control methods to keep ants and roaches out of the house. At the end of May 2025 I tried to call and cancel my contract in month 13. My last service was in March. After a few attempts to call and cancel I got frustrated and turned off my credit card. On June 3rd 2025 a rep called me to get my June payment. I told him to cancel my service and since I was still within my 13th month I told him I did not owe for the 14th month. It's been over a year and I still get phone calls multiple times per day trying to collect the $55 for month 14. I blocked their legitimate numbers so they use a random generator to bypass the number block. I started hitting the record button on my phone when they call and they immediately hang up. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. read more

Over charge and under deliver. I had a few issues with this company not rendering the services I was being billed for. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. However after finally speaking with someone about my issues. Let's just say. It didn't go well. I canceled my service and over a year later a renewal fee was charged to my card. I did however receive a refund after a long drawn out inconvenience. Very unprofessional from my experience. read more

The tech rushed the job. He didn't complete all his task. The only thing he did that I seen was spray and put a little ant repellent down. The other services that came with it wasn't done. I wouldn't recommend to this tech to anyone. Also, I paid for termite treatment and was told that he doesn't do it. So, I will be charged for a service I didn't receive. read more
