Quite pleased with the services received from Kevin today. I was not home when the services were completed but according to the service report and the pictures supplied , I am beyond satisfied. he provided quality services, and the most pleasing to me today was spraying those little black ants that were beginning to become a nuisance. Thanks again, Kevin. read more

Benny was great! He explained everything around the small rodent control and answered my questions. Thank you!!

Bennie Chance did a great job with the regular pest service and mosquito control and in a timely manner.

Word for word, I'm going to post my Google review here. I've seen a lot of complaints towards Hawx Pest Control. And what I've found is the following. People really dislike the door to door sales approach. Ok, understandable. But man, really, go online and complain? Just tell them no thanks and shut the door. Me, I'm glad they came by and knocked on my door. That saved me time and effort. Initially it was Dominic that came out, we walked around the property and discussed what we needed. It's been a couple of months, we've seen a good amount of progress. And some miss steps that need addressing. And this is where I really want to comment more. Our normal service tech is Bennie. And he listens really well, and goes the distance in addressing our issues and concerns, does the job with excellent diligence and a smile on his face. To Dominic, Bennie and Hawx, Thank you! read more

absolute nightmare from day 1. the customer service was the worst experience i have ever had. I was hung up on multiple times, lied to and ignored on many occasions. ended up having to pay the cancellation fee despite a breach of contract , just so I could end the nightmare. read more

Consistently good service. I appreciate that the technician posts pics which document the work that was done!

Rodney is a Rockstar and really showed extra care and attention to detail that i gad not previously recieved from this service.

Beware of this company. They sent me the contract and it was different including the price that I agreed to. I called immediately to cancel it. They said they canceled it and we're refunding me my money. That did not happen. They showed up at my mom's house doing this treatment that had been canceled. I called them again and told them their account manager told me she saw where it had been canceled incorrectly, and she was canceling it and refunding my money . I saw the refund on my charge card account and then it was removed by them again for the second time. Fortunately, I have two emails from them stating they have canceled my service and refunding my money. I have filed a claim with my charge card company and getting ready to file other reports against them. If I could give a negative rating, I would. read more

We started with Hawx about two or three years ago. The technicians are always thorough and polite. Today was no exception as the tech completed the service quickly and efficiently while still hitting all the key points. Our experience has been far fewer unwanted visitors. Previously we felt like we were on an ant highway. read more

Kasey D with Hawx Pest Control Raleigh was amazing: -Kept me well informed on arrival time -Explained their pest control process thoroughly & provided a full report of what was performed, including pictures Although it was only our first service with Hawx, I'm feeling pretty optimistic about our freedom from pests, especially with summer right around the corner when pests seem to multiply overnight! Hawx is a little more expensive than our past pest control services, but I'm hopeful that just means we're getting the best in the business! read more

Bennie was my service professional. I hardly even noticed he was here. I was very pleased. He was prompt. He communicated with me via text before arriving. And then he silently went on to deliver his incredible service. Bennie's supervisors should reward him with a multi-month paid vacation (lol). Bennie is a credit to your company's leadership. read more

I contracted with Hawx in April of 2026, they said they would be back in two weeks to check traps that they set in the garage. It's now July and nobody ever came back...not once. I had to throw away glue traps with mice, lizards and even a bird that smelled awful. They are actually late for the July service even, no calls, nothing. The mouse bait station has been empty forever. I have roaches in my garden bed and ants all over my front tree and mailbox. I had Sage pest control before them and plan to go back to them. They were so much better. I DO NOT recommend Hawx. Poor customer service. Non existent communication. I wish I could give them a 0. Call Sage, or anybody else. Do not use them. read more

Bennie Chance did great job today! Excellent customer service! He's efficient and timely with the service gives.

Over charge and under deliver. I had a few issues with this company not rendering the services I was being billed for. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. However after finally speaking with someone about my issues. Let's just say. It didn't go well. I canceled my service and over a year later a renewal fee was charged to my card. I did however receive a refund after a long drawn out inconvenience. Very unprofessional from my experience. read more
