He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. Let me backtrack a little bit, we called them in a panic after another company came and treated. I found mud tubes less than 20 hours later. CPS came out the following day did a temp treatment and then scheduled us. CPS trenched around our house and have returned yearly to inspect. No termites noticed since. I will be a customer as long as I'm still in the area.
