Let me backtrack a little bit, we called them in a panic after another company came and treated. I found mud tubes less than 20 hours later. CPS came out the following day did a temp treatment and then scheduled us. CPS trenched around our house and have returned yearly to inspect. No termites noticed since. I was told that the product should last 90 days but they service about every 60. We have had to ask for a retreatment about 3-4 times in 2.5 years. And everytime they say it's not a retreatment bc we were due that month. Not next week not two weeks but 4 weeks later. I am going back to a company that doesn't try to take advantage of their customers.
