Economy Exterminators Review…read more We have lived in North Carolina and Texas and we know bugs! Lots of bugs. We contacted Economy to help us tame them and have found Economy's employees to be professional, courteous and reliable. Stephen was at our home recently to access an insect party. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations for treatment. He made us feel that we were in competent hands. The estimate that he gave us was very reasonable. Greg came shortly afterwards to treat our home and yard for pests. He was prompt, professional and experienced. He was nice too and listened to all of our concerns. Natalie, who answered the phones, was very attentive and found answers to my questions very quickly. I love that Economy set up a monthly service. That is one less thing for me to remember and worry about. I am so glad that I am using them and suggest that you do too!

You gave me space to tell the story of current state of things, then did your treatment, and then continued to patiently and knowledgeably answer my questions. We have a treatment and a plan for going forward and me being comfortable in my home. Lastly, the cost is so reasonable, especially for what you get in return. I would give 10 stars if possible. He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. Highly recommend.

Yes, they do make you sign a contact but you're given all the info up front about cancellation fees, quarterly charges, etc. we're currently renting anyways so the year of applications will work out perfectly! The technician who came to treat/spray was super quick. In some instances, I thought he could have spent a little more time spraying ALL nooks and crannies. I know we have a lot of stuff in our garage right now but I highly doubt he covered much area bc he was in and out so fast. (Due to spiders, I would have liked a little more coverage). And I thought the sales guy said they would spray in the cabinets under the sinks and I don't recall seeing him do that. I have only seen like, one ant and maybe 2 spiders inside since the initial spray. (I f-ing HATE spiders!) I like that the treatment works on all types of insects. I also like that they treat your YARD... where all these critters live. I have also been paranoid about ticks. Like I said, so far so good!
