We have been using them for years and spiders, roaches, and other bugs that used to appear in our home are non-existent. I like the fact that they send the same person to your home each time. This builds a relationship and enables the technician to learn the unique characteristics (and potential hiding places for bugs) in our home. Our technician is Stephen and he is so friendly and personable, yet he doesn't dilly dally or waste time. He comes each quarter and goes through the house inside and out and is done very quickly. He has always arrived right at the scheduled time, so I can plan my day and don't have to worry about waiting around my house any longer than I need to especially when I have other things I need to be doing. We've been using Innovative Pest solutions for more than 15 years & 2 houses!! Brenda comes to our house every quarter to do preventative pest control & our kids love her. It's more like a friend visiting than a service. We have them come every year to do a termite inspection & they did our home inspection & RADON testing when we moved into our new home.
