We are very happy with Stomp and just renewed our annual contract with them. The exterminators are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the office staff is courteous and helpful. We moved into our home last year during a very wet, rainy summer. We were seeing lots of insects and we called a few local exterminators to compare rates and services. We decided to go with Stomp, since they were helpful on the phone and their rates were reasonable. It was such a great decision. Stomp took care of our indoor and outdoor bug problems, and they have been extremely responsive whenever we've called them outside of our regularly-scheduled appointments. For example, we recently found wasp nests on our back porch. We called Stomp and they came out the next day, at no charge, and removed the nests we'd seen and others we hadn't even noticed. I've been using Stomp in my home for a few years now. For several years before that we regularly had ants in our kitchen and bathrooms in warm weather. The other exterminator would come and re-treat those areas and the ants would be gone for a short time but then always return. I assumed it was the norm when living in this area because other neighbors complained about ants too. Then Stomp was in my neighborhood and I decided to give them a try. I couldn't be happier! On the rare occasion I've seen ants in my house, one of them being last week which is why I'm writing this, a Stomp technician has come by within a day or two after I've called Stomp. No more ants. I couldn't disagree with the one-star reviewer more. I always receive a phone call to let me know when to expect a technician and they all have been friendly and professional. I've been using Stomp for about 5 years and on two houses. The new house I moved into had ants that kept infiltrating the kitchen, and all I had to do was call Stomp and they were out within 48 hours to come treat the area. After going a month with no ants, we saw a few more, and we called Stomp again, and Jeremy came out and looked on his hands and knees around the kitchen, then into the crawlspace, and even around the perimeter (this guy has a vendetta against sugar ants). I get a phone call every few weeks (7-9 weeks? don't remember) and they ask me if I am having any issues inside the house, and if not, they will just spray the perimeter. If I say yes, they'll schedule a time for me to be home so they can come in and treat the area. I'd recommend Stomp...I have many times (mostly neighbors). read more

Stomp has been a great company to work with. I truly haven't dealt with anyone there that hasn't been courteous and genuine to not only myself, but my wife and daughter as well. Prior to coming in the house they ALWAYS take there shoes off, which sounds simple, but most forget or I always have to ask. When we find ants or anything else they have always been able to come out and take care of it ASAP and work around my families busy schedule. They also follow up to ensure the problem is taken care of in lieu of just assuming. Cayler was our latest tech and was very professional and took extra time and care to ensure that the product they used was actually working and looked around the entire exterior to make sure that the problem as a whole was treated. This is my second year with STOMP and they have been real good at what they do. excellent technicians they have are very friendly and thorough. we have had issues with black ants and they found the source locations and they got rid of them! Of course, roaches are gone with an exception to a couple per year lurking thru gaps in air vents on the floor. one of my friend referred these folks and am glad that i signed up with them. they never failed to show up as per the time slots. Today's tech is Jeremy and like others he also did a great job. i hope that STOMP will continue their excellent services in future even if they grow bigger in their business. read more

We initially signed up for the one year service after a doorstep offer and have been with them ever since. The staff are all curteous and polite and always go out of their way to assist. We have had to have a few in between service treatments for ants which have always been dealt with quickly and effectively with no further treatment required. Just yesterday Brian was carrying our a regular service upon completion of which I requested an additional service (mosquito treatment). This request was carried out immediately without having to schedule a further appointment. A very pleasant company to deal with. read more

We have been customers of Stomp Pest Control for several years. They have always been great to us. We have had several occasions where we have had to call them to come over beyond the regular scheduled visits, and within 24 hours of my call someone is sent over to take care of the issue. All of their technicians are terrific. Most recently, Jared was out here to take care of my regularly scheduled visit and as always asked if there was any other issues needing attention. The rates are reasonably priced and there is no long term contract to sign. I highly reccomend them. read more

I am a new customer and have been nothing but satisfied thus far. My initial treatment was thorough and the service technician was professional. Yesterday I called them to ask if they could come out and look into an ant problem I was having and today they came out to look into the issue and treat the area. My service technician Jeremy was very knowledgeable and quickly found the source of the problem and treated it. My compliments to Stomp Company for the special service appointment on yesterday for treatment of ants. I have annually been troubled with ants in the kitchen around same time each year. The service technician spotted the entry point of the problem quickly and then also handled treatment on outer perimeters as well. While I was told it might take a day or two before problem would be completely gone...I have not noticed any ant activity since treatment was applied. J M In 2013 had a bad problem with Spring Tails and after much research hired Stomp. They were at my house weekly to try and get rid of the tiny creatures. After about 3 months the problem was solved. Due to their dedicated service, we now have a contract with Stomp every couple of months to keep the pest control in check. This is the best Pest Control service I have come across since moving from Georgia a year ago. They are very polite, detailed and thorough. Kaylor is my service technician and he is excellent! He is always very professional and polite. He remembered where the mud dobbers were last summer and he made sure to look and to knock down the nests. Stomp Pest Control just terminated my account with them after being a client for 5+ years without any sort of conversation or discussion. We have always paid on time and been an excellent client. Their reasoning for the termination is due to their lack of ability to control the pests on my property. So please keep in mind that they are terminating clients due to the lack of ability to do their primary service which is the worst business practice I have ever dealt with. read more

We have used Stomp pest control for about six months now and we have been very pleased with their service. The quality of their product is great and we even had an ant problem that they came out and treated for us between services at no extra charge. The employees are very courteous and well groomed, professionals. I really like that they get the cob webs down from the exterior of the house. This is a nice touch.
