We really enjoyed the service we received from this company but the communication was inconsistent. We were out of town in March when they sent a text saying they would be in our area that and I said that we do it at that time they have in the near. I never heard back after sending more than a dozen text and leaving multiple message. I assume they went out of business but then reading post here perhaps they have not after being a standing customer for nearly 4 years. It's disappointing to not get a return call. I tried every number including the WhatsApp contact and the email. I even entered a request through the email like a new client and still no return response. Product wise I would be very highly and very kind, but I find the lack of response to be highly unprofessional in the service overall unreliable. read more

Kevin was on time, friendly, incredibly knowledgable, polite, and willing to answer all my questions--he even let me show him the pictures of the bugs I had encountered and gave me a quick lesson on the bugs of NC vs the bugs of PA and how climate impacts pest appearance indoors. Perhaps most importantly, however, he calmed my nerves and assured me what we are experiencing is quite normal. I cannot in good faith continue to recommend this company. I retained their service for my 94 year old grandmother and secured an ongoing contract. 2 trips into the contract , they disappeared. The same voicemail claiming to have a shortage of staff that they've had for the past 8 months still plays and, of course, the mail box is still full. I've texted 2 numbers they had on file (910-709-5214 & 910-507-1815) to no avail. As suggested, I visited the website and entered an order. I have not received a phone call, text, email, or anything. Great experience with Eco Pest Control. Just moved out to North Carolina a few months ago and was searching for a safe, pest friendly (if that makes sense lol) company. I live in an area that was formerly farmland so technically these bugs now "invading" my home used to live here. So while I don't want to completely wipe out the ecosystem that has been established here I need to tame it down close to my front door and around and about where my kiddos play! I love their text program. They text reminders, they text when they're on their way, they text your bill everything text text text (or email) which is great. I'm so busy during the day and get so many unwanted calls it's been great to just text when something is on my mind send and keep on with my day. I have the quarterly service with an add on for mosquitos. There are other services as well that require add on, recently learned red ants and that sort of thing is not in the standard coverage so be mindful of that when calling to get a quote. EcoMan Pest Solutions became the regular pest control company for our Apex, NC home because of their focus on ecologically friendly methods. It was very challenging to find anyone who doesn't use toxic chemicals. Eco Man's use of essential oils to deal with an ongoing ant problem has done the trick. The ants are gone and stay away with the regular treatments. Ants live outdoors!! And, of course they will always be around. EcoMan gives us good advice about how to keep them out while dealing effectively with those that always insist on looking for a way inside. An EcoMan repesentative comes a few times a year and will treat any particular areas we want. They always consult with us first and will focus on interior/exterior/attic/crawlspace - or any combination of the above. When the UPS man started having to fight his way through a curtain of cobwebs on our front porch, we knew it was time to call in professional pest control. But with a young child and an old dog, we were reluctant to use a commercial pest control company that would spray toxic chemicals all over our house. My Google search for an eco-friendly, non-toxic pest control company led me to Kevin at Eco Man. He answered my phone call on the first ring, and was out at our house within the week. He even texted me on the morning of our appointment to let me know his ETA. When he arrived, he was driving a pristine work truck and was professionally dressed in Kahkis, a polo shirt embroidered with his logo, and dress shoes. Things like that mean a lot, when someone is going to traipse through every nook and cranny of your house. And you wouldn't want to meet a nicer, more knowledgeable guy. I mean, I wanted to invite him to stay for dinner. He spent about 2 hours removing cobwebs from the exterior of our house, and sprayed his blend of essential oils inside and out. Our house smelled amazing. Like a spa. The best thing was that he runs a completely paperless business, and I was able to pay him on the spot with a credit card. We arranged to have him return on a quarterly basis, but he told us that he would come back in between visits at no extra charge if our critters showed up again. Who does that?!?
