I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. I was told that the product should last 90 days but they service about every 60. We have had to ask for a retreatment about 3-4 times in 2.5 years. And everytime they say it's not a retreatment bc we were due that month. Not next week not two weeks but 4 weeks later. I am going back to a company that doesn't try to take advantage of their customers.
