The last 2 ppl have come from Proforce from the Raleigh office & both of them were thorough & super friendly, which makes a big difference (especially when we have to let random strangers into our homes). Since moving in a few months back the large spiders, black widows & ants have been the primary problem here. He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something.
