I decided on an egg sandwich served on a toasted, incredibly soft, house-made milk bun. Layered with a flavorful chimichurri aioli and topped with melted Queso Oaxaca cheese. I love the added crunch with pickled radish, carrots, and fresh sprouts, which cut through the richness with a bright, tangy bite. Seriously, it was mouth watering delicious and probably the most unique breakfast sandwich I have ever had. As I write this my mouth is watering thinking about it! The vanilla lattes are not average they were lovely. It's cool that the beans are sourced from plantations in Veracruz, Mexico.
