He was very polite, genuine, friendly, patient, and is a positive guy overall and I enjoyed the process of watching him build out my gun. The owner is lucky to have him and I am sure he knows. They explained it was a cross between Lazer tag and a Haulted house. Me and a few friends went and we had a great time. They start you out by playing a death match against you and your buddies. It lets you get the hang of the Lazer guns. Once that is over they brief you on the 5 missions you need to run in the complex. As you are running the missions, Zombies will start to attack you. You need to shoot them before they get 5 feet away from you else your gun stops working for 5 seconds. The more zombies you kill the more points you get. There will be safe rooms where you get briefed on the next mission and you can talk strategies if you messed up on a previous run. There is a heart-pounding ending that I don't want to spoil, but needless to say, it was a great time and I am looking forward to doing it again.

They had multiple types of games: death match, re-spawn, capture the flag, protect the leader, etc. I would say the games are quite interesting. The advise that I would provide would be please dont wear too much clothing as it would get hot over the course of the games. I would suggest to wear tshirt as some running, crouching, jumping, dashing, and physical sport would be involved. I'd say if you have the chance try it out and i can guarantee that you will have some fun : )

A little courtesy goes a long way, and first impressions matter. If interacting with customers is such an inconvenience, maybe customer service isn't the right career. No one expects a red carpet, but basic professionalism shouldn't be too much to ask. It takes less effort to be polite than it does to have an attitude. Businesses spend thousands trying to attract new customers, only for one rude employee to send them walking right back out the door. A bad first impression is hard to forget

They only had 3 sizes of adult balls available without purchasing one, so not as kid friendly as I'd expect either. Others at the front desk not so much, even making faces showing impatience about minor mistakes while figuring out shoe sizes/asking for assistance. I expressed to that staff that I know this is beyond their control and ask to speak to a manager and gave them my number expecting to receive a call. Sadly, I never heard from them. I understand mistakes happen. This situation should be an opportunity for the company to fix the issue that caused the double booking. However, on other review sites I've seen that this issue has happened before. Also, although I did receive an email a few hours before my reservation telling me about the cancelation, I feel that the business did not adequately attempt to alert me of this mistake. A phone call and text would have been appreciated. Furthermore, the business owner refused to speak to me. The tech problem is an issue that they should fix immediately. However, the bigger issue is the lack of respect they have for their clients. There was no acknowledgement of how we were inconvenienced and how this made for a not so ideal first impression. There were other places we had in mind but all of those business had functional online systems that accurately notes that they were full. We we lucky enough to find a wonderful place in Lyndhurst that accepted us with open arms and in our opinion had a better set up. I hope that The Little Play Cafe can learn from this experience and do better to serve their clients.
