We were in for a Sunday group activity. The place has two section, one for amateur visitors where three different groups can do archery at the same time. On the other side they have training area for pros. Safety instructions, protective items and archery equipments are provided at the beginning of. An instructor helped us with getting started. Throughout the session the instructor checked on us and helped us with making small tweaks to improve our archery. At the end, they put up balloons at the bulls eye spot and popping it gave us free rental card for next visit. Even though archery is fun here, the place itself is little scrappy and messy. read more

I came here because I was looking for a place to practice shooting. This was my first time using a bow and arrow. I was also given an arm guard and a finger tab for safety and protection. The instructor is really kind and I had a lot of fun here. There is also a video you can watch on the tv that's at the front desk that teaches you how to be safe while in the shooting range. When your time is up, you get to shoot a balloon. If you pop it, you earn a coupon that gives you free equipment rental the next time you come here! There are also some cute fish near the entrance. I will definitely be coming back in the future. read more

It was super fun, we had to watch a video before starting anything on how to be safe in the area, the guys at the front desk were super chill, easy to make conversation with! The experience of it overall was so fun, I would definitely come back read more

I was looking for a fun activity to do that we hadn't done before for my girlfriend's birthday. After some searching, I stumbled upon this place. The prices were very reasonable per person. I made a reservation for 8 on a Saturday and the person on the phone was helpful in guiding me through the process. When we got there, it was my entire group's first time there so you can imagine we struggled a bit in the beginning in terms of how we hold the bow, how much to pull back, etc. The gentlemen was super helpful and would come over one-on-one to guide us through and show what we were doing wrong and how to correct it. It was extremely fun and our group was glad that I settled on this place. read more

AMAZING place to spend an afternoon. This place is absolutely 10-out-of-10 stars and we had so much fun shooting archery for our first time. Perfect for all ages and would be a great place for private events (corporate events and birthday parties alike). They show you a thorough video where the owner will walk you through everything you need to know. Then another staff member will spot you as you make your first few shots. Will was very helpful for my group. To save yourself time - reserve your time on the website, and sign your waiver online beforehand. They have lots of available parking spaces, free lockers, and the best rates. So glad this place exists! read more

What a fun Sunday activity. Came on a Sunday around noon and practically got the place to ourselves for the whole hour. No one else was on the floor while we were shooting; It felt like a private event! It was $50 for two people for an hour. Like other reviewers says, the last 10 mins they put a balloon on the bullseye. You get two tries, about 12 arrows total, to pop the balloon. The girl working on the floor was nice and gave us 3 attempts. I popped the balloon on the last third round, first arrow! We both hit the target by the end and received two coupons for a discount for next time. Clean, fun, fully equipped event! Are you the next Legolas , Hawkeye, or Katniss? Recommend you come over and test your archery skills! read more

Jae is incredible! Great place to visit especially if it's your first time. We ended up arriving early and Jae was more than accommodating and helpful. They'll have you watch an intro video, then walk you through it on hands on quickly before letting you play. I couldn't recommend this place more! read more

Add this to your list of hobbies because you will be hooked after trying it once! My girlfriend and I wanted to keep up our active streak (went axe throwing the day before during a Yelp Elite event, heck yes!!) so we decided to try some archery. It was a Tuesday night and I called in to see if there was any space available, the person on the phone said to just walk in, so we did. It was empty at around 7pm (thankfully). Price was $25 per person for an hour, included the equipment and the lane. This was a lot more reasonably priced compared to other places I found, most of them required that you go through a class prior to shooting. This place doesn't require it, they just give you a basic lesson in the beginning, teaching you how to hold the bow, how to shoot, etc. This took maybe 10-15 minutes at most. Time starts after the lesson. The hour flew by! We had so much fun and at the end, if you were able to shoot the balloon, they give you a coupon to come back the next time. My girlfriend is definitely a better archer than me so she got the balloon her first round (you get two rounds to try). Wouldn't hesitate to come back here again with our group of friends. Staff was awesome and couldn't have made it a better experience for us! read more

Showed up for 12pm appointment. Was not told until I was at the desk to pay another fee of 20 dollars for "tutorials " and using the bow and equipment. I rather this info was listed. I ened paying 60 dollars for 1 hour for 2 people. This amount is high. I will not be coming back or making this a recommendation. I don't like hidden charges suddenly told to me. read more

This is a great place for target practice. As a compound bow hunter, i needed the 18 meter lanes. It was clean and well lit. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful. Most of the shooters use recurve bows. Make sure to bring field tips instead of broadheads. Parking easy Must book online Bow rentals available Bathrooms clean I suggest smaller target options. We really had lots of fun here! I had some issues with groupon (not Starks fault) but the guy at the counter seemed very put off and annoyed by me? Groupon? Said he couldn't do the lessons and needed an appointment ahead, it was pretty slow in there. Walked away, put in earbuds and ignored us. A girl then came and helped us and was fantastic!! She taught us both and clearly had her hands full. I understand scheduling ahead, but theres other ways to deal with paying customers. Some might be big yelp reviewers. You just never know! We both hit the balloons at the end and won prizes! We will be back! read more

$25 to shoot arrows for 1 hour! Pretty awesome spot for beginners. Would definitely come again

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday here. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and downright delightful! It was super-fun shooting arrows repeatedly at the targets as many times as we could in the hour. The staff gave us great pointers and the rest of the customers looked like they were having fun too. I went with three of my friends, all of us have limited experience with archery. We went as walk-ins at around 5pm on a Wednesday and luckily, they had enough spots available for us. The guys in charge of the place were friendly and took into account that we are all beginners when he was giving us a basic tutorial. They were more than willing to help us improve our form, which was definitely a plus. The place itself was clean and well-organized. Definitely worth a shot, especially if you and your friends want to try out something new! read more

We stumbled upon this place on yelp when my boyfriend and i were trying to find something to do on a saturday. We were walk-ins, but i would suggest getting a reservation on the weekends because it filled up rather quickly. It was 25 per person, 15 for an hour on the floor, 10 for rental. After your safety waiver, they help you put on your gear (arm protector, finger protector, chest strap for women). They also very quickly run you through how to use your bow and arrow. After a two minute tutorial, youre own your own. My bf and i enjoyed ourselves, its something different to try out! They also give you a balloon to try to target which is pretty cool. If i could change one thing, i would give each participant a new target sheet because there were already marks on the one we used. I would also let them take it home.. sorta like how it is in a shooting range. But no big deal. All in all, a very cool acitivity for when youre out of date ideas. read more

Had a date night on a Sunday. It was fun and appreciated the tutorial we got from the owner. Was a nice activity for me and the wifey.

My gf and I went there for the first time on Thursday evening, and we're both hooked. We arrived around 6:30pm, and it was relatively empty - good thing because we were afraid it'd be crowded. Byron took amazing care of us, and set us up with our equipment plus a quick tutorial before we got shooting. There are two sets of ranges - a 9m and an 18m. We were at the shorter range, as it seems to be used mostly for beginners and groups/parties. While we were there, a group came by that occupied the remaining space at the 9m range, and a couple of other pros/regulars had come in to shoot at the 18m range. Byron mentioned that the weekends were usually the busiest, with the evenings leading up to the weekend busier than earlier in the week. One hour flew by, and before we knew it, Byron was setting up a balloon in the center of each of our targets. The goal was to shoot the balloons and pop them in the last 10 mins of the 1 hr session - doing so would get us each a coupon. We got our coupons, and will definitely be back to shoot some more at this super friendly range! read more

I brought my nephews here on 4/3/2021 to fulfill a promise made to them that I would begin bonding with them more to provide the mindset and presence of an additional Male in their lives. We were thrilled with the facilities and the service from the staff. Everything is super clean and organized. They also adhere to mask compliance which was a huge plus! We inquired for private lessons over the phone before arriving on site and were immediately attended to and given instructions to begin our experience. Honestly, their hospitality and patience really makes me want to consider a membership and private lessons to finally pursue the art and mastery of Archery. This is a family owned business who clearly love what they do and are amazing to be around. Their energy is electric and adds to the allure of learning to shoot the bow and arrow. Dad and owner of the establishment is a great guy. I will learn Archery better. We will meet again! read more

This indoor archery place was definitely a great fun time! My son and I rolled up here for some competitive fun! Fortunately I found out about this on Groupon about a month ago which was $29.00 for 2 for 1 hour of range time for 2 (equipment included). This is probably the only Archery spot in Bergen county that I can think of. I would have to honestly say that was an extremely great deal for the experience we got compared to my Vegas experience doing it for the first time. Thanks Groupon LOL We first checked in at the front (Signed waiver blah blah on an Ipad) and one of their workers led us into the first room (From what I saw think they have two shooting rooms) to their decently sized shooting room. He gave us a quick very detailed professional mini-lesson on how to use the bow and arrows, as well as safety rules. For the rest of the hour, (The hour started when after instructions were given) we freely shot arrows on our own tapping onto our inner Green Arrow. Trust me the hour is a good enough time to get a feel for Archery. There were a total of 10 to 15 rows for shooting in this room if I recall correctly, there were bullseyes that were mobile to move closer for the beginners, as well as stationary ones all the way towards the end of the range. (In the second room) The reason why this one may have been better than the one in Vegas is because you the finger padding as well as the arm sleeve to proctect from arrow burns to the forearm area which had a lot of in Vegas lol. There are also hunting/shooting merchandise sold in the front of the store such as specialized bows and arrows for serious hunters and archery hobbyists. They also had like a food bar with snacks and drinks etc.. which was convenient as well. The place was organized, VERY CLEAN, and came with great customer service! I would definitely recommend this for those who've never shot an arrow, (double+) dates, or if you're just interested in taking up a new skill or hobby. Thank you Impact Stark Archery for an amazing fun time my son and I had a blast read more

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for something to do on a weekend with friends or a date. If you've never been before, you have to sign a waiver and then watch an instructional video. One of the staff members is there to watch you and give you tips. They'll also give you a lighter bow if they see you can benefit from it. The whole session is one hour and it goes by so quickly! Oh ! I love this place. Been there twice, obviously I'm a beginner and went there not even knowing how to hold a bow! The guys that run the place are so nice and if you are a first timers/ beginner they will show you the basics and correct your posture. They will also provide protection gear with no additional cost... so it's not like other places that charge for every single add on! Also the prices are fair, the place is clean, easy to park. If you have your own bow, arrows and equipment then it's going to be even cheaper. They have a beginner and an advanced range. Just call ahead to book your spot especially in the weekend. read more

Walked in for the first time one evening with my boyfriend. We found this spot on Yelp and thought it would be something fun and different to do on a night off. This spot was great! The man at the front desk (new owner) greeted us and had us fill out some paperwork. He then took us to the shooting area, explained safety rules and explained how to shoot. His explanation and demonstration were super detailed and helpful. He watched each of us shoot a couple times then left us for about 50 mins. He returned to put up balloons on our targets (which we had already put up ourselves because we saw them on the counter behind us). When our hour was up, he came back over to collect equipment. If you want an inexpensive and fun activity to do I highly recommend this! Great, for family or date nights. Loved the owners hospitality, and loved the spot. We will definately be back!! read more

Highly recommend this place! Fun for adults and kids alike!! It was our first time here yesterday. The staff are nice both over the phone and in person, and the instructional video is helpful. One of them even helped us with our safety gear. And another (perhaps Jay?) was so nice and kept encouraging my young son with pointers. Our group was pretty amateur and another staff member moved a more experienced group of archers so they wouldn't have to wait for us to 'clear'. I found that very thoughtful, as we didn't feel rushed either. The balloons are an awesome way to end your session! It was $15 online (another review said it's 12 for online booking) and $10 each for bow rental but beyond well-worth it! They have 6 lockers and a coat hanger for your stuff. If I have the time would love to go back and get the private lessons. read more
