This location of Hash Kitchen pales in comparison to the Scottsdale locations. It's definitely trendy and caters to a younger crowd, and the decor and music show that. Service was good, but I could barely hear myself think over the music, and food was mediocre. I came on a weekend for brunch and was seated immediately. It took a bit of time for a waitress to make her way over to us, but afterwards she checked in with us at regular intervals and service continued to be good. We had to shout to be audible over the ear-splitting EDM. The inside is decently spacious and has regular table seating, high table seating, and bar seating. Decor is modern and trendy, especially with the famous bloody mary bar. The food was a bit of a downer for me, and I had happy expectations after being impressed by the Gainey Ranch location. My biggest gripe is that both dishes came out lukewarm, and one was served in a cast iron skillet, which really should've preserved the heat better. Taste suffered because of the temperature as well. Biscuits and gravy: The biscuits were buttery and flaky and very obviously freshly made. I've definitely had this dish elsewhere where the biscuits were old or stale and the thought was they didn't really matter because they would be smothered in gravy anyway. Not so the case here, and the biscuits definitely didn't disappoint. The eggs were really undercooked, and it's pretty unappetizing to cut into an egg and have a good amount of egg whites run out. Gravy had good flavor, but it was so disappointing to have it be almost room temperature because had it been hot, the texture would have been less gelatinous. Sausage was also incredibly hard for some reason, and again it was barely past room temperature. Lemon meringue french toast: Again at room temperature, this french toast was on the other side of overcooked and a bit dry, even with the lemon custard and syrup soaked in. I did really like the lemon custard; the sharpness of the lemon and texture were on point. Even with the thick double slices though, I didn't think this dish justified its price point. It's unlikely I'll come back to this location of Hash Kitchen unless it's for convenience only, as the farther locations have been much more impressive. read more

The guest relations manager, Domenic even paid us a visit and was helpful. The food does not disappoint. The servings are huge but that doesn't mean flavor is sacrificed. Our food was bomb. ** The Açaí bowl was amazing. It was a super large size, but we couldn't stop eating it. The acai was flavorful, light, and fresh. The fresh fruit and oatmeal toppings added the perfect texture combination. The overlying syrup was part of why we kept going back for more. * The Carnitas Hash was delicious, and also could be shared by two people. The carnitas was tender and tasty. Such a great place! This location is so large, clean and comfortable. There were so many breakfast options to choose from, which is a good problem to have. Decided on the corned beef has and was not disappointed. The portions here are large, so come hungry. The hash tasted fresh and was well flavored. Super disappointed, we were so excited to try this restaurant. We have never received such horrible service; and it wasn't just us. All three of the tables by us were upset by the service. Our server was the bartender, with red hair. It would be on thing if the service was a little slower if she was busy with bar drinks but being a bartender her well was empty. A mimosa here and a mimosa there. For drinks we ordered a mimosa with cotton candy, and she just poured the mimosa over the cotton candy while other servers allowed their tables to do it. She saw we were trying to take a picture and just poured both without asking. We ordered the breakfast burrito; let me tell you. It literally tasted worse then a frozen breakfast burrito, it had no flavor at all. An 18$ breakfast burrito with barely anything in it and the items in it were so bland. Then we ordered the s'more pancakes those were really good, but it literally took 15 minutes to ask for syrup because everytime we tried to ask out server ignored us along with the other tables in her small section. We had empty water glasses and they were not filled for a long time. It took us almost 45 minutes to get out tab again because our server was ignoring us. We then get out tab and asked for a box for the pancakes, the server charges us (we tipped 2$ each to be nice even though it should have been a 0$ tip for the horrible service and is watching us box up our food. We let her know we were going to the bathroom. The bartender is laughing and looking at us and we return from the bathroom and our food is gone, and the table is bussed. 18$ pancakes thrown in the trash because a horrible server/bartender wanted to be petty. I came with 3 others on a Monday morning. I was seated promptly and the place wasn't very busy. Our server was friendly but not sure if she just had an off morning? I ordered a single pancake on the side, a whole order came out (which was a lot and certainly wouldn't be finished), that was returned. I had ordered egg whites for my scramble, which never happened. My boyfriend ordered toast that never came out. My dish came out after most of the table was done with their food. My scramble was very small, I was surprised how small of a portion size it was. I also never received a receipt, once we were finished the server just came up to the table and verbally told us our total...not sure is this is standard? Overall I was not impressed by my experience and do not care to return. Unfortunately I didn't order this myself but I got to try some and I wish I had gotten this instead! There's also a lot of drink options, including a full bloody mary bar with over 50 toppings to choose from. One downside is that if you're planning on having a full conversation, you're going to have to end up shouting at each other and it's going to be a little hard to hear. Me and my girlfriends went to Hash Kitchen Arcadia this morning and everything was AMAZING!!!! The vibe was great, music and the atmosphere. Super fun Saturday morning brunch experience at Hash kitchen! DJ iceman was playing all the jams and setting up a solid experience. We got the Mimosa flight which was extremely tasty and fun to sip on as we ate. We got the banana split brioche which was literally to die for! The brioche was so thick and fluffy and the bananas/ fruit perfectly complemented the sweet breakfast. We also got the chicken Tinga frittata and it was super flavorful With some nice heat to it. I decided to try the pork tenderloin since my Indiana U background had some of the best tenderloin ever. The menu description had skillet gravy over biscuits. There was NO gravy.
