Love their endless Bloody Mary drinks, very fun atmosphere and DJ was great! Food was good as well!

Our server Damien took forever to wait on us, checked on several other tables before even thinking about coming to ours. I understand it was busy but there is no reason for my party of 5 should be last to be checked and waited on while he had 3, 10+ tops that arrived after us! This was my first time here after so many of my friends said it was an amazing spot. The food was good at least and the mimosas were cool. But as far as customer service I give it a 0/10 read more

This was my first time at the Arcadia location and as soon as we walked in the hostess was so pleasant and welcoming. Our waitress was such a joy and the food of course was amazing. We enjoyed the music from the dj while we waited on our food and that of course was excellent. Always a great time at Hash Kitchen and I love the decor !! read more

I write this review only for others to be warned.. First time we went, the food impressed us but service wasn't great. Second time, food was mediocre and service still wasn't great. Third and final time (5/27), the food was just down right horrible and the service even worse. We show up at 7 am and we were the 3rd table being waited on. Around 7:15 a total of 7 tables were being "waited" on. 1 table of 2 left after 5-10 minutes of not even being served water. The table before us left as well. It took 10 mins to get my iced coffee and didn't get a straw to mix up the 3/4 cup of milk. Our server had been absent most of the time we were there. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and it was missing bacon and was quite soggy. The breakfast fries were cold as if they had been sitting awhile. Just know, if you're fine waiting for mediocre food and not being waited on, this place is for you. Definitely won't be back. read more

Not at all what I was expecting. This place was packed E A R L Y on a Saturday morning & the music was BUMPING! For whatever reason, when I heard Hash, I expected New Southern home cooking, like a nice modern Paula Deen vibe, but without the racism. Not at all. Young, vibrant, & energetic! This place was full of everyone from large multi generational families to club kids getting their mimosa flight on. Just the drink menu alone is impressive. The food was also on point. Generous without being gaudy, & a good selection of different kinds of brunch, from west to savory & all reasonably priced. To be honest, I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy this place when I walked in. Having been squirreled away for the last year, it was a tad jarring to be in such a large loud bopping brunch crowd. We really enjoyed our meal - the Manager Domenic came over to greet us before we ordered and gave us some sightseeing recommendation as well as let me try a few samples of bloody mary mixes since I wasn't sure if I'd like them. Everyone from the manager to the waitresses to the bartender was super pleasant and accommodating. There were plenty of choices at the bloody mary bar to choose from and the mimosas were delicious. My boyfriend really loved his sandwich, but the star of the show was the hash! I couldn't keep his fork away from my plate. This has been one of the worst experiences dining out. 15 minutes to get iced tea AND they came out as the same time as our food. Weak service, but the food was good. I swear, servers can ruin dining out. She has three tables with a total of 8 guests. Ugh, the Scottsdale location was so much better and the employees had personalities, at least. read more

Huge shout out to Anna The Manager!!!! Thank you for your customer survive and friendly attitude. My first time coming and there was an issue. We decided to leave as we were Anna stop us to try to rectify the situation but by then we decided to go somewhere else. Anna made sure to take my number and later she reached out to us and had us come back in. I am so glad I did. The vibes and food were phenomenal. I was told it would be a 40 minute wait and was fine with that, an hour passes and I ask how much longer it will be, I was then told another 45 minutes because there were 13 people in front of us and online reservations take priority. We decided to leave instead of waiting another 45 minutes in the heat. We leave and 5 minutes later I get a text telling me my table is ready. We ended up eating somewhere else. They need to fix their wait system and not give priority to online reservations, or tell you that so you can make an online reservation. read more

Omg. SOOOO GOOD!! The wait was long (1.5 hrs) BUT it was absolutely worth it! The Bloody Mary bar was incredible! My husband and I both got the jalapeño infused vodka and the habanero Bloody Mary mix. The bartender said the spice level was a 10, but it really wasn't. Maybe a 6, but it was amazing. I've never seen a toppings selection like the one they had. Don't forget to add some bacon! It's kind of hidden to the side in silver tins, but it was delicious!! The hosts was rude the wait was long the music too loud. They don't take reservations so they have people standing outside and drink over and we have to all stand outside 6 feet away so there's people randomly by the cars the music was like going to a club and hearing the DJ play it loud the food look good but we didn't get to eat because I wasn't gonna wait an hour for Ford people read more

If you miss the club and have nothing to lose then this is the place. Absolutely no social distancing has been put in place. Tables are packed with people sitting close to other patrons. Every table here is full. The only precautions they've taken is that the servers are wearing masks. A definite cesspool of corona. I was so uncomfortable the entire time I didn't even remove my mask. Definitely breaks my heart that they're so careless. If you've been here recently I would recommend dropping by cvs for a covid test. read more

I can't write a review about the food which is unfortunate but I can review the noise level. My husband and I walked up to the open door on a Friday morning and turned around because the techno(?) music was so loud we'd have to yell to be heard. If we were at a bar I'd say it's fine but it's a restaurant that we were really looking forward to trying. I'd advise you steer clear if you are looking to have any type of conversation. We waited 30 min before we sat which was acceptable being there was a lot of people. They sat my husband and I outside in a table by the bar. After being seated we waited an additional 25-30 min before getting water. We finally received our water but then had to wait an additional 15 min before getting our drinks. Our waiter was also the bartender so that took forever. Our food was brought over by a female waitress and by then our water was already finished. Our waiter never brought us a refill or we couldn't request any napkins because he was busy. Food was warm and not hot at all. Then a group of males stood next to us as they were having drinks at the bar. They were standing so close to me I couldn't enjoy my food because it was awkward. By this point I was already ready to leave by my bad experience and $90 down the drain. We should of just went down the road to another brunch spot that took time with their customers. Came in with friends this past weekend, seated quickly as entering. The service part just wasn't there. We were sat down, waiting 15 minutes for water to be served, then the server walked off. Another 15 minutes passed, nothing was asked whether we wanted other drinks nor if we were ready to order. After patiently waiting, we decided to get up and leave as we have not been served. Probably won't be returning. 2 stars are for the atmosphere, other than that, service is worth no more than a 1. read more

The Bloody Mary bar allowed me to flex my creative freedom with my drink. Like an adult Build-A-Bear kind of thing but with alcohol. I came here for a birthday when it first opened a few years ago, and it was awesome! A fun, family friendly and lively brunch spot in Arcadia. We came back for the second time today after all these years, and boy is it different. We love the Maggiore restaurants and this can't be what they had in mind. There's a DJ but he plays the music so obnoxiously loud that you can't hear the person next to you. I love a good brunch scene but the volume here is out of control. The crowd has also changed and it's a much younger, rougher crowd. They now have a security guard due to prior incidents so I think that says it all. We do love the build your own Bloody Mary bar, I don't know where else you can get that nearby, so if you can brave the crowd, then definitely try it. The Bartender who I think may also be a manager, was extremely nice and attentive. Some minor hiccups on our food order but overall it was decent. If you're a 21 year old hot mess, then this is definitely your place to be for getting drunk at 8am on a Saturday. read more
