Yes, the business has gone through some changes... They got rid of a really rude deli chic. They do not have independent vendors for each station. We are in post Covid times. It is possible that they are doing their best to stay open, so cut them some slack! Many are struggling and still many do not want to work! They are doing their best, I'd imagine, to keep open.
