Only drivethru is open, and it is slow as sin. Slow. Snaillike. It takes something like 100 years for things to compost and make an inch of top soil. That's faster. I feel bad for the workers here. Food is okay. Just went thru drive through. I see people wearing gloves which is good. I'm not sure if she is the manager or the leads she packing orders up using gloves. Again which is good. But then I see her go get her cell and start texting and stuff wearing those same gloves she is handling chicken. You think she takes it off. Text. Then put new one on. No she proceeded to continue using the same gloves she texted her phone with. Do you know the phone is the dirtiest germ carrier device ? She just truly grossed me out. I ordered a 16-piece bucket meal and an eight-piece tender side order along with 10 of the apple popovers (really good, by the way). The two large bags seemed ok, however, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the eight-piece tender order was not included in the food I brought home, even though I was charged $21.99 for the food I will never see. We placed an order on DoorDash.com, it was a very simple order of a Hot and Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Sweet Tea which tasted like piss, Hot and Honey Chicken Tenders that was really gross, Biscuit was all soggy and wet, French Fries that were super salty to the point where you could get salting poisoning, and Cole Slaw that even tasted like salt! Not to mention, the first time we got a completely different order than what we asked for which was horrible! All the food we got from KFC Tonight ended up in the TRASH because of how HORRIBLE it was. Also, the DASHER that delivered it the second time TOOK FOREVER and STUNK so bad it RUBBED OFF ON THE FOOD! KFC Marked the order the first time completely wrong and that's how we ended up with the wrong order to begin with it and it was some gross. KFC is KFC. Great chicken no matter which location you go to, but there is something that set this visit above the rest. I went to the drive-up with my dog while my husband was at an appointment. Ordering at the drive-through was just like all other locations, but it was the interaction with Moses when I got to the window that made this visit special. He was so incredibly nice, outgoing, professional, yet, personal all wrapped in one. His interaction made this visit special and unique. He was great to me and my dog. Almost exactly 12 months after my last review, I am compelled to write another. This time, thankfully, it is not one of negative commentary. We came to the store pretty close to closing so weren't expecting to be much. To our dismay, when we arrived all the lights were off so we thought it would be closed. As we drove by the window a worker walked over and opened it. We asked if we could still order despite everything being dark and she let us! We went through drive thru (obviously) and there was a long line of cars, I was worried about how long it would take because i wasn't expecting so many cars to already be there. But the line went by super quickly and we got our food within 15 minutes. It was great! The best part is that they've got those great 20 and 30 dollars fill ups which is so reasonable for the amount of food they give you and you can feed so many people with it. I'm definitely gonna try and make the most out of those deals while i can! read more

Not only has Kentucky Fried Chicken's (or KFC as they call themselves these days!) chicken gone downhill in flavor/taste these days, now the service is terrible as well! I place an order online and someone steals it and I have to suffer???? Slowest service, ever. You put in your order and it takes a half hour to get it. Always a line around the building, nothing ever changes. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for a quesadilla and gordita (yes, I posted this review on their Taco Bell page too). Went inside to avoid the drive through line. Had 1 person in front of me, and a guy after me order a 12 piece meal and 3 or 4 other items... He got his food about 10 minutes before me. What made it even better was that one of the girls behind the counter was apparently bored, and could easily be heard saying "Ugh... I really don't feel like doing anything, but I guess I should." REALLY? Management should really consider finding some new employees. Dont go here if you're looking for a quick stop on your lunch break, you WILL be late getting back to work. Pretty much avoid them altogether if you want anything quick. Also, went in recently late at night and almost 40 minutes before they closed, we were told the only food we could get was fried food. Nothing grilled or steamed, because they had already turned off the machines... What?! What good is fast food if it takes 30-40 minutes or more to get the food?! And if you have to shut down your machines 40 minutes before closing because it takes too long, you need new employees or machines. Any other location can get my exact order in 5-10 minutes or less. Our review is specifically about the new boneless Original Recipe chicken and the general condition of the restaurant. We ordered two of the boneless meals last week and still haven't stopped talking about how disgusting it was! The chicken looked nothing like we expected. The coating was closer to the extra crispy - greasy and unrecognizable as chicken. The pieces were completely flat as if the chicken was separated from the skin and the skin was deep fried and served. We threw it all away after just a few bites. I tend to visit this location quite often when I am in the area. I have always had great service with both my orders for KFC and Taco Bell. The people behind the counter are always very friendly and nice. My orders are always correct, fresh and warm. The building is always clean and well kept. I visited today with a friend and we both were pleased with our orders. She had something from the KFC menu and I ordered from the Taco Bell menu. Everything was fantastic! read more

I don't know much to say about the store itself, but I admire this gentleman named Chris that took my order, and my families order on multiple occasions. His attention to detail when explaining meals, as well as taking orders is amazing. He always looks alert and gives direct eye contact, so that he gets every customers order right. He repeats every order back. I couldn't ask for better customer service and my family would say the same thing. Such a good guy, and brings lots of smiles. Our families do not come here often but when we do there are always problems! The first problem we accoutered was a while ago when I purchased an 8 piece chicken, got home, to find out there are only 7 chicken in our bucket. We had always ordered an 8 piece chicken, all thighs, and there are no problems with that. But this is our second time being told that, we can't have all thighs unless we "call in to order first". It's not like we planned to buy chicken that morning, it was just so happen that we weren't cooking that night. Third problem, they will CHARGE you without letting you know what that charge is unless you asked. They just assumed. At least that's what happened to me, because they charged me 2.50 for 2 breast when the 8 bucket is only around 12 bucks. read more

What is wrong with the employees here? When you order five burritos and ask for a bunch of mild sauce saying that the last person didn't give you enough, and they give you less then the first person dead even though you explain to them in detail that you didn't get enough the last time. Beyond that my fiancé ordered a meal that includes a chicken breast that was about the size of a thigh. So apparently they have some underground network where they actually sell regular sized food and mild sauce since they don't want to hand it out when I asked for it specifically. So I have to hold up the drive through and doublecheck all of my food now because they don't know how to produce meals without them being inspected at the location for quality. Terrible place to go, and if you go through the drive-through before you leave I would inspect your food to make sure that it satisfactory before getting home because they never answer the phone. read more

Very badly managed. They are supposed to open at 10am every weekday but they are never ready at that time. A couple of times I had to wait while the manager took her time to open the cash registers. Another timeI had to wait for the chicken to be cooked! Shouldn't they be ready at opening time? Recently I walked in at 10:15 and they informed me they wouldn't be ready until 11am because of some work done the night before (I guess they couldn't come in a hour early to to what they had to do open the restaurant on time).
