wow. This Pizza Hut ruined Pizza Hut for wife for the rest of her life. We drove from Exeter because a few years ago the seabrook location closed. How the Dover location isn't closed is mind blowing. Came in to eat with my family. sign says "please order at the counter for dine in." ok, thats fine. pre paid. tipped thinking I'm dining in i'll get service. nope. My food came to the table in To Go Boxes. wtf? My kids actually asked if we had to leave because they've never seen dine in food come in take out boxes. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. If this place is open next year I'd be surprised. It was highway robbery. read more

When you want greasy bread sauce and cheese, this is your place. From time to time I get a craving for this. It completely satisfied that. When you order Pizza here, you know what you are getting. I've had the wings before. Those are horrible. read more

If you could rate something 0 stars, that would fit this establishment. Food was fine, but service was not. Website said dine-in was available at this location, but after driving 30 minutes to this location we were met with a piece of paper saying dine-in closed. We ended up eating on the curb. Restrooms were very disappointing but not very surprising for the overall environment of this restaurant. Do not come here for great service and food. read more

I love pizza hut, they have great deals and promotions all the time. Just ordered to-go and my order was ready within the timeframe I was told. Got the chocolate chip cookie pie, cinnamon sticks, cheesy bread sticks and a large personalized pizza. Overall everything was exactly what I wanted. Ordering online was super easy. When you order curbside delivery, they won't bring it out. I was the ONLY car in the parking lot. They don't answer their phone. When I went in they came from the back and told me they were sorry, they didn't see I had checked in on line and that they were very busy. Pizza Hut in Dover, NH does NOT have curbside pickup. They advertise that they do. But, they NEVER bring it out. You have to go in.

I would like to give this place a good rating, because the pizza has been decent every time I've eaten here, however last time I was in the store one of the staff members named Taylor was engaged in an argument with what at first appeared to be a customer. I was kind of shocked and stepped back out of the way to let them finish their dispute before I picked my order up. I was shocked to find out while listening that Taylor and his two female co-workers had ordered food through Door Dash and were eating it during their shift (not on break or in the back) I could see quite a bit of food on their counter in view that appeared to be from some sort of burger place. The lady turned out to be Door Dash and Taylor had lied and said no food was delivered in order to get free food. This is what the confrontation was about. I spoke with the young lady after and she even showed me on the app where they had claimed the delivery never showed up and got a refund. I saw the food there with my own eyes, and Taylor kept saying "it's not a big deal, DoorDash has plenty of money, it won't hurt them"...and I thought man if he thinks stealing food from others is ok, what is he stealing from Pizza Hut? You guys should fire him immediately and do an audit on your registers and books, Taylor is definitely stealing from you. read more

First they were two hours late yesterday and now their driver is sick and im home with my grandma witth no car and they dont have a backup delivery boy for some reason and theyre one of the only pizza places near here so they should be more responsible read more

Was going to submit the survey on their website, but I didn't want to risk getting a virus due to their website being not secured, which is why I'm posting it here. Our order was placed online at 4:23 scheduled for a pick up at 5. The order was not ready at that time. The order was paid for and there was a wait of at least 12 minutes. No name was called. The wait would have been longer if we hadn't checked on it. The prompt to check was due to another customer who was able to pick up his order once he informed the staff. Please have your staff call out the name on the order and show the receipt to verify the purchase and for proper claiming of the order. Also let customers know how much longer their order will be so they know when to expect. An online order placement is suppose to offer more convenient and quicker turn around time. If the order is needed to be paid first for that to happen then make payment for the purchase a requirement. Compare to other location this one needs improvement. read more

It's raining and gloomy and we decided to get drunk and be fat. What to do? Order pizza hut online and wait. We ordered the $20 box meal thinking "yeah, whatever their food is gonna be tiny.." That was a huge nope. HUGE! Like when the guy handed me the box, it didn't fit through my door. Amazing! I opened the door in my owl kigurumi and at first didn't see our delivery guy, Amos(?). But, alas, pizza had arrived and I was over joyed. He was very pleasant and came with extra chicken wings due to a kitchen error. Yes please! I'm super impressed by his over all attitude towards delivering pizza to an owl. Super made my night even better. After a long work week, this is exactly what I needed. And now I have delicious food in my belly. Left overs for tomorrow. And awesomeness to spread. Amos needs a raise! And pizza hut is delicious and cheap for the amount of food you get! Holy crap! First off Pizza Hut was always one of my favorite places to have pizza. I haven't had it in over 6 months, and was craving it. I did not have a good experience last night. On arrival it looked like it was closed. Bad sign. Then we stood at the area to wait to be seated, for at least 10 minutes. There were no other customers seated in the whole restaurant. Finally someone came from the back, and said would like to be seated. We said yes. As we were sitting there we looked around and saw plenty wrong with this picture. I was always taught that in a job if there is down time you get to things that need attention. This place needed attention to clean up. Many people came in to pick up there orders. Then one large family came in, and stood there for what seemed to be too long, and no one noticed them. They finally turned around and left. At one point I counted 7 employees but never out front checking the hosting station. Our pizza finally came, it was just ok. The waitress asked once if everything was ok, we said fine. Then we never saw her again. When it came time to check out she was nowhere to be found. A man came saw us from out back, and he pleasantly helped us check out. I must add that we froze to death while sitting there waiting. I will not go there at night ever again. When I go it's usually for the day buffet, and I have a wonderful attentive wait staff Laurie. The place is in need of a huge over hall but I like their pizza. The salad bar isn't too appealing and the place always looks run down and thread bear. I enjoy the service as their staff is always friendly and eager. If you don't feel like cooking and just want to order pizza for dinner I'd recommend these guys over Papa J, Dominos, Rogers and Weeks pizza. read more

I recommend you do NOT order delivery from here. It took 3 hours to get just a medium plain pizza delivered. You would think they would at least waive the delivery fee after you wait that long. I suggest they try to hire more deliverers. read more

Ah, Pizza Hut. This place, I assure you, dribbles the nectar of the gods on its pizzas. Every time I engulf a bite of oven-baked goldin my mouth, I feel my body scream with unimaginable pleasure as the greasy goodness slides down my throat like... well, I'll let your imagination take over from there. However, I could only give my beloved Pizza Hut three stars after a horrific dinner last week. I go to Pizza Hut usually two, maybe three times tops each day, in an effort to get the well-balanced meals that I know Pizza Hut delivers. I was halfway through my meat lover's stuffed crust pizza when I felt an odd sensation bubbling through my bowels. I slowed down, stopped chewing and waited for it to pass. When I was satisfied that my intestines were ok, I quickly crammed the rest of the pizza in my mouth, for I was anxious that the sensation would come back and I would be unable to finish my Last Supper-worthy meal. As I licked my paper plate clean (and nibbled the edges for good measure), I suddenly felt as though my pizza had staged a rebellion in my large intestine. The sauce reared its ugly head, the cheeses were whipped into a frenzy, and the half-digested crust surged onward toward my back exit. I had just made it to the bathroom in time when my recently consumed pizza exploded out of my butthole like a cannon in the midst of a battle. Diarrhea splattered the restroom walls like a paint job gone haywire, and I was forced to kneel on the lady's room floor for a good fifteen minutes until my rear end stopped vomitting partially digested globs of fat. I crawled out of the bathroom, my pants around my ankles and my legs covered in diarrhea and God knows what else. As soon as the waitress saw me, she let out a garbled yell and began retching - maybe she ate some of the cursed pizza as well? - and soon the entire restaurant was running willy-nilly and tripping over each other. I wasn't sure what caused all the hubbub, but I managed to drag myself over to the table and pull a feces-soaked wad of bills out from my pocket. I wasn't going to walk out on my bill just because of a little upset stomach, no sir! I left the waitress a generous 12 percent tip and began wriggling my way to the entrance. That's when I saw the flashing blue lights and knew something must be wrong. The last thing I remember is a rather large police officer running towards me with a baton, and then blackness. I woke up a few hours later in a jail cell, dressed in a makeshift toga and my hands in cuffs. I immediately looked around for a camera crew, but no such luck. Usually, when a girl is in a skimpy sheet and handcuffs, it means she's actually a princess waiting to be rescued in a Disney movie. As I was pondering, a police officer came to my cell door and swung it open, leading a hasseled-looking young man behind him. "This is your state-appointed attorney," the officer intoned. After he'd left, the lawyer sat down and told me that I was facing charges for disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, vandilism of a pubic place, and intoxication by pizza. I was able to get out on bail, which was, as you can imagine, twenty two-topping pizzas, and now must spend my days indoors, planning my defense. I usually love Pizza Hut with all my heart, but I could only bring myself to give it three stars for all the trouble that delicious, intoxicating pizza gave me.
