This Taco Bell sucks I had a very bad experience!! I ordered Taco Bell nachos, a crunch wrap supreme, and kfc Mac and cheese. My nachos aren't even nachos they are literally just chips at the bottom of my bag. And when I get up to the window the person I was with couldn't find them. And I told the dude at the window who I don't know his name was very rude and was talking to us like we were dumb. They were very rude!!! Worst location ever, the drive thru is always busy and they're slower than death. Two nights ago, around 6:45pm, we went through the drive thru, we did not get our food until 7:09pm, there was an issue with the car in front of us and instead of having them pull up so that the rest of us could get our (now cold food that's been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes) they just made everyone wait. No apology for the wait once we got to the window, they just barked our total, took forever processing the payment and then just shoved the bag in my face and shut the window. read more

Slowest service, ever. You put in your order and it takes a half hour to get it. Always a line around the building, nothing ever changes. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for a quesadilla and gordita. Went inside to avoid the drive through line. Had 1 person in front of me, and a guy after me order a 12 piece meal and 3 or 4 other items... He got his food about 10 minutes before me. What made it even better was that one of the girls behind the counter was apparently bored, and could easily be heard saying "Ugh... I really don't feel like doing anything, but I guess I should." REALLY? Management should really consider finding some new employees. Dont go here if you're looking for a quick stop on your lunch break, you WILL be late getting back to work. Pretty much avoid them altogether if you want anything quick. Also, went in recently late at night and almost 40 minutes before they closed, we were told the only food we could get was fried food. Nothing grilled or steamed, because they had already turned off the machines... What?! What good is fast food if it takes 30-40 minutes or more to get the food?! And if you have to shut down your machines 40 minutes before closing because it takes too long, you need new employees or machines. Any other location can get my exact order in 5-10 minutes or less. Holy cow, almost 15 minutes just to get 2 tacos. While I waited at least 3 different people came in after getting their drive through orders wrong or because an employee forgot part of their order. At least the employees were apologetic about everything. Minimum wage gets you minimum effort I guess. I think a good solution would be for the KFC and Tacobell sections to be more separate. Tear down the kitchen and rebuild it so the two restaurant's kitchens are separate but still share a dining area. That way I don't have to wait 15 minutes for tacos because all the kitchen staff members are making KFC. read more

Amazing. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is as good as it gets. I am a Mexican citizen (from Iztapalapa), and I am at University of New Hampshire. I have been homesick since coming here because I haven't been able to get my favorite foods. That has all changed now that I have "Made a Run for the Border". The Gorditas are perfect, I feel like my Abuela is in the kitchen cooking. The other thing I noticed other then the poor customer service was their food making skills were up to par with their attitudes by that I mean shitty. I worked late, stopped by for a single taco on the way home. Ordered that taco, and while I waited, I had to listen to counter girl describe (in vulgar detail) the mess she had to clean up in the bathroom. She left nothing to the imagination, it was really over the top. And it wasn't funny. I got to hear it for about four minutes, because assembling a taco must be really hard. I left without my order, I was so repulsed. Contacted corporate about educating their employees about how to behave in public, never heard back. I will never eat at that Taco Bell, or any other. Today, my son, 4 yr. old grandson, and myself visited this Taco Bell at approx. 2:30 p.m. on 4/20/19. After receiving our order, my son asked for packets of ketchup for our fries. We were informed that they were "all out!" In lieu of the ketchup which should have been provided, I asked for mayonnaise. The young man who waited on me told me that they did not have packets of mayo. I politely asked for a small paper ramekin. A young man who identified himself as the manager came out from the back, and said "that will be 33 cents." I replied that I shouldn't be charged since they were all out ketchup. The manager raised his voice and insisted that the mayo was 33 cents. I did NOT raise my voice but asked that he make an exception and not charge me, since his establishment was not able to provide us with the necessary ketchup. (After all, their lack of ketchup was THEIR problem, not ours.) When he become became heated, my son left the booth where he and my young grandson were sitting, and came to my defense, and asked for the manager to be more respectful, and lower his voice. He asked for the manager's name, but he refused to give it. My son then asked for the name of the district manager, and the phone number of the corporate office. Again, the manager refused to give him the information. My son never raised his voice, and was polite throughout the entire exchange, My son implored the manager to make an exception in this case, and GIVE us a small ramekin of mayo, for the sake of principle, alone. The manager became extremely angry, and, literally, THREW a small black plastic ramekin on the counter towards my son. He picked it up, said "thank you," and as the manager walked away, he said "Go f--k yourself." My son asked if he heard him correctly, but the young man walked away. This all took place in front of the other employees, as well as a handful of customers. read more
