We've been back twice since bartender Chris left, and the others that work in the bar are nowhere near as attentive as he was. The food is still just "ok" and the drinks are decent but their monthly specials are always premixed overly sweet trash. The presidente margarita is usually my go to.

Food was okay, got the nachos, over spiced. Could tell by the shoes that an employee was doing coke in the bathroom, bathroom was really duty. Very boring food and place. Chain restaurants suck, like cheap beer, I'm over it.

We had another amazing dinner! Blossom Petals are to die for! I got the Just Bacon Burger this time and wifey got the Cajun Shrimp Pasta it's the best shrimp pasta either of us have ever had our waitress was Desi and she was one of the best waitresses we've ever encountered Kudos to you! The Margarita of the month is The Merry Berry it's definitely one of the better Margaritas I've had in my life every time I've came here so far the crew has been great the food has been great and the experience was great if you have never tried Chili's ever this is the one to go to!

It was so overcooked the kernels of corn were the consistency of rubber. Whatever the sauce was sour and tasted foul. We each ate two bites and decided to just let it go. We also ordered the taquitos and the were just bland and greasy. Also stopped with two. Just a complete disappointment. My husband ordered the only burrito on the menu that was offered as a hand held. As you can see by the picture it was open and a sloppy mess. He took one bite and said he was good and didn't want to risk eating anything else. I got three different tacos chicken, beef and carnitas. I took a one bite of each and on my life, I've never tasted worse food. Everything tasted like it was days old. The ambiance is cute but I cannot understand the 4 star rating this place has. There was not one single item worth eating. I am convinced people giving this place five stars are friends or paid by the establishment to give out these stars. I have had crappy but edible Mexican food before but this had no redeeming quality. Go to Taco Bell if you need a taco. This was $85 before the tip and we left and ate somewhere else.

We arrived about an hour before closing & had no issues getting a table for two. Shortly after receiving utensils and the menus, we were given complimentary chips & salsa! The salsa was tasty & has a nice kick to it. I found it very additive to eat with the chips. We ended up ordering these dishes to try: - empanadas (chicken, beef, & pork) - quesabirrias; Birria tacos w/ consommé + rice & beans - Birria quesadilla w/ consommé + rice + salad OMG, everything tasted AMAZING! All of our dishes came PIPING hot, including the consommé dips for the Birria tacos and quesadilla. The quesabirrias were my favorite & star of the show for me. They were perfectly crispy, seasoned well, & I also loved how light (yet still flavorful) the consommé was! This came with rice & beans and let me tell you... I normally don't even eat refried beans but I couldn't help myself today because I find that refried beans can be too thick & sometimes burnt. This was not the case today though! Also paired super well with the rice & a little lime. The Birria quesadilla was yummy. It was loaded with lots of meat & cheese. Great portion sizes! For our appetizer, we ordered one of each empanada protein option they had: one chicken, one beef, and one pork. I didn't have a favorite empanada because honestly they were all really tasty! Full of flavor & came loaded with cheese. I will definitely be back again the next time I'm in Manchester, NH! Service was wonderful, restaurant was clean, & food was perfect. Highly recommend trying El Rincon Zacatecano if you find yourself in the area ;)

We (parents and a toddler) arrived hungry after driving two hours and had a hard time getting his attention at times. We arrived before 6pm on a Friday but still there was a wait. Once we were seated, the server was pretty prompt and really friendly, though generally service was somewhat slow with a wait for food. We were waiting almost an hour for entrees and about to change our order to to-go because of stress with our exhausted toddler, but of course that's when the food arrived. We had to shovel it in and leave. The food was the most disappointing part. The chips are clearly not homemade. The salsa didn't have much flavor, and the guacamole was a huge letdown. It had a dull green color and very "slop" style texture (think sour cream texture, not chunky like real guac) that all pointed to store bought / not fresh. I had the chicken enchiladas, and the sides of rice (so salty) and beans (very soupy) brought down an already undesirable dish. The enchiladas were cooked nicely but far too cheesy. The green sauce was nearly tasteless, the red sauce is what made it all edible. Wouldn't ever really come back here. I wish I could say something more positive!

You walk in and the vibe is fun, colorful, and eclectic. It reminded me of a classic Mexican restaurant with a tasteful, funky modern touch. My watermelon margarita was incredible and we got the salsa trio that had a good mix of spicy mango salsa, a mild but flavorful green salsa, and fresh pico de gallo style. The chips did taste homemade but if not still enjoyed the thicker corn style chip you don't usually find in restaurants! We each got 3 street tacos and all were great, even the sweet potato taco! The chicken was chopped a bit thick for street taco style but it was still great flavor, and rice was a bit salty but not unbearable. The service was also incredible, I love a restaurant that boxes up your leftovers for you and our server was super super attentive and friendly. We will be back!!

This weekend I took my best friend and it was perfect, even in the middle of winter. The deck is still open with plenty of space heaters and even heated seat cushions. We actually got so warm we had to peel off layers, which feels like a small miracle in Maine. The two of us love a marg & taco outing, and make a point to scope out the best of the best. We started with chips and salsa and some queso, which were the perfect kickoff. Then we ordered the street corn succotash, my absolute favorite. It's packed with flavor and topped with the most delicious, salty cotija cheese that pulls everything together. I crave that dish. We split the smoked brisket tacos and the smoked pork carnitas tacos, and both were outstanding. The meat was smoky and tender, the flavors were bold without being overdone, and every bite delivered. And the margaritas? Excellent and refreshing. Exactly what you want alongside that food. On top of all that, the staff is consistently wonderful. Every single time we've gone, our waitstaff has been charming, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. They strike that perfect balance of checking in without hovering, and they make you feel welcome from start to finish. Terlingua never disappoints. So for the mains them Family Style comes with Smoked Prime Brisket, Pork Shoulder (Pulled Pork), and the Rotating Daily BBQ which for us I believe were Burnt Ends which are one of my favorites. For the side we had Mac & Cheese Cornbread w/ Honey Butter, House BBQ Sauce & Spicy Vinegar with Pickles and Salad. To start with the sides that Mac & Cheese was really good but the winner was for the the Cornbread with the Honey Buter. The 2 just paired together so well. For the mains my favorites were the Smoked Prime Brisket and the Burnt Ends. The Brisket was good., probably not in my top 3 all time but for sure a must try. The Burnt Ends were also very good. You can't always get Burnt Ends but when you can it's for sure a must. We really enjoyed Terlingua and can't thank the staff enough for working with us for this event. The first time was great. However, the second time we got takeout they forgot the verde sauce on my Husband's burrito, put my husband's queso order in a metal togo container like the one my burrito bowl came in. It was very soup and was a leaking mess by the time we got home. Not sure why it wasn't in a cup with a lid like the guac, and like it has been other times. Also, this second time I found myself chewing on a a large piece of chicken from my veggie burrito bowl - for someone who hasn't eaten animals in over two decades and had no intention of starting to do so, it was pretty awful. It was not yet crowded either time we ordered and was a weekday (around 5PM-ish). Given the first time we ordered was fine, we're thinking/hoping the missing verde sauce, soupy mis-packaged queso and chicken piece debacles were a reflection of an off evening in the kitchen. That said, next time we'll likely check our order before leaving with it.

It was busy & I saw @ least 3 servers and peeps running out food. Our waitress was very nice, Sophie but the wait for EVERYTHING was torture. Menus, silverware & chips and salsa did come out quickly but we weren't there to eat. Their salsa was horrible, it was sooo thin & tasted like a cheap spaghetti sauce or like a can of tomatoes puréed. Thumbs down for that. Our soft serve margaritas were super cute & colorful but also really, really small & for $13 not worth the $$$$. Those took forever to come out. She brought 2 out @ first & we had to wait for the machine to make more to get the other 2. It didn't taste like a margarita but tasted like an italian ice, a very sour one. This isn't on the menu, you have to ask for it. We ventured off to another Mexican bar to try their's out which was huge, creamy & tasted like a Margarita. We spent way more time in this place than we wanted to due to the very slow service. I doubt I will be back here to even try out their food, sorry guys......maybe inside the service may have been quicker?
