While more often than not this is one of the cleanest McD's around. Tonight's drive thru was extremely busy and was very much out of sorts. I tried the new Chicken Big Mac, it was as you would expect but the problem with this sandwich is it is very dry. It needs 1-2 more pickle slices, one more slice of cheese and at least double the special sauce. My wife's filet of fish had triple the normal amount of sauce for some reason. Fries were cold. read more

I was at this location may 15th at 1:30. I ordered food off the kiosk and it came out extremely fast. I ordered 3 McDoubles. They came out cold. I was so hungry that I ate them anyways. Later that night around 8pm I started feeling pretty sick and it just got worse from there. Mind you this was the only thing I ate all day. I'm writing this now slowly coming back after dry heaving all night. I would steer clear from this location unless you want to get food poisoning. read more

Incredibly long wait times, this place is always packed, the drive thru lines are long and they take forever to get through. Orders are usually wrong and I've also seen my food passed out the window to the car ahead of me, just for it to be given back and then given to me. Kind of gross. The only good thing about them being so busy is that the food is generally always fresh. read more

25 min wait at DT, fries greasy, oil hasn't been changed properly, got Diet Coke instead of regular and my "big arch" sandwich was stone cold and disgusting to boot, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Food ordered... paid .. get to 2nd window ... advised they didn't actually have the product I ordered. Offered (a disgusting) alternative which I declined. They refused to give me a refund. Sorry.. your policy sucks ... then I got home to find the order was incomplete. Will not return. read more

This is the worst McDonald's. They get the order wrong 100% of the time. It's been years since I've had a correct order from them. They get the orders wrong and never give you sauces when you order any of the chicken options. My husband jokes and says why do they bother asking what kind of sauce, they're not putting it in the bag anyway. It's pretty bad. read more

they bait and switch with deals. trying to up charge you over $3 in what's on the menu board

This place is absolutely awful! Every time I come here there is an issue and tonight I had my wife place an order while I was out running errands and when I arrived at the restaurant, Well over an hour after the order was placed to my surprise the food was not waiting for me when I arrived when I asked about it they had no record of it then I had my wife check on the order at that time my bank was charged twice and when I finally got my food the order was wrong so when I provided the proof to the "supervisor" she said there was nothing she could do to correct my order... Never will I spend another dime at ANY MCDONALD'S restaurant. read more

. Every single time I go to this McDonald's they get my order wrong and I have to spin back. The service is super slow. We wait in line for over 20 minutes each time we go there because we expect our food to be made correctly, but sadly never is. DO NOT go to this McDonald's unless you want to wait in a long line and get your food made incorrectly. read more

I just waited almost 1 hour trapped in the drive through. I get staffing can sometimes be a major issue but next time maybe let the people in the drive through know so we can just leave instead of being trapped for an hour by cars. read more

I had the misfortune of meeting the assistant manager (who I've heard terrible things about through different people) For an interview, this woman had no consideration for any information I was telling her. she steamrailed over how many hours I was willing to work, my career history, just completely ignoring my words asking me to repeat myself as she wrote on her clip board. the first thing this woman does is compare herself to my age and asks if she looks it even though she is ten years older than me which is terribly unprofessional. She sits me at a filthy table, which they don't even have the staff there to clean, she asks me automated questions & is guffawed that I had separate reasons for leaving one job/harped about why I didn't stay at the previous positions for multiple years, didn't understand that overnight shifts are unhealthy for the human body. She was ultimately very disrespectful and rude to me especially over the phone very rushed to get off of the phone with me, then practically ran away from me after the interview slurring her words returning to the kitchen. Shes refused to give my partner coupon deals, and is a general nuisance to customers that come her way. I regret ever getting interviewed here because she couldn't take accountability for the awful interview after we had tried to confront her. I was offered another interview here but I can't stand working with someone as insufferable as the General Manager. I wish I could give this 0 stars because I wouldn't recommend a fascist, lazy ghost kitchen such as this one. read more

Waited in drive thru 25mins last night. By the time we got to window the app timed out. Lady at window made no attempt to help fix the situation. Had to pay full price the fries that were very small burnt and hard as a rock. Maybe bottom of bag? Idk but they shouldn't had been served. Hadn't had McDonald's in 3years it was my boys first happy meal and last. Terrible experience all around. Can't believe how much they charge for that crap today. Wish I taken a picture plus zero star if I could. read more

Girl in counter is so rude. I said my ice coffee supposed to be liquid sugar not regular sugar . She walks off after saying we don't take the drink back. No shit. It's not like I want her to pour the damn drink back in the canister. Im a germ phob myself even that. That disgusting. After a few minutes that when she decides how do you want it in a stick up her butt attitude kinda way. Maybe you should of ask that I'm the first place . Plus making $17 an hour should lighten that attitude a little. When she finished making it she literally throws it on the counter. You don't like your job then go home. P.S. I know the way yelp reviews their site. So just to beat them to the punch I am a minority so I am allowed my opinion. Fist amendment rights . read more

Rude employee. I was at the drive through where is was being rushed through my order. They made a mistake and said that I could fix it at the window. I wasn't even finished my order. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Every time I have ordered from here (drive thru or inside) I have never waited less than 20 minutes. Almost every order they have shorted me something (fries, burger, sauce). You then try to call the store after you discover the screw up and no one answers. They should get someone from their Newington store to come down and train them. Managers should be fired!!!! read more

Good. Food. Ate every last piece of our food. We usually don't do that. Ate all the nuggets. Probably the best nuggets ever from McDonald's. Amazing service. Probably the nicest employees. They had this really cool hiring poster with all the employees. That was pretty dank. They had a fire place and some modern decor. Wooden vibe. They had Pokémon toys in the happy meals. A picture of a yacht and a light house. Cool couch booth. Manager was awesome. Full stocked on muffins. Different seats of a wide range of heights and kinds of chairs. Don't have the machines where you order the food on a computer but the customer service so fire and I'm really just nitpicking cuz it is so perfect. read more

Upon you placing your order they proceed to; birth the cow, raise it, slaughter it, butcher it, grind the meat, then make your burgers. At least based on the amount of time it took to get my order I assume. Now I'll admit there was a little bit of a line. I waited almost a half hour to get my food and it was an online order, which is supposed to make it faster. I'd say I'd never go there again but let's be real, it's McDonald's, the chances of that happening 0%. I'll go again and sit there and say "never again" just like every time I drink and have a hangover. But I don't dare give it one star because there may of been something going on, maybe Karen called out and they were short (Karen is a fictional character, no offense to any Karen's working there. A lot of great TikTok's because of Karen's) read more

The Dover location is terrible. Been to the drive-thru five times in a couple months, and they've messed up some part of the order on every visit. Working emergency snow service in the town of Dover. 1 am, no food is open besides McDonald's. We were in a box truck with 5 starving shovelers on our 29th hour into the storm. Lobby was closed and the woman refused to serve us at the window because we couldn't fit in the drive thru and closed the window in our face and ignored us. She had blonde hair and was an older woman. We will now be running on no hot food. I will be taking this to the general manager. read more

Dover McDonald's is such an awesome place! Oh boy, where do I even begin? The restrooms are super squeaky clean! There is always toilet paper & hand soap available. There are 2 stalls, a smaller stall & a bigger stall comfortable for disabilities and safe for diaper changing. There is so much space to sit, very fun yet classic looking tables & seats. Whether a booth, individual seating, fire place couches, or high top chairs, there's such a variety and very family friendly. The lobby area is always very clean which is very impressive considering there are so many people that dine in all the time. They have a lobby person named Anita and she is very friendly & kind, very precise when she cleans the area. Entering the restaurant you are always greeted by friendly workers ready to happily take your order. Very polite, quick and accurate in order taking. I come here with my friends and family all the time! Always a great experience with the Dover crew. The best part is, they are open 24/7! Let's talk about food! My favorite items to order for breakfast is the big breakfast platter with hot cakes perfect for a complete breakfast meal, my choice of beverage is an all time favorite iced caramel macchiato. For lunch I love the Quarter Pounders which are made with fresh beef cooked to order nice and hot the meal that comes with the world's famous French fries and a nice Dr Pepper for the drink. Quality over quantity, food is always nice, hot and fresh. And lastly the staff! Really awesome crew and managers that work together really well. Nice work ethic, very polite and also very organized as well. Staff is always friendly, greeting with big smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Dover McDonald's! My only con is maybe the prices can be a bit high sometimes but that is how fastfood is. I find that it is cheaper to buy meal bundles. I understand that prices are made from the system & employee's have no control of it. But overall the coupons, bundles, promotions and Mobile app makes it pretty affordable! A lot of awesome discounts and Mix & Match deals. Seasonal items are what I wait all year long for! Like the shamrock shake, or the BBQ tenders and special burgers! can't wait for the next new items that come out! read more

This McDonalds is terrible! Stay away. I ordered an Egg McMuffin around 8 am, took one bite and had to toss it. It was cold. This was my "give this place another try" trip after some very cold burgers a few years ago. Look, it's McDonalds, my bar is pretty low, but this location appears to have no interest in serving fresh or hot food. I know what I was getting. I wasn't expecting much, but at least seve your food at a temperature resembling warmish. Hard to imagine why McDonalds sales are falling. You have three competitors I can throw a rock too from your store. At least show a half-hearted interest in serving a decent product (for what it is). Stay away! My guess is the one in newington is owned by the same group or individual. Also crappy! Go to a more populated area to get your McDonalds if your that into having a McMeal read more

Don't let the new look of the outside fool you. It maybe nice and clean on the outside but the inside (especially the fountain area) needs the Haz-Mat team and this is not the first time I've expressed my concern to them.
